As a forty year-old beginner TangSooDo practitioner (6 months in), this book really resonated with my new pursuit. It seems like it’s just his blog posts compiled into a book, but that makes it quite readable and in short sessions. Overall, it’s a good, quick read and it encouraged me as well.
