Lara Zielinsky is a bisexual married woman and works from home as a writer and fiction editor. She grew up reading, as it was the one thing as an introvert she could do alone in a house full of people. When she realized these stories weren't reflecting the things she thought about, she started writing her own. She discovered romance books in her teens, particularly looking for stories with strong female leads. When she opened up about her orientation, her stories started reflecting her bisexual experience. She got started writing with fanfic in the Xenaverse and then drifted into other fandoms, notably Star Trek: Voyager and Once Upon a Time, always gravitating toward non-canon sapphic 'ships. Eventually she started writing original fiction. Her first novel "Turning Point" was published in 2007. Her most recent title, published through Supposed Crimes, is Turning In: More Stories of Brenna and Cassidy (2023).

I grabbed this book when I saw it was FFM, something there are too few books of. Most menage stories are MMF. I was further drawn to it due to the swinging aspect. Another thing I don't often see in fiction.

The author did a good job on both fronts. I loved the dynamics between the couple and was happy they found their elusive unicorn. (A person happy to join a couple). The sex scenes were plentiful, an even though I figured they would be considering this is an erotic novel, they bordered on being too much.

What lowered my rating was the overwhelming use of terms like - the brunette, the blonde, the other woman, blue eyes, etc. I find them jarring and distancing. To start with, I was adamant I wouldn't mention such in my review, as I guess that could be a style preferences. But by the mid point they irritated me so much, I had to set the book aside...never a good thing.

If you're looking for an erotic romance with plenty of FF, FFM & FMF scenes, and a glimpse into the swinging lifestyle, this could be just the ticket.

2.5 rounded up. This book was alright, I didn’t enjoy the very abrupt ending. This was my first ménage romance and I was surprised that I enjoyed it as much as I did. Most likely won’t be my last.

This book is intended for persons over the age of 18 years. Be advise that there is material that is not appropriate for younger audiences.

This book was hot! Very sex driven, with the underlying buddying romance side plot.

The actual premise of the story was that Jess comes in Eric’s and Elena’s life and she becomes the third addition to their relationship that they didn’t know they needed.

The writing was ‘very’ descriptive but also not too easy. Sometimes I feel like in this genre of writing there is a lack of skill that is demanded, and because of that, a lot of good books are often swamped by some terrible examples. I simply just enjoyed this book.

Thank you to Lara Zielinksky, the publisher and NetGalley for providing me with a copy of ‘We Three’ for free in exchange for my honest review

Thank you Netgalley and to the author for this arc in exchange for an honest review.

This book has to be my favorite poly relationship book ever. I have always struggled with finding the perfect balance in books for that said relationship. While she did very amazing for the portrayal, she struggled more than I rated her for.

If it wasn’t for how she developed things, it would’ve been a one star rating. The three things that had ruined it though were the fact it felt more porn than plot, adding to that- making porn the reason to solve every issue, and under developing the throuple’s romantic relationship.

While I give it four stars, I don’t think it’s a book I would pass on or buy a physical copy. But I may or may not reread the arc and it can change.

As I said earlier, thanks to netgalley and the author for letting me read her book for the OT3!!!

Normally this isn't the type of romance books I read. I tend to read FF romances, but felt like trying something different. Even thought I knew this was more on the erotica side of things and it had a MFF relationship, by the time I got to the end, I was overwhelmed with the amount of sex in this one. I did feel they were all well written, but it was just a bit overkill by the time I got to the end. I did like the romance that happened between the mains. There was for sure chemistry between the mains and I felt the connection between the two women was stronger which was something that I did like, Overall this was as decent read. 3.25 stars

Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Review: this book promises steam from start to finish and does not disappoint. When Eric and Elena, a married couple into swinging, first lock eyes on Jess the chemistry is instantaneous. They find themselves drawn to eachother. This book follows their journey of playing with eachother solo and in a consenting trio to introducing Jess to the life of a swinger. All three are able to explore their fantasies but soon real feelings develop and i wish this had been elaborated on more but otherwise this was a quick, steamy and enjoyable read!

Lara really did an awesome job with this book. I am bi and poly so this book really touched home especially right now in my life. The relationship that grows between the three of them is so awesome and the sex bow chica bow wow.. LOL

I'm always afraid I will post too much so lets start little by little.

This starts with a swinger couple that have been together for so long but although they have so much fun together they (I feel) were missing something. Then they met Jess which is a broken girl that turned into a gypsy. She has traveled all over and looks to travel again soon. That being said she has met this couple and now feels so much she didn't think she would again. Three people all the feels? But will it work?

If you are into these types of books then you will LOVE THIS BOOK!!

I love a story where you get to see the attraction bloom into something more profound and the growth of the characters. This is one of those stories. And yes, there is plenty of sexy scenes too!

Elena and Eric Tanner are a married couple who are practiced swingers. They very much enjoy group sex and swapping partners at private parties, or their regular nights at Club Caliente in Miami, Florida. Eric is a pilot and Elena was a stewardess, until the politics of the company caused her to quit her job. She had a close relationship with another woman, once, and still sort of misses that connection.

Eric meets Club Caliente’s newest bartender, Jess, while she’s examining Eric’s erotic photos in a club art show. The main subject is Elena in varying degrees of clothing and arousal. Jess thinks Elena is gorgeous and is eager to meet her, once Eric says he’d be happy to introduce them. Jess is a loner, by choice. She’d grown up and aged out the foster system and been roughly rootless her entire life. She’s concerned why Eric might be interested in connecting her and his wife, at least at first. They all do have a chemistry, once they meet in a more quiet and personal way. Elena is attracted to Jess, as is Eric, and Jess is surprised that this attraction is matched by their personalities connecting. Elena is a little selfish, fearing that Jess isn’t very into her, but Eric’s encouragement allows her to see she needs to give Jess the time to acclimate to a completely new dynamic, that of a triad. All the characters in this story are interesting and passionate. They care deeply for their partners, while also enjoying sharing their partners. Jealousy wasn’t a thing, until Elena started falling for Jess, for whom she became slightly possessive. This was an intriguing situation, as she’s not that possessive of her own husband.

This was a very sexy read, with lots of three-way interactions, some that included more partners, and others that are exclusively between Elena and Jess. What began as a bit of fun develops into a stronger connection and relationship than any of these folks had anticipated. That said, it seemed like some of the subplots didn’t develop–like the supposed jealousies of the Club Caliente owners, who may or may not be very sketchy employers. Or Elena’s new business venture selling and guiding sex-tourism trips for swinger couples. The end came rather abruptly, and I wasn’t sure if Jess made a cohabitating move, or just quit her job. Or, what. I had hoped it would become a more intimate and permanent arrangement, but there was enough uncertainly I wasn’t exactly sure if Elena and Jess were starting a real partnership of their own. For the times that Eric is away. Otherwise, they’d all three be sharing a bed. It seemed, at least.

If you are into lesbian scenes, orgies, or swingers I think you’d really enjoy this one. I liked the development of this menage relationship, though I felt there were holes in other parts of the plot.

previousy i read the fanfic this started out as and now having just received my copy of the We3 book I have to say i am loving it even more, flew right through it and can't wait for the sequel which promises even more character and story development and interaction.

Love how the author changed it up from the fic, giving it a modern feel for the readers and has us already diving more into the characters and their backgrounds as well as their feelings. The slow build from a casual hookup to the slowly developing feelings and dynamic shifts between the characters as well as the characters themselves evolving, yeah i am so there for that.

Espescially love how the author explores Elena, btw that name feels perfect for this character, her drive to start up a company and travel again. a woman secure in her sexual wants when playing. But even if we see a confident seductress, she still has that fragility to her when she interacts with Jess.

I lost myself in the descriptions of scenes but in a good way though. the author manages to really paint a visual scene for instance the tanner house or the club/hotel, or the miami scene. which really adds to the story.

there are little things within the scenes that feel like the author is laying some groundwork for the next book which is greatly appreciated by me. Again there is also enough diffrences in this printed/ebook from the original fanfic to keep readers on their toes it goes deeper on backstories, it gives you first meetings and even more sidecharacters that give us another angle to explore the main characters.

For instance the addition of Gus who is looking out for jess, she may not think that she has friends or people who care but she does and it is nice to see those moments inbetween the hot and sexy as f chapters. Because yeah those are plentyful but it is a balanced story. ofcourse we get sex but we get emotions too

3.5/5, Read a free copy thanks to NetGalley.

I liked this book in that it explored poly relationships in a good and healthy way.

I liked the relationship and liked how you could see it growing - this was about the people less than it was about the sex.

However. This book and all its (many) sex scenes (yes, I know it's erotica) read like this book wasn't very well edited or was self published because of a lack of consistency in many things. Safe sex was only discussed sometimes, condoms used inconsistently, the use of come/cum was also inconsistent.

The ending of the book was incredibly jarring, but I'm glad with the direction it took. I like this trio and the fact that they very clearly are all in love with each other. I hope they have a happy life together. The supporting characters (ok, just Gus) were also great, but only one of them had any dimension.

Also I hate the cover, but that's because I strongly dislike feet... But overall I did like the story, but a lot of the inconsistencies took me out of it.

Through (mostly) no fault of its own, this one wasn’t really my cup of tea (which I knew going in, but I’m trying to diversify my reading!). I am an avid menage reader, though I prefer more men instead of women.

This story has very little plot, but that’s not what we’re here for, right? The writing was decent (though the women were frequently referred to as “the blonde” and “the brunette” instead of by their names, which got really annoying after a while), and the sex scenes had some pretty good steam. However, rather than highlighting the menage aspect, there was a very heavy focus on the two women together, and there were several scenes where the guy wasn’t even present. This is where it lost me a little, especially because based on the title and description I was expecting threesome sexytimes!

BUT, I do love that there’s bisexual representation out there and I’m sure many people will enjoy this!

Thank you to NetGalley and Supposed Crimes for the review copy in exchange for my honest opinion.

When I randomly came across this on NetGalley, I went into this with such low expectations. But I was pleasantly surprised to see how great this was.

What I loved most about this was, of course, the sex scenes. They were well-written and I thought the three main characters had such amazing chemistry with one another. Though Jess and Elena had slightly more chemistry; I was LIVING for their encounters.

I also liked how this wasn’t just a typical erotica novel. But there was substance and a plot. I enjoyed reading about each of their backstories as it made me sympathize more with the main characters.

One thing I was turned off by however, was the abrupt ending. There seemed to have been a time jump from one chapter to the next and I found that quite jarring.

All in all, I loved this book so freaking much. I want to read more books like this one in the future.

There were things in this book I liked, and things in this book I did not like. I did not like that they kept referring to each woman as "the blonde" or "the brunette". That's usually all fine and good when the character hasn't met the other one yet. But they were sleeping with each other and thinking to themselves 'man the brunette is hot'.... just plain weird. Also, I didn't like that most of the sex scenes were involving the two women. It was fine for a little bit, but as the story went on it seemed like the two main female characters were lesbians and one happened to be married to a straight man. I just felt for how the book was portrayed he (Eric) should of been more involved with both his wife (Elena) and "the blonde" (Jess). Now, I did like that the book was about swingers and trios, which you don't normally see in erotica novels. There was not a whole lot of back story, but I felt it wasn't actually needed. I gave this book three stars because I did read it rather quickly so I was into the story and that it was a different type of book, but it wasn't the best thing since slice bread. Thanks to Netgalley for letting me read this one!

Thank you to NetGalley.

No one under 21 should read this book. It's very graphic and erotic. I enjoyed it though and never thought I'd be reading about swingers in a swingers bar/club. Elena and Eric are married and have been swinging a long time with other couples. They meet Jess at the club, where she is a bartender, and befriend her. They all get involved in a menage a trois. Not every page was sex but close enough. More with Elena and Jess than with Eric but he gets in the action too. They treat each other with respect.

The only thing that drove me crazy is that the author kept saying the blonde and the brunette (meaning Jess and Elena) when in the sentence before or after she used their names. Of course they mean them.

Jess who is a bartender at Club Caliente that is not just any club but a club for swingers. When she has a chance meeting with a photographer who is displaying pictures of a hot model that turns out to be his wife and an apparent attraction for Jess things evolve. Jess is from a scattered pass finds many comforts with Eric and Elena, Eric being a airline pilot and Elena who use to be an airline stewardess were the alternative life style also seem to intertwine. This was an average erotic book that in my opinion was about a 100 pages to long at times it felt monotonous. If there is any doubt it is graphic but you might get an idea from the cover. Thank you to Netgalley and Acquitted Books for an ARC for a fair and honest review.

We Three is a hot bisexual menage erotic romance by Lara Zielinsky.

Again - this is erotica, so you get what you expect.

A club, swingers, and instant attraction, married couple Eric and Elena can't resist Jess.

The heat can be felt throughout, with a good storyline accompanying all the sex scenes. Of which there are many!

These three have amazing chemistry and are amazingly hot together. As well, there's some good character growth involved, as Jess ends up being just what Eric and Elena needed.

We Three is a great read for anyone in the mood for a steamy bisexual and poly read.

I read this in preparation for doing a beta read on the sequel.

Although this isn't my normal reading genre, Lara created a setting I could lose myself in.

Set in Florida, this is the story of Eric, Elena, and Jess.

Lara does what she does best by creating a rich, realistic setting, beautifully crafted characters and an engaging storyline. Her pacing is spot on and will keep you turing those sizzling pages! Yes. Sizzling!

You can read the book blurb for yourself, I won't go into here. I'll just say this. If you're into healthy, consentual mff poly stories, this one will. not. disappoint you. Pick up your copy today. :)

Thank you to the publishers and NetGalley for an eARC in exchange for an honest review.

This book was a hot, sexy and exciting read. The author was descriptive and imaginative with their story and not just steamy sex scene after scene.

The story followed Jess and a married couple and the intricacies of a married swingers lifestyle looking for that one correct missing link; and how the right match can ignite passion and elicit fantasies to come true.

The book had a decent plot and a seductive and sexy erotic storyline.

I chose this title to read and review based on the cover and then the blurb on the back. It is always a coin toss what kinds of details are included or left out with books in this genre. I felt the author balanced the sex and real-life scenes pretty well. I also felt the language was accurate, and it did not deter away from the story itself. It is not a book filled with naughty scenes throughout, which I appreciated. I felt We Three was well written, and I felt the author did an amazing job sharing the different points of view throughout the book. I will look for more books by this author.

Eric and Elena enjoy swinging and meeting others at Club Caliente, when they meet Jess, sparks fly. One night wasn’t enough with Jess they like just hanging out together. Can they have a relationship between the three? Fast-paced read with sizzling chemistry, lots of emotion and steam. I liked it.

We Three is about a couple, Eric & Elena, who meet a bartender, Jess, at a swingers club. Jess becomes an important member of their relationship. I did enjoy this book, but it took me several weeks to read. I really wanted their to be more chemistry between the characters. I also felt the ending was just thrown together to just finish the book.

Thank you to NetGalley for the eARC in exchange for an honest review!

What I liked:
- very steamy with threesomes and doubles!
- loved the separate 'relationship' between Jess and Elena.

What I didn't like:
- was kind of one-dimensional, nothing really happened outside of the thruple getting more and more comfortable together and slight challenges associated.
- ended very abruptly!
