When Georgina Josephine sent me her book accompanied by odd socks and coffee; i thought the package was sweet, but I had no idea why she was sending me coffee and odd socks to go with her book. Now I know that Lara always wears odd socks and doesn’t like coffee no matter how many times she lives.

So here are three things I loved about the book:

I loved the premise behind it. The idea that we have a gut feeling about whether something is right or wrong and about what we are meant to do with our lives is something that really resonates with me. So if you believe in fate and that things are meant to be then this will be a really great read for you.
One of the my favourite parts of the book was also that we should never ignore that niggling idea or feeling in the back of our minds; it’s not just a feeling but your god given talent and the reason you are on the planet.
I loved Lara’s ability to be able to change her future by the way that she reacts to the same situations. It just shows our destiny is all within our own hands.
It was comforting to read Lara’s story and understand what it is to face the same situation and the same life choices but; by our actions, change the choices we make and how we can live our life to it’s fullest. Lara dies in a freak accident towards the start of the novel and she then goes on a journey where she is given a choice to go back and make something of her life and work on her dreams and the things that she has always wanted to do. She then goes back and achieves her dreams but other areas of her life become more difficult as she meets and has to deal with her sociopath director Rufus. Now she has fulfilled her dreams in her career it’s the other areas of her life that begin to fall apart and after her second death she realizes that she has to go back and change things not only for herself but for others as well.

Lara’s relationship with Hugo is endearing and beautiful in parts as they begin to realize that they are meant to be with each other. Their life is not an easy road though and they must face other obstacles in their way before they can be together. Lara’s sociopath director is controlling, charming and terrifying and there’s some great plot twists towards the end of the novel.

If I could pick a quote to sum up this novel it would be this quote from Mark Twain:

‘The two most important days in your life are the day that you were born and the day you find out why.’

I found this book quirky and thought-provoking and I loved the idea of reincarnation and finding those important people in your life and the one’s that are meant for you whichever version of your life you are living. So if you feel like you’ve been here before, lived a past life or just want to pursue your gut-feeling about what you were meant to do in your life then this book is for you.

Always and Forever,

Lyndsay xoxo

An outstanding story that is different from what i've read,I loved every page and every second i spent on reading it.

The book has an interesting start with a mystery, all we can think of is what had happened !

I was totally hooked by the presentation of the main character "Lara smith", i thought she was describing me in a very detailed way, even the sweating hands...

Each time Lara tries to avoid the problems she had by changing her reaction to it,which leads to a complete different series of events. The fact of how easy something can go wrong,or how a small action can drive you away from a really bad situation, only by trusting yourself and that voice in your head telling you how strange or suspicious the situation is,is very well developed.

I think some ladies out there can relate to Lara's reltionship situation at some point, the author underlined perfectly how female can be treated,or harassed in her workplace or at home, and how it feels being caught and trapped in a vicious circle.

I also want to highlight that the author did an amazing work by describing in a very detailed and realistic way, the frustration and the fear we experiment in life, as long as the way family, friends and loved ones are the core of your life, and with their help you can get through everything.

The book is written on Lara's point of view only, which i wished if we had Hugos's point of view or maybe Rufus, but overall i didn't mind.

The writing is very fluid, the language is very clear and accessible for all levels. A writing style made of a good mix of mystery, romance, and a pinch of humor that makes reading comes alive, so be ready for watery eyes.

I for sure recommand this book to everyone who wants to feel all kinds of emotions at the same time.

I loved this book! It was a real page turner from the get go! Relatable characters, twists and turns, chick-lit with tension, 3 stories for the price of one!
A unique story that’s very different to anything out there at the moment.

Absolutely loved loved loved this book! I couldn’t put it down - and I think it’s the quickest I’ve ever read a book (less than a week).

I just couldn’t get enough and I think the ending is fabulous.
