I read the first book and really liked it. I attempted reading book 2 only got to maybe chapter 4 and lost interest. I then bought it through audible to see if that could help get my interest back I managed to finish the second book but was in and out with understanding what was going on. There have been many times I've wanted to just drop the book altogether but stuck it out. Starting the third and I just can't continue with it. I've lost interest.
I absolutely loved these. I couldn't put them down once I started reading. I loved how each chapter told the story from each of the characters. I'd recommend to all ages and I can't wait to read the rest of them.
This series is so addictive. There is so much going on I'm desperate to read the next instalment! The characters, back stories, side stories are all amazing and I can't wait to see how it all turns out. AMAZING SERIES! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💚
I love the series, but there should be more of a break between all the horrors, so you can sense a lull and then get sucked into drama. No one seems to be loyal to anyone in this series.
I feel this pack was well worth the buy. The storyline was interesting and drew me in. Contains some Romance, there is a hint of rape, some violence and I can’t remember any course language. I think that this story could suit a young adult. The narrator is a wonderful job. Giving each character their own unique voice. I enjoyed it. Ends on a cliff hanger.
Book 3 was a difficult read due to production problems. Nothing to do with the great story. A lot of hyphenated words within the text indicate incorrect use of the optional hyphen code totally distracted from the story. Well written but badly produced and I’m surprised at this incompetence and lack of proofreading. E.M. Knight should be furious.
