Thanks to their strong bond, Mary and her team overcome the coupling gamble, and the now-famous gambling star joins forces with Aoi Mibuomi. As she climbs the ranks of the wealthy institution, though, more and more challengers step up to take her seat, including Aoi's fiancée, Sakura Miharutaki, and Juraku's housepet, Mikura Sado...Will Mary be able to handle this baptism by fire?!
I was truly afraid when she lost but with the twist at the end because I didn't want her to lose. Mary can't lose, I knew. The strength of friendship triumphs. Aoi is a piece of garbage, and he has no business treating anyone that way. Mary showed him where to go.
I never trusted Aoi entirely and always felt he wasn’t as kind as he showed himself to be with the “Full-Bloom” society. How he treated Sakura proved as much and I found a weird fondness to the poor girl. I hope to see more of Sakura. I enjoyed the knowledge that was needed for the gamble in this volume and how despite wanting to destroy Mary, she was still given an even playing field.
i enjoy sakura miharutaki and hope to see her more, she’s much more mature than everyone else but just as ruthless. fuck aoi. i want more sachiko content <33 my pretty sadist
At first I thought Aoi was real cute but fuck that guy he made Sakura cry and that's enough to put him on my shit list. I'm just glad Mary rejected his offer that man is not to be trusted.
