Bodyguard by Shirlee McCoy is one of my favorite Love Inspired Romance novels. Inside, there is plenty of risks. With those risks, came intense pressure, constant danger, death, and loss. Theme of family, justice, trust, and faith were neatly tied in a bow. I love how all of the themes came together in producing a wonderful adventure. From the beginning, I am taken into the danger and threats against the leading protagonist. She is the daughter of a highly known crime family. Her uncle and brother will do everything in their power to destroy her. Even if that means killing her. She has betrayed the family that betrayed her. Losing her family, career, and life to hide from the danger, Esme proves she is stronger than her enemies know. I rooted for her the whole way. Even the officer in charge of protecting her had a stubborn streak and barriers to break down before he got to where there would be a future. Suspenseful, engaging, and romantic this thrilling journey is perfect! Shirlee McCoy writes the most interesting stories and creates the best characters. It is hard not to love them all.

A single mother is running away from the father of her child. A father that was once one of the best FBI agents. Now, he is one of the worst criminals. He has the means and connections to keep track of his woman and son. Then, there is the half-brother who is also one of the best FBI agents. He and his K-9 partner race to keep both the woman and child safe. Yet, trust issues between the agent and the woman keep them from danger. Twists and turns are plenty in this tale. I enjoy characters who pop off the pages. These characters have a way of melting my heart, making me cry, and rooting for them. It is full of family, love, and faith too. Tracker is definitely one crime heart pounding yet sweet inspired read I recommend to all.

Two K-9 officers find love one in Florida the other in Montana.
Enjoyed being with these authors again. Ian and Esme story was exciting from start to finish. Esme didn't really like Ian at first. It was the same for Ian. But as they were together love started to bloom. They were able to get her bad uncle who was after her. But they had to go away for awhile tell the trial. Penny and Zeke story was exciting a love at first sight story. This was hard case for Zeke had to go after his brother. But he also had to keep his nephew and the boy Mom safe from his brother. But his brother tried to get at them at ever turn. Until he succeeded and gave his life. Penny and Rake love grew during this time. After it was all over Rake declared his love for Penny and Kevin. Will read more by these authors.

The first part of this book, The Bodyguard, was pretty good but part two was almost a duplicate story. Finished but wouldn't recommend it.
