Me ha gustado muchísimo. Un libro imprescindible para un fan de Disney y del famoso ratón.
Nos cuenta toda su filmografía y algunas curiosidades muy interesantes. Lo más chulo son unas ilustraciones que ocupan la mayor parte del libro de un montón de artistas diferentes.

It's okay. The listing of Mickey Mouse movie is perfect for those curious about his film and TV history, but the real meat is in the middle section, which is dedicated to his milestones. Unfortunately, said section is all too brief, and the rest of the book is dedicated to different pictures, photos and paintings --art in general--, done by different artists as an homage to the Mouse. It's pretty, yes, but not particularly informative. 'The Art of Mickey Mouse' is quite the tribute for the character, but it ends up being far too shallow and brief. I definitely ended up wanting more.

Really I am happily surprised this more than just a commemorative art book celebrating Mickey's 90th ! Seeing archival work and seeing a timeline of milestones in Mickey's character evolution is impressive. Seeing some inclusion in the earliest shorts showing how their distributor preview release date is shown in some comparisons to general theatrical date is a nice touch. For example, the silent Plane Crazy was shown first before Steamboat Willie, but was later released as the third short with music and sound then included after Willie's musical success. Of the new gallery art I loved seeing pieces by Bryan Mon, Floyd Norman, Jeffrey Thomas, John Quinn, and Manny Mederos to name a few.

Definitivamente este libro es muy bonito y creo que es ideal para cualquier fan de Disney Como yo yo me considero bastante pan de Disney y trae historia y el arte es precioso y Tiene bastantes ilustraciones muy hermosas los artistas creo que está sumamente completo y se ve que está hecho con mucho amor ya que te cuenta partes icónicas del arte y de la historia de Mickey Mouse a lo largo de los años y creo que es un libro que sin duda ideal para un fan de Disney como yo

Lindo libro, conoces más acerca de la historia de Mickey y tienes la posibilidad de ver ilustraciones preciosas como las de Steven K. Thompson con un estilo animado y cute, o Scoot Cook qué usó objetos reciclados para crear figuras increíbles, o mi favorita Courtney Watkinson con un estilo simplemente adorable. No son la más grande tan de Mickey, pero este libro definitivamente es lindo

Los datos dados en el libro sobre el ratón mickey fueron muy interesante y como evolucionó a través del tiempo aunque habían imágenes que acompañaba el texto en donde algunos pie de imagen esta el mismo texto del párrafo.
En cuanto a la mayoría del libro que es la galería de imagen, me gustó mucho había para distintos estilo de dibujo sin dejar de ser mickey mouse.

Está lleno de reinterpretaciones del ratón más rico del mundo de la mano de artistas increíbles. No hay muchísimo contenido, pero sí está lleno de arte.
