This was a cute, short, and steamy Christmas novella. I love Whitney G’s writing and characters, I just wish this would have been a little longer. Some novellas feel substantial, and others I feel like we didn't get enough. This is one of those. Maybe if we got more of an epilogue it would have been better for me. Either way, it was still a sweet and quick read with just enough heat! If you’re looking for a fast reading Christmas short, this is for you.

There’s not much to this story. Christina, our heroine is a baker and Nathan, our hero, is a cop. They meet through an online matching service and the rest is history. What I did love was Christina’s grandma’s recipes.

Perfect for a couple hours break between gift shopping and Christmas cooking, this short novel is funny and romantic.
I was a bit disappointed with the last males that were introduced by Whitney G in her latest novels, but Officer Nathan Benson stole my heart. He is over the top cocky, but he is so nice at the same time.
Anyway, every girl would love a guy who would read romance novels for a whole week in order to create the perfect date for her and who would try to make all her Christmas’ wishes a reality.
Christina is a bit annoying at times, but she is not too bad. She is hardworking and not very lucky with men. Obviously she had to be careful with a fine male specimen like Nathan.
I thought that a city with two Christmases per year (in December and in June) and in which the Christmas mood never stops is also a great idea.

Late Night Kisses was a slightly naughtier version of a Lifetime holiday movie - I wouldn't consider it as steamy, but definitely sexy. And it was exactly what I wanted (without knowing that I wanted it in the first place).
It was cute, easy and lighthearted - perfect for the Christmas season. Truly, Late Night Kisses made me chuckle and smile. It had Whitney G's trademark humor and snark. And both characters loved sarcasm which always works for me.
Since it's a novella of about 99 pages, don't expect anything deep, or characters with fleshed out backgrounds or anything else earth shattering. LNK was just a quick and enjoyable read. A little naughty, but also entertaining and funny.
Both, Nathan and Christina were easily likable, and I would have LOVED reading a full length novel about them. Compared to some of WG's other heroes, Nathan was perfectly balanced. Cocky without crossing the line. He certainly knew how to go after what he wanted, but he was also considered and dreamily supportive.
The author's trademark OTT delivered some eye rolling dating scenes, but all in all, it's a wonderful Christmas novella that will provide an hour or two of holiday cheer.

Meh...for such a short book it seemed to take FOREVER for these two to actually get together. On top of that, this really needed an epilogue. On a more positive note, I did laugh out loud several times...so there is that.

This is a short, steamy read with a bit of enemies to lovers trope. Of course the enemies is really just the heroine hating on the hero but it worked for me.
Christina should be totally turned off by Nathan after his late arrival and cocky attitude during their blind date. And she is…even while she’s a bit turned on. Nevertheless, she hightails it out of there only to find out that her blind date is the police chief. A morally corrupt police chief if his method of gaining another date, or fifteen, is anything to go by.
Nathan is one hot, cocky hero. But he’s not really feeling the spirit of the community where he’s relocated for his job. Perhaps he needs something different, or someone. When he meets Christina and she gives him the slip, he is determined to gain another date with her, and another, and another. I loved the way he blackmailed her into giving him another chance. I also appreciated the fact that despite all that cockiness he exhibits, he was not a player. At least that’s my take on it, considering he’s been celibate for six months.
This is a fun and quirky little read with some pretty amusing characters, town, and situations. The steam factor is kindle melting and the chemistry between the hero and heroine more than evident. There wasn’t a lot of opportunity to highlight the buildup of their relationship and I missed seeing that but it’s hard to have it all in a novella. I still enjoyed the heck out of this story and would love to meet other couple’s from this town.

4 'Owing many dates' Stars!
A sexy, festive novella by Whitney G.? Oh yeah, I am all over it! The woman sure knows how to write a sassy heroine, a cocky dirty talker, their sizzling sexual tension and off-the-charts chemistry. I loved Nathan and how he wins Christina's trust and love, after that "failed" first blind date. These two have a beautiful connection and I really enjoyed reading their love story.
Of course, I would have loved to read more about them but what I read I really loved! Difinitely recommend reading Late Night Kisses, especially if you are in the mood for a quick sexy Christmas story and if you are a fan of Whitney's work!

Late Night Kisses me devolvio mi fe en esta autora.
Cada vez que leo una novela de esta autora no se que me voy a encontrar, he leido muy buenas historias suyas, pero otras me han decepcionado bastante, por suerte, Late Night Kisses fue un libro muy agradable, divertido y ameno.
No solo me rei mucho con esta lectura sino que ademas se me hizo muy corta y cuando a mi un libro se me pasa volando quiere decir que me gusto mucho, mi unico pero es que no tuviera unas cuantas paginas mas y que el epilogo hubiera mostrado mas de el futuro de Nathan y Christina.
En fin, una novela muy recomendable, es de esas que te ponen automaticamente de buen humor.

This book was even better than I´d expected. I loved the characters, the setting and its happily ever after ending. In Late Night Kisses I enjoyed the progression and the complexities of the romance between Nathan and Christina. They meet under unusual circumstances and sparks start to fly from the very first moment. This book is a delightfully fun and romantic read. Great love story, steamy as hell, just everything you want in a romance.

This is one spicy Christmas read, loved it!
Things I liked:
🧡 The writing: To the point, easy, and quite witty at times.
🧡 The setting: The best part of the novel for me was the aura of Christmas that the author has shown, I just wished a little more of Christmas-y activities, but still, so cute.
🧡 The characters: Both the leads were sweet and spicy at times and that's a rare quality!
🧡 The sweet touch of recipes at the start of each chapter: The novel include such sweet and cute recipe names associated with Winter. I'd really like to try some time.
Things I wasn't impressed with:
⚫ The ending. I'm not a fan of those cliche ends.
⚫ A little bit of more Christmas activities, as I said earlier.
⭐ Just to finish of on a good end: I'd recommend it to anyone finding a short romance read to readl/listen around Christmas!

Okay ..ish.. I guess???
A quick read, it is a light hearted and Holiday themed romance.
Infact this novella seems fairly light on story and characters as well - I really would have liked to see more development of both.
Reading this short story I only caught glimpses of the hilarious and snarky humor that Whitney G is known for and usually excels at (and also one of the reasons why I am such a big fan of hers).
Sadly, I didn't find this very funny!!!
A big plus however was the chapter titles that made me smile a lot with their creative baking recipe references.

This was just as good as it was the first time I read it. Sizzling holiday story.
Christina is in a dating slump and has been for a while so she agrees to join an agency her sister recommends. She’s shocked when they find her a near perfect match that is until her date is late and doesn’t apologise, yes he’s hot as hell and as much as she wants him decides to cut the date short. But when he chases her down and makes it clear he’s having a date even if he has to blackmail her will she be able to resist him or is this a game he likes to play?
Nathan is the towns new sheriff, the town that always seems to be celebrating Christmas. He’s bored in the sleepy town and is considering relocating that I’d until his twin brother suggests he join a dating agency. Never expecting to match with anyone but when he meets Christina he senses something special and when she leaves him hanging by abandoning their date he knows he will have to pull out all the stops. Can he prove to her that he wants more or will a misunderstanding ruin their love?
Fantastic holiday read with extremely likeable characters would love if Tristan got his own book. Highly recommended read, quick but with a fun story.

Late Night Kisses
was a sweet and a little sexy novella that hits just the right spot. Christina seemed to be going on the literal dates from hell. Seriously, do dates like this really exist? They were the worst of the worst, on repeat, one after the other. What are the odds? The character that really stole the show was Deputy Nathan. He was such a hottie! There wasn't a lot of character development or much room for a real story arc, so it was hard to judge the relationship that was starting to grow between these two. I think Nathan had to jump through way too many hoops for a woman who had absolutely no luck or experience with relationships, but I can't knock his persistence. His determination to win the girl was just one more reason to like him!

Think Hallmark holiday romance but dirtier 😂
Quick, steamy, sweet read. I didn’t find it overly funny, but it did make me smile a few times. Set in a town that celebrates Christmas for most of the year. It’s kind of like a Hallmark movie with a dash of dirty.

Me ha sorprendido esta historia. No esperaba que me gustara tanto, una por ser corta y otra porque los libros de esta autora no siempre me gustan por sus protagonistas y el poco desarrollo que les da.
Pero en esta historia corta, le da un bien hilo a la historia y desarrollo a los protagonistas que me tiene maravillada 😍😍. Esta es una historia más que pasar el rato o cuando no tengas nada que leer porque en sus pocas paginas demuestra que se puede disfrutar, mantener el interés pegada a sus paginas y enamorarte de sus protagonistas.
Ese primer encuentro y ya sientes la atracción entre los protas. Mi reacción a ese primer encuentro fue igual a la de Christina con ganas de que le diera un cachete a Nathan por ser tan imbécil arrogante 😆😆.
Ya ahí pensé que no me iba a gustar Nathan porque nunca me gusta los protas imbéciles pero conforme vamos conociendo a Nathan el tipo demuestra que no es un imbécil sólo ese día 😂 aunque el ego sí lo tiene en cantidad y no se lo quita nadie pero después hasta eso me gusto y dio risa.
Pero en esta historia corta, le da un bien hilo a la historia y desarrollo a los protagonistas que me tiene maravillada 😍😍. I love me some Whitney her stuff is quite funny but this one was just too much in the part that all of it was about sex and nothing else. Nothing else happened at least till the middle I skipped till epilogue. And of course no real HEA like always.
