As I was reading I kept saying to myself, I know this story I had read it before but it was another Author' name, I loved it then I love it now. Mitchell met Jessica when her brother was hurt in an accident, she was a wreck and when he heard she was a reporter, until she proved who she was she wasn't allowed to see her brother, talk about being pissed not to mention she already hated Doctors..when they see each other the next day, everything changed, sparks are flying and anyone in the vicinity, look out..

I haven't read the other books in this series yet but loved this one. Who can resist a hunky doctor and a fun-loving, quirky beauty? Very sweet story but also very hot!! Love the sibling bonds throughout all of these characters.

Mitchell Walker's story can be read as a standalone as the other Walker brothers books. Another great story by Amanda Adams. Mitchell is a young, successful surgeon and women throw themselves at his feet. The last thing he needs is to fall in love. Then sweet, smart, funny and sexy Jessica enters in his life. He burns for her, want's to be with her, stars having strong feelings for her, but is that enough to leave his playboy ways? Great sexy read that I highly recommend.

The Walker Brothers are back in this sensual and sentimental tale of opposites attracting as a playboy finds himself captivated by a carefree and kind-hearted woman with abandonment issues of her own. As their connection grows their friendship quickly evolves into something deeper and more profound that had me rooting for them every step of the way.

Mitchell's the most hard working of all his brothers in his surgical career. It's a career he's wanted ever since he was young and was the result of not being able to save his brother. That's just one part of his sad history that had me aching for him and cheering him on to find a bit of happiness after all his childhood pain. As a young man he thought he'd found love but a reckless decision left him feeling betrayed, guilty, and had him closing off his heart due to the machinations of one young woman. Because of that moment he's played the field and left a trail of broken hearts behind him. Meeting the strong-willed Jessica though changes everything, and even as he mocks his brothers for finding love, he finds himself drawn to her and a future far brighter than the life he's been living thus far. His life was once all about work, with the occasional sexual release, but with Jessica he learns to embrace every moment. He actually has to work to earn her affection though and by doing so he was able to form a deeper connection, a connection that he was willing to fight for. From the moment readers meet Mitchell they'll find him irresistible. Charming and oozing sex appeal it's easy to see why women are drawn to him. Behind that playboy facade though is a man hurt by his past, a man unwilling to put his heart on the line, which made his time with Jessica all the more meaningful. Through it all theirs is a sexy journey to HEA full of heart and soul that captivated me from the fist page to the last.

Jessica's an immensely appealing heroine whose childhood left her with daddy issues as he remarried numerous times to younger women each time. His being a doctor added to his time away from his family and those two facts don't bode well for her relationship with Mitchell early on. Jessica's a carefree woman who's made a new life for herself after an injury took away her previous dream. She embraces her new life wholeheartedly though, becoming close with all her various siblings as well as a bubbly elderly neighbor. Those bonds and their interactions put a smile on my face...as well as seeing a possible spin-off series featuring the members of her sibling's rock band. Jessica's like a breath of fresh air for Mitchell, helping him to embrace the small things in life, and it made for a sweet and sentimental journey that I fully enjoyed.

With their adopted mother's death and the cards she left behind for them full of her words of wisdom, the Walker Brothers set out to find their deepest desires through each installment in this series. The path this book took to reach those desires may have been similar to the previous installments, right down to the quickly resolved silly misunderstanding, but that didn't diminish my enjoyment of this book. The lead characters were likable and easy to relate to with a romance that was both sweet and sexy. They may have started out as opposites attracting but it's clear they made beautiful music together. Surrounding them was an appealing cast of secondary characters, some we've seen in the previous installments along with some engaging new ones, and together they all subtly helped Jessica and Mitchell reach their HEA. Readers will ultimately find themselves charmed by this romantic tale full of heart and soul and will be counting down the days until the final Walker Brother finds his own HEA!

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is book three of the Walker brothers’ series and we get to know Mitchell Walker the surgeon in the family. Mitchell’s nickname at the hospital is Dr. DYP short for Doctor Drop Your Panties where his longest relationship lasted thirty-two days. Mitchell figures he works hard and he should get to play hard.

After patching up his patient that was involved in an auto accident he heads out to speak to the family. Where he encounters Jessica. She is nothing like the women he is normally interested in. She’s a curvy red head with an active mind that sometimes somersaults through thoughts. Being around her is like trying to talk to a whirlwind. Despite their rough start they do take notice of each other.

After watching her physician father fool around on her mother Jessica has no date doctor rule. She feels that Mitchell is very much like her father and is not willing to go down that road of heartache.

Both of their childhoods had some very damaging elements. This has made them both cautious in the relationship department. Can they both work around their deep insecurities to give the sense of rightness they feel with each other a chance?

This book introduced a host of new characters. Jessica has many siblings from both her mother and her fathers’ different marriages’, trying to keep track of them was a bit confusing at times. The most fun new character is a ninety-year-old neighbor Miss. Bea that Jessica has figuratively adopted into her family. Her spunk and baking skills will draw you in. Plus can’t forget the antics of the four legged additions to this group.

In this book you get the sense of chaos that is family, especially when all of the family get together. Learning how to forgive some unfortunate incidents and realizing by letting go of that pain you can heal and move on with your life is the biggest take away from this book.

I knew when I started reading the Walker brothers series that Mitchell's story would be intense and hot, and it is. Mitchell is the playboy Walker brother. He's a hotshot surgeon who never gives a woman more than 30 days. The nurses and the doctors at his hospital all gossip about him and when he meets Jessica after he performs surgery on her brother, he even confirms it to her after she hears a nurse gossiping about him. So Jessica knows immediately that he's the opposite of the kind of man she's looking for. For one, she has rules about dating doctors, especially surgeons, thanks to her cheating hotshot surgeon father, and she's looking for the kind of man who will give her commitment and a family. So she friendzones him from the very beginning, as she's interviewing him for a freelance piece she decides to write about him saving her brother's life. But, soon the playboy realizes he can't get Jessica off his mind and convinces her he wants to try to explore whatever it is they're feeling for each other.

I love that Mitchell's mom's words come back to him at the perfect time
"Forgiveness is hard, but this is what I ask of you. Forgive your father, forgive Tommy, and forgive yourself. Without forgiveness, the only person suffering inside a prison is you."
Prophetic words from beyond the grave, that give Mitchell the strength to save himself, to heal himself. All with Jessica by his side. But only after she works out her issues regarding trust, and he works out his issues regarding love, commitment and forgiveness.

I've absolutely loved the whole Walker brothers series, and knew that Mitchell had a wild story to tell. Seeing him brought to his knees was sexy and engaging and the woman he fell for was more than his equal. I'm going to miss these hot Walker brothers.

I swear that every time I read the next Walker brother book that I can't possibly love them more, but it just happens. I don't know how Adams does it, she makes these brothers so loveable and human. You just want to hug them... among other things.  The interaction between the brothers just gets better with each book as well. Ughhh. Those damn brothers. Anyways...

Out of all three books so far, this one made me laugh the hardest. I mean, tears streaming down my damn face because of the characters reactions or with what was happening. It. Was. Glorious. There are inside jokes in this book that made me say " yasss honey, yass", that other well-read people will understand. So great, I was honestly beyond clapping at that point, I really didn't know what else to do, besides hold my stomach while laughing.

Mitchell and Jessica had me rooting for them the whole time. Even though the two are opposites, they just click. The chemistry they have was undeniable, which made this very sensual. These two have a deep connection as well, it's like you can feel it through each page, so it's completely understandable that they can't stop thinking of one another. I felt like this was very heartfelt. It was almost like they had been together for a long time even when they hadn't.

There are some twists I didn't see coming, but what good book doesn't have those? Will Mitchell and Jessica be able to overcome the issues of their pasts? The 30 day dating rule only and  the no dating doctors rule? What will happen?

You'll have to read it yourself to find out, I ain't telling.

This wasn't as emotional a read as Book 2, but is still wonderful in it's own way and left me feeling warm and fuzzy. As usual the writing is excellent, easy to read with a flowing style and no confusion as to who is talking/ what is happening. The plot moved with a good pace and, having read about Mitchell in the previous books, was not at all what I expected.

I don't want to spoil anything so all I'm going to say is that Mitchell was very different to the impression I'd gotten of him in Jake and Chance's books. He was so much BETTER and deeper and I loved him. He was believable, wonderful and has such a sad story to tell. Jessica was a strong, caring but hurting heroine and again she was likeable and believable.

The chemistry between them was amazing and even though things move quickly it actually felt like a long time! A little bit of me would have liked a bit more agonising over commitment, trust etc but then again I enjoyed this book BECAUSE it didn't batter my emotions. I liked that yet again it was different to both previous books, this is an author that doesn't stick to a formula where all that really changes in the book are names and jobs. I've read some series of books where the author starts with a good idea but seems to run out of steam by book 3, this is NOT one of those. These books are all equally good.

I'm now waiting on tenterhooks for Derek's story.

I voluntarily received an arc via Booksprout for a fair and honest review. "She was gentle with him and no one was ever gentle." When I read this line in the book my heart turned to mush. This book is book three of the Walker Brothers series. I am reading them out of order so i just know a bit of the back story. Here's the problem...I don't want to tell prospective readers how Mitch became a Walker, nor do I want to tell you how he came to meet the heroine Jess. It's frightening, dramatic and really kind of funny. Jess is an entertainment writer and her twin brother a newly minted rock god. By the middle of the book, Mitchell finds himself with more family than he will ever need. Jess has one rule never date a doctor...this is because of her philandering doctor father. Mitchell is bound and determined to get that rule revoked. There are so many deliciously charming characters in this book. Mitchell also had a rule..relationships ended at the 30 day mark. When Jess asked if they could go beyond the 30 day mark, Mitch answered her honestly with an "I don't know" so Jess "friend zoned him." Jess is a force to be reckoned with and Mitchell is all in. This is a book about two people falling in love, two families that have weathered tragedies and finally finding peace. I just love it.

I told myself Jake was my favorite brother, that he had the best story and nothing was going to change that... and then I read Mitchell's story.
Mitchell is a sexy doctor who does not believe in complications, especially involving women, and then there is Jessica, who lives life to the fullest, is a walking complication, and doesn't trust a doctor's word beyond their medical advice. Throw these two together, along with Jessica's many siblings, Mitchell's brothers (along with Erin and Claire), an elderly neighbor who makes muffins to die for, and two dogs, and you are bound for a steamy romance with moments of laughter, joy, sorrow, and most of all, love.
There is just something so satisfying when you read about people realizing that the way they viewed the world and lived their life was keeping them safe but wasn't allowing them to experience love, which comes at price and is their greatest weakness, trust. By the end of the novel all the ups and downs had been resolved (or in progress to being resolved) and you are left with a feeling of contentment and joy.
I received this book from the author at no cost to me and volunteered to read it; my review is my honest opinion and given without any influence by the author or publisher.

A well written story. The third in the series about the Walker Brothers. They are all standalone books but I recommend reading them all in order to get all the details and stories. It is much easier to understand the stories if you have read them all.
I like the plot and story line. The main characters are Mitchell and Jessica. Mitchell is very hardworking. He is a doctor and it is his dream job. He has since childhood wanted to become a doctor. He could not save his brother and therefor he was determined to become a doctor. When it comes to women and love he has not been that lucky. He has been left betrayed and with a broken heart. Now he has build a wall around his heart a he does not want a woman in his life. That is until he meets Jessica. She is a freelance reporter. He has an instant attraction to her but she has also got bad experiences in her past and he has to work to get her affection. Their connection gets better all the time. This is a story about learning to love and open the heart. To embrace life and the moments you have together.
The story has romance, passion, lots of chemistry and emotional up and downs. The twists gives it a bit more and makes the reader captivated. Worth the read.

Mitchell Walker was a successful surgeon who would only see a woman at the most for 30 days and move on. Jessica Finley, who was a freelance reporter, was called and told her twin brother Travis was in a wreck and was at the hospital. She got out of bed, dressed, and made it to the hospital. Her brother was pretty beat up and his doctor was Mitchell Walker. Mitchell thought Jessica was beautiful. Jessica had heard the nurses talking about him and didn't want to be another of his women. Her father who is a surgeon had cheated on her mother, was on his fifth wife, and the wife used to be her room mate in college. Jessica does not date or trust doctors. But there is definitely an attraction between the two.

This is the third Walker brother story and I really liked it. It was nice to see Mitchell lighten up some and have fun. I loved Jessica and all her quirkiness. Her family was good together., even though they were half and step siblings. You can't help but love the Walker brothers and how they are aways giving each other a hard time. Which really shows their love. I encourage you to read the book. I voluntarily read a copy given to me.

Trust is everything, either you have it or you don’t, but you can’t force it. Trust just is.

Jessica Finley knew certain things: you can’t trust men, you certainly can’t trust doctors and above all else something was wrong when she couldn’t reach her brother, her twin. So when the call comes in she just knew something was wrong, learning it was the hospital just reinforced that. When she met the attending surgeon Dr. Mitchell Walker it seemed she was right on all accounts. With a thirty-day self-imposed deadline though would it be worth a walk on the wild side?

This is a fantastic novella that moves quickly. It is the third in a series about brothers who may have forgotten what their dreams were and how they go about regaining them. Ms. Callahan has such a way with words that what you are reading tends to jump off the page and create realistic imagery. The characters are real and very relatable. It does have a touch of heat but in the best kind of a way. Pick this one up for a good story and a wonderful escape.

Michell is a Doctor. He was also adopted. He is living with ghosts from the past. A girl almost ruined his life but his brother Derek protected him by taking the fall for him. He vowed he will turn out alright. He also vowed to himself not to love a women again... that was until Jessica walked into the Hospital. Mitchell had just saved her twin brother on the operating table, he was in a car accident. She was everything he wanted and more but she had issues with Doctors as her dad was a Doctor and on wife number 5. She called her dad the sperm donor. Her step brothers and step sister were in a famous band with her twin brother. Michell was different but she heard what the Hospital staff said about him and women. So he was just like her dad and she cannot trust him with her heart. Can they work through their own issues to find love?

Mitchell Walker fell in love once before but got burnt and almost lost his career over it. He doesn't really do relationships anymore and is a well known surgeon whom can have any woman he wants until he meets Jessica a freelance reporter. Has Mitchell meet his match.

Mitchell had a hurtful past and ended up in the system until he was adopted. Jessica also had some family issues, she is the perfect match for a Mitchell she makes him laugh and feel for the first time in so very long. This story has romance, heartbreak, and love. It is told in such a good way that has the reader hoping for these two characters HEA after this book I can't wait to read the next book in this series. The Walker brothers stories just keep getting better. I give this story four stars.

This book was Mitchell's story - he is the third Walker brother in this family series. Mitchell is a doctor with a playboy reputation at the hospital. He meets Jessica while treating her brother after a nasty accident and his attraction to her is instant. She tries keeping things casual because she has a thing about getting involved with a doctor - her father was a doctor and was not a very faithful husband and father. But as the two of them spend more time together the attraction between the two is just too much to ignore until she walks in on a scantily clad women in the room that Mitchell is assigned to rest while working longs shifts at the hospital. This was a great story with a couple twists but showed true family love.

once again, i'm in love with the Walker brothers... Mitchell is a very successful surgeon who likes his life the way it is, working all the time with the occasional booty call, never to have been in an actual relationship or with the same woman for more than 1 month's time. then there's Jessica, a freelance reporter with 2 dogs, a caring heart, a group of siblings from previous marriages of both parents, & a dislike of doctors because of "the sperm donor" who is on wife number 5, who also happens to be Jessica's now ex bff from college... can Mitchell get Jessica to blast away the wall around her heart? can Jessica finally make Mitchell ready to take the plunge into marriage? i loved this book as well as the characters & chemistry.. keep up the awesome work!!

Up All Night by Amanda Adams is the third book in the Walker Brothers Series. This time, it is all about Mitchell Walker. He is hot, hot and hot, a dedicated surgeon, and a woman magnet. He works in the emergency room and was the surgeon that saved Jessica Finlay’s twin brother. Too bad he mistook Jessica as a member of the press who was dishing on the famous Travis and not his sister. Once that is resolved, Mitchell realizes that he is very interested in Jessica. She is unexpected, laid back, a bit messy, a bit free spirited and he is hooked. Too bad, she is so untrusting of surgeons.

Another fun read by Amanda Adams!

Up All Night (The Walker Brothers Book 3) by Amanda Adams is the third book in the Wlaker Brothers series. I recommend to read these books in order.
This is Mitchell and Jessica´s book. Mitchell Walker is a successful surgeon, women throw themselves at him.
And there is Jessica Finley. she´s a freelance reporter, smart, witty and makes him laugh.
He´s smitten with her, they start to date and after some hickups they discover their love for each other.
I really, really liked this book. I liked the characters and I liked to meet the other family members.
I can´t wait ´ll Make Me Forget, Derek´s book releases this summer.
I give 4,5 Stars, thank you Amanda Adams.

This book is about another one of those totally sexy, charming Walker boys. Dr. Mitchell Walker operated on Jessica Finley's brother and their attraction grew from there but started out as only friends. The relationship was sexy, fun and full of laughter until the past interfered.

My favorite part of this series is when the brothers open their letters from their deceased mother. It's beautiful watching these big, strong men turn into little boys again. I was a little disappointed in the last half of the last chapter. It really didn't fit either character and just felt out of place in the story. Other than that, the story was fantastic. I can't wait for Derek's story!

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. This is the 3rd book in the series "Walker Bros. You do not need to read the series in order as each story stands alone. Mitchell is a doctor who doesn't do relationships with women if fact he has a 30 day rule and it's over. Jessica is a product of a broken marriage and doesn't believe men can be trusted and doctors like her father are the worst. How their relationship progresses makes great reading. I am looking forward to the final brother's story.

Mitchel Walker a young Doctor who's past is holding him from his present and future. Enters Jessica Finley, oh my does she turn his neat world upside down.
But even Jessica has things that stop her from trusting, will the two young lovers be able to trust one another and declare their love for each other. The story was well writen, it had me laughing and giggling and even a few tears were shed. The author took me on a lovely trip and I look forward to reading her other books.

Mitchell and Jessica meet through unfortunate circumstances, their chemistry was immediate. Mitchell had been hurt before and did not want to take a risk on Jessica. Can they just be friends and ignore their attraction for one another or will Mitchell finally open up his heart??? I love the Walker brothers and have thoroughly enjoyed reading their individual stories.

Doctor D-Y-P..

Mitchell has a thirty day relationship timetable. Jessica has trust issues and a no dating doctors rule. The more time they spend together the closer they get to throwing their rules out the window. Will a misunderstanding destroy the relationship and trust? I love the Walker brothers. These four men show that with love and family you can rise above your past.

Hooked 5 stars - Ms. Adams, you had me at Eddie and Bella. I knew they sounded familiar but until Mitchell mentioned the collar, I wasn’t sure.

This book has an amazing story. It was full of very interesting lead and supporting characters. Jessica and Mitchell’s romance is so heartfelt. I was up all night reading and am definitely hooked to read the rest of the brothers’ story. [I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.]
