Starts with table of contents where recipes are broken up by meal categories.
Free ebook gift is offered. Introduction about the dash diet and how it's accomplished to help lower your high blood pressure and intake of sodium.
Recipes start with a title, prep and cook time and servings.
List of ingedients and directions. There are NO pictures.
Nutritonal information includes calories, fat-NOT broken up into good or bad, fiber, carbs and protein. No mention of sodium or what calorie diet they are basing this on.
Don't care for the fact they are using canned products instead of fresh vegetables instead.
Various choices of meals with endless options of what to put in the dish.
I also feel you should not be using stevia, use real fruit or a vegetable for sugar flavor.
