This audiobook is produced by the Wisebuddah team.
In this five-part series, US happiness expert and positive psychologist Michelle Gielan and British journalist and author Oliver Burkeman explore ways to become truly happier, backed up by scientific evidence. Bringing their own unique and counter-balanced personalities to proceedings they ask questions such as: what is happiness? Can we make ourselves happier? And why is everyone talking about mindfulness?
Michelle and Oliver tackle these questions with the help of some of the world’s leading experts on the subjects and at the end of each episode, Michelle leads the listener through a quick and easy practical exercise that has been shown to increase happiness. Listeners will be left with a genuine takeaway from each episode and encouraged to explore the topics further and take their own steps towards a happier life.
Very underrated Podcast. Infact there are 6 audible original podcasts including this one, which I highly recommend :- 1) In the Habit 2) Make life work 3) Be mindful 4) Tip the scales 5) It's in the gut 6) Living online
Thank me later. The good thing about these podcasts are that they're aren't your typical podcast formats, they are more of a summary of many books, researches and studies into 5-6 episodes.
My favourite hosts are Dr. Ashish Ranpura and the one n only badass and hilarious Australian Comedian Alice Fraser.

"NOT CHASE HAPPINESS BUT THE ABILITY TO PRACTICE HAPPINESS."
I like this audiobook. It has wonderful tips to happiness like socializing with other people, meditating, exercising, practicing gratitude and a lot more.
If happiness is just a bunch of chemicals in your brain then how can we make more of them; it’s chemistry, right? There has to be a formula. And there kind of is. We know what things make us happier. And here in five episodes, they talk to a lot of experts and give you some exercises to do. Find what works for you and get that brain muscle moving. 4 stars
