Have you ever read a book that felt so real? I have, and it is this one. When I wasn't reading, and off doing my daily duties sometimes I'd catch myself wondering what Quinn or Connor was doing. Then realize it's not reality, but the book is so grabbing that when reading I feel like I am there with them. There is a movie playing in my head with each page I read. Just like the Author did with her first book, readers were given this great story and then BAM hit us with something tragic that made me wonder what is going on.. now I have to wait for book 2. Well Book 2 picked right back up and answered all my questions and confirmed some of my thoughts as to WHO killed Jayla and hurt Quinn. Now.. is it really who I thought it was this whole time? Now I'm doubting if the person has really been caught or still out there....?
I can't wait for book 3.

Well worth the wait! Book 2 picks up right where Book 1 left off. It does not disappoint! Ready for book 3 and the Detective Combs series! #Netflixpickthisupplease
