My world revolves around my husband (who is a major hottie), my precious kids, my Vizsla’s who act like children, and the mountains.

I wear hiking boots instead of heels when I need to feel powerful, and on a bad day, I love a weightlifting workout. Actually, I love it on a good day.

I don’t eat bread because my thyroid doesn’t like it, although there are days I miss it. Especially ciabatta. Sweet potatoes are kind of my thing. Cookies too.

I write because I never stopped.

Author of The Network Series, The Dragonmaster Trilogy, and The Coffee Shop Series.

All 5 books in one buy?! Seriously, that's an incredible deal. I fell in love with her characters one book at a time. Learned the meaning of self love, being strong and finding yourself with each of them as they struggled. It's so easy to immerse yourself in these books and loose tract of time. I love how they make you think outside of the box, feel real raw emotions and laugh/cry out loud. This is an amazing series. For young girls to women in their late 50's. All can appreciate these stories. Each book is tailored to a member of the health and happiness club. Each have their own unique struggles. Food and friendship bring them together.

On a side note:
Don't let the pink fool you... I avoided this book for nearly a year before I took a chance on it because it had pink on the front cover. Pink=girly=sparkles=unicorns and I don't read those kinds of books. Hate them. This is not one of those books. The pink could be interpreted as an emotion- their love and support of one another dispite their differences. The fact that they have strong personalities, but soft hearts. Don't be me. Don't overlook an amazing read simply because you judged a book by it's cover too soon.

The health and happiness society is amazing and one of my favorite series! I enjoyed each and every book in this series and I love how I was able to relate to each of the characters in some way. This series will make you take a look at yourself and your own life as you read about five different women who find themselves while they each go through their individual journeys of life and the hardships that come with it. And on top of this being an amazing series what a great deal that all of the books are being sold together! If you’re looking for a great series, look no further, because Katie Cross is an amazing writer!

This collection was EVERYTHING. Five very different women struggle through five very different lifestyles/issues and yet, in every single one of the books, I found a piece of myself and an issue I struggle with. I laughed, I cried (ugly tears at times), and I made promises to myself.

These books are so well written and so fantastic, I cannot say enough about them. As a total bookworm, I read so many books that they have a tendency to blend together and the story lines/characters don't always stand out. That is not the case with these ladies. Each one owns a piece of my heart now and helped me make some positive changes in my life that will stick with me forever.

Once again, Katie Cross creates characters that are so relatable to every woman in some way. From the very first chapter of BON BONS TO YOGA PANTS, I was amazed by how closely I related to Lexie. In each book, Katie Cross continues the story of the Health and Happiness Society, but each book is from the viewpoint of a different character. I saw myself in each of these books. This is definitely a must read for anyone who loves “Chic Lit” or who wants to read a story about people who face the same struggles and fears that we all face every day.

I absolutely loved this series. While each book is written from the perspective of the main character, they are all connected and a part of each other's stories. There's a a little piece of each of us in each of these characters; their struggles and victories are so genuine. Once I started a book, I couldn't put it down. A great read for young and old alike. Read the whole series; it's a decision you won't regret.

I read this book on my phone over a few months. There are a few stories in one, and it was super handy to have on my phone for those times I was waiting for appointments, kid's sports, school pick up, etc. It was an easy read and helped me avoid mindless Facebook scrolling.

Excellent, thought provoking. This series of books cover every modern day woman from college to middle age, showing the insecurities that We (as women) have felt or are feeling at some point in our lives. They really made me think and maybe realize things about myself that I had realized or showed me that it was ‘ok’ to have these feelings or had felt them. Made me do some soul searching and retrospecting. Great read, I highly enjoyed them and will miss the main characters, would love to have friends like these.

Wonderful series of real life people

Love the way all characters combine through the stories. Realistic people with real problems that many have gone through in different stages of their lives

One stop shop

For all of the Health and Happiness Society stories. Usually I don't like compilations like this because it messes up my Goodreads book count but it's so nice to have all my notes in the one book file. Also the stories are amazing and Rachelle is my spirit person.
