Written by the author of the Scala Cookbook and Functional Programming (Simplified), Kotlin Quick Reference is a reference book for the Kotlin programming language. As the “quick reference” part of the name implies, it’s written in a way that lets you quickly and easily find syntax and examples for what you need. It’s broken down into dozens of small chapters, but high-level topics
- Strings - Common data types - Control structures - Classes - Objects - Interfaces, abstract classes, and inheritance - Functions - Collections classes and methods - Nullability - Generics - Android - Building Kotlin applications
Please note that this is an early (alpha) release of this Kindle eBook, and the plan is that it will be updated over time.
Pretty good starting point for a Java or Scala developer to switch to Kotlin, but as the name says it's a quick reference, so there is no really detailed examples.
