After months of having to roll with the punches, she now knows what her part is in the grand scheme of things.
Newly crowned as Queen of the Fae, and mother to a newborn hybrid, Thalia is about to take on her most daunting role yet: she's been ordained, by the Gods themselves, to bring down the Devil.
And no, there isn't a euphemism hidden in that sentence. Morningstar needs to be taken down, and she's the bada$$ to do it.
If she can get her hands on him.
Of course, that was never going to be easy, and in the face of the apocalypse that's hit Earth, yeah, it's not like she can just buzz him on the phone... But when certain situations come to light in the face of Armageddon, Morningstar suddenly doesn't look like the biggest, baddest SOB out there. No, sirree. That title belongs to someone else.
Three guesses as to who.
Only trouble is, Thalia and her mates can't take out the Earth's true foe on their lonesome, which means they're going to have to work with their son-in-law-to-be without chopping off his head.
Find out if Morningstar escapes with his skull still attached in TRIERNA, part five of the TriAlpha Chronicles!

It felt shorter than it was. Guess that's a good sign.
More power, more angst, more action, more trouble, extra heartache.
I felt sorry for most of the characters in this book. It felt like sacrifice after sacrifice, and I felt angry on their behalf. Making me feel this shows how deep into the world I fell. Good thing, too, because they do have some steamy smutty moments I get enjoy 😉
They are still coming together as mates. Suddenly, they have a baby, then the end of the world and crowned queen of two sup worlds. But there's more to come, twists that make you think seriously! Why, it's not fair. I did find the new meeting of fated mates a little cringe and uncomfortable.... I mean, dude, she's 16 (in body, let's not think about mind) it's a little ekhy at the hints of attraction already in such an innocent girl.
The time to end the war with Lucifer and his followers is drawing close. Thalia's daughter is the key to stop the war, but not her nor her mates want to do anything that might put their daughter in danger. Too bad that the goddess has other ideas. Moreover, now that the humans know about the supernatural creatures, Thalia needs to make sure that they are not waging a war on two fronts.
Please read and make your own mind up as this is just my opinion and it hasn’t really been my kind of book from the beginning but I’m forging on, I’m honestly just nosey as this point tbh, it’s just not developed in terms of the characters I feel there’s loads missing maybe it’s the way the relationship is out across, one of the gods speaks like yoda, Morningstar I have no words, I know the f mc is wonder etc etc she’s losing everything though and Mikkels character just isn’t of any use apart from that one big scene tbh there’s loads of plot holes thinking about it, why didn’t rafe go see his sister and nephew earlier??. I think in the timeline if I’m correct went from sera being 1 day old to 16 in about 2 weeks it’s just to far fetched for me at this point the sex scenes ain’t all that and rafe is annoying me, there’s no team work tbh in the relationship they each have their own monologues in their head but withhold loads, scenes that should of had more depths and been expanded on just arnt. I’m honestly reading the last book, hoping the f mc finds some good somewhere and to see how morning star reacts to getting bk in the good books that’s it. I’m sorry this series hasn’t been for me but the author has put a lot of research into the book.
This series just goes from strength to strength. I can honestly say I have no idea where this author is going to go with each chapter of this series. Things build and build and then WHAM you get hit in the side of the head by something unexpected.
Thalia and her mates are struggling with all the hits that keep on coming. They are being inundated with information and enemies and they have to keep on rolling with the punches.
In this book we learn more about what the gods & goddess want from their children and it’s not easy. Thalia and her mates have to reach out to new unexpected allies in order to save the world.
I love the way this author writes. The multiple points of view helps with as large a cast of characters as this series has. It helps keep things straight and opens up different aspects to the story as well.
I really do recommend this whole series as a gripping read.
I skimmed through a lot of this book, picking through the plot developments. There is so much going on that it feels like things are getting more and more complicated. The rest of the series has been five stars all the way but this one I found difficult to get in to. Her distrust of Rafe’s powers and his secretive nature is a bit frustrating and there were a few moments when I was expecting her to put two and two together, but no, she’s still asking characters to explain stuff that don’t give a straight answer anyway which equals a frustrated MC and reader. I’m not really sure what was going on with the big fight with Vulcan in the end. Is that it? Has she kicked his God butt for good? Does Thalia have two gifts in the end or just one shifter? I guess I’ll find out in the next one.
Tailia with her mates (Rafe, Theo, and Mikkel) must find a way to make Morningstar repent. But Vulcan becomes the one they must stop and in order to do that they will need Morningstar. But to bring Morningstar over they might have to bring Serafina out of the far world and to earth. Tara doesn't want to use her daughter for this, but the gods have other plans. All they must go through have been put into motion by the gods but the fates are the ones that have more control then the gods it seems. The fate of everyone rest on Tailia's shoulders, what will she do to protect not only her daughter but her mates as well. Thalia has her work cut out for her, what will it cost her in the end though.
Another fantastic addition to an already amazing series. Serena has blown my mind with the complexity of this story. There are just so many facets to this arc and it’s amazing. Everything is so detailed and creative. There seems to be no plot holes or contradicting elements to this series.
Thalia is still as awesome as ever and her mates are all perfect for her. We are introduced to their daughter Seraphina who is a surprising character all on her own.
The big conflict with Vulcun seems to be resolved now but Thalia’s story isn’t over it seems. Can’t wait to read the final book in this series!!!
DNF. It’s starting to drag out for far too long. Too much exposition and not enough actually happening. I really loved this series initially, but now I find myself reading 10 pages and then getting distracted by Facebook or Pinterest because this book isn’t holding my interest. So after a few days of barely making any progress, I’m throwing in the towel. I pulled up another book and just tore through that overnight, so it definitely wasn’t me, it was this series going downhill. Shame too, cause I was rather curious to see where this was going. Oh well. At least it was KU, so no money lost here.
Fated mates even before birth and then being “deprived” of them by abortion…. Super weird I don’t vibe with it. Plot was too confusing, not interesting or emotionally compelling enough to try to fully follow along. They should have spent more developing the relationships. WHERE IS YOUR BABY???? I actually hate all of seraphinas character arc they really did everyone dirty with that, including her. Every time something emotionally compelling starts to form in this book, the fucking convoluted overexplained but still confusing plot consumes it!! So irritating and I’m not even sure what there is left to look forward to in the next book
im obsessed with this series and this book did not disappoint. this was definitely the big battle book. lots of action and things going on. it wasnt exactly what i thought it would. usually books like this paranormal romance with a slash of fantasy. its always this big battle at the end where the hero's kills the big bad what ever it may be. it was a breath of fresh air that this book was different, because of that the story wasnt predictable and also added a level of reality to it. people don't go around killing every enemy they come across.
i loved this book. it did seem like it could have been the last of the series so im curious where the last book will take us

Honestly I don't even know. That was one heck of a ride and in really loving all these developments along the way, it's amazing! Another great chapter in the story. Also again I'm finding it hard to keep up with the location timeing changes. It seems to jump around chapter to chapter without clear identifications early on in the change that helps me figure out what's happening.
Whilst I like this series it has taken me longer to finish this book compared to the other books in the series.
As the series start to come to a close there are a lot of loose ends being tied off so if you have already follow the series thus far. Serena continues to develop our main characters (this is their hardest trial yet) they need to push through shocking revelations, show their inner strength and trust each other like never before.
I believe in karma. And this book ain't it. I also feel parents should love all their kids and the way this story plays out it seems like the gods only actually love one and will sacrifice all the others just to keep giving that one more chances at redemption. Life's not fair but God is supposed to be. This book left me feeling both angry and a bit sad and depressed. If I knew the ending I would never have started this series. Sucks to be Thalia!!!
It felt as if the book was comprised of two almost equal but totally different parts. The first one got me confused and I seriously contamplated not finishing the book. There was too much information and I could not keep up. However, later on, once they started working on their relationship and be more honest, it finally returned to the kind of series I loved.
Was a different take on supernaturals and over the xmas period it was great to read this series in between the madness of presents, cleaning ad more cleaning with tons of cooking. I’ll have to get back to assignments before the start of the term but then by that time the last book should be out. Not bad..not bad at all.
So the first half was a bit harder for me to read then usual. I don't know if it was because I wasn't in the mood so soon after finishing up a different book or what. But by the second half I found myself enthralled. I didn't want to put it down and do chores, being an adult etc... You know how it is. Still need the "real" ending though! 😊
It’s very rare for me to not finish a book. It’s rare for me to skim to the end to find out what happens. It’s rare for me to read four books in a series and get tired of it in the fifth book. I actually got tired of the series before but wanted to find out what happened, which I still don’t know, but now I don’t care.
The scene with the president was terrible. I mean we're meant to believe this all powerful quartet are afraid of the president or her guards. Honestly since when did the potus represent the entire planet? So unbelievably annoying. This part of the book really ruined the book fir me and loses a full star because it is just so bad!!!
How to ruin a great series. Pathetic it really was!
DNF! The first 4 books were so good and you get to this one and it all falls apart faster than you can turn the page. I got about half way through and the story had morphed so much from what the other books had indicated, that I just couldn’t read anymore. I really tried. So sad when a series jumps the shark like this and turns into something unrecognizable.
Well, strange just doesn't cover it, we have the apocalypse, caused by the birth of a child, one that should not even be in first trimester of pregnancy. We have Gods, male and female, speaking in person, in dreams, in the cosmos. It is a very complicated tale, but It works very well, to keep the reader enthralled.
Wow! I know I repeat myself with this series but I get to the end and just wow! So many surprises and the end well let's just say doing drink or eat or it'll be all over your book!
The TriAlpha series continues with Trierna, book 5. Interesting and excellent progression of the storyline, with some unexpected twists and a great surprise ending. I look forward to continuing the series.
They just keep getting better! The ending threw me for a loop and I find myself actually wishing for peace for the trialphas and even Morningstar. The next book should be interesting.
Oh my goodness yet another rollercoaster! And that ending brilliant that! I don't know how one has the imagination to write this stuff.every book you think you get the characters then they change and morph and wow just wow
God. This book. I can admit that I cry for the last little bit because of everything the characters were going through and that was taken away from them. This series is so addicting and I seriously cannot get en ugh. The Nextbook can't come soon enough.
So I still really loved this book but if I'm being real I got really frustrated with Thalia's attitude toward Rafe. Other than that as good as the rest! I'm excited to start the final one and see how this raps up!
This is book 5, continuing where book 4 ended. It is a very important so much happened it would reveal spoilers if I say. Trust me get your seatbelt on because you are in for one heck of a ride.
I read all the books in quick succession so I can't recall what happens in which book exactly, all I know is that the desie to read them all now was burning in me. It's a great series with some great plot lines and sex scenes.
Book 5 of the Trialpha Chronicles is more of the SAMR...FREAKING AMAZING! I fell down this rabbit hole last week and can't get out. Jumping directly into 6 right now!
