Yeah, I’m a jerk. I get it. Not only that, I OWN it. The fact is, being a jerk gets stuff done. Whatever Jack Kingston wants, Jack Kingston gets.
That’s why the moment I saw Taylor, I had to have her. She was cute, innocent. Nothing like the endless procession of chicks that lined up for a chance with me. She was real.
When I heard she was working for my friend Alana, a well-known Madam, I figured she’d be just another one of her parade of call girls, but she was different. She was pure. And for the price of a hundred grand, I could be the one to take that from her.
I hoped she could take it rough and dirty, because that’s the only way I knew how to do it. The only problem was I never intended to fall in love.
I have never read Lolita Lane, but I saw the cover of Jacked and was curious ... I love when folks say jerk ...these days jerks or saying jerk is not the normal ...we tend (not me) not to use that kind of language any more ... lol!! I look forward to reading more from Lolita ... great writing style. fun characters. Mister Jerk aka " Jack Kingston himself. Check it out! I always dislike being the 1st review ...I never say exactly the same thing as the synpois does say ...that is totally not my reviewing style ... i prefer to give quotes i enjoy, chat about the characters, always make a point to chat on newbie authors to ... would i read them again or not??! that kind of jazz. always love mysteries, humor and romances. but a lot of the times genre kind of bleed into one another, must read! what are you waiting on?!
But a fun wild ride. I don’t think I’ve read a book that used the eff word more than this. The dialogue is ridiculous, the personalities over the top times one thousand, the story predictable and pat but it. Was a fun read
