Dysfunctional breeds more of the same. The Barnes family are rich, brash and famous. Each has used their god given talent to make headlines. Managed by a controlling mother that makes Kris Jenner seem timid, there is bound to be chaos in their high paced world. In The Baller's Secret Baby, Ms. Alleman examines fame and all it's trappings with a fast paced love story that had my head spinning. Reality, romance and sudster TV combine to tell a complicated love story with grit, heartbreak and heat. The Barnes are an interesting group.

Well written stories which are steamy, romantic, engaging, suspenceful and emotional. They have likeable characters.
A lot of caos is in this family and a mother that is not worth her status. Enjoyable read that I can recommend to others.

Nick and Eden are childhood sweethearts but when their fathers die in a plane crash Eden's mom moves them away. Now years later Nick is a pro basketball player and is playing on an Austin team. He is at a local game watching when he recognizes Eden as one of the cheerleaders. Eden is drawn to Nick but wary because of his playboy past. Can Nick show her that he is different from his past and their fathers? Will she tell him about the baby?

When he first came home from overseas he created a sex device for women. It was original for him and his partner until he found out she cheated on him. Now he makes money off of people for it and runs a porn site about it. He knows getting involved with Dynassy is a risk considering what he does but he can't seem to stop seeing her. Will Bridger come keep about his work to Dynassy? Will Dynassy risk everything to be with Bridger?

Chloe goes to a middle school basketball game with a friend the next time Eduardo thought he knew everything about his life that is until he learns that he has half siblings by a father he never knew. His step mother was looking to bring him into the fold and on her reality show. This all happens just as he and Chloe are getting to know each other. What started out as a marriage of convenience between them turned into so much more. However will his new found family come between them? Will their relationship cause problems with his church?
This is an amazing box set that will draw you in with each story and leave you wanting more. This is a well written and very entertaining collection of stories box set to any book lover.

The Baller's Secret Baby:
Nick and Eden grew up together until they were 15 and a tragedy struck. After the tragedy Eden's mom takes her to Texas after a disagreement with Nick's mom before the accident. Nick becomes the typical rookie famous basketball player and has a couple of scares with gold-diggers, while Eden goes to med school, owns her own company and is a cheerleader for football. After a year of celibacy for both Nick spots Eden at a football game and gets his sister to invite her to his house party. At his house party, things heat up quickly but Eden gets scared and runs. Nick pursues her and is determined to shoe her that he wants only her and their relationship. Outside forces, try to break them up and then when he gets news that hes being traded to another team, she finds out she's pregnant and decides to hide it from him. Months after hiding it his sister gets tired of him not knowing and sets them up for the secret to come out. At first Nick reacts badly, but then decides he's going to fight for Eden and their baby. He tries his best to prove it to her and is actually excited when they discover it is twins. After moving to be with him, outside forces once again work to keep them apart and almost succeed. Nick once again proves that he loves her and is faithful.
This story shows a man continually willing to show his love. Personally I would have gotten rid of his mother long before he did, but I understand she is his mom. Loved the twists and thought the other basketball players were idiots.
Bishop's Desire: Chloe is struggling working two jobs to save up enough to start her own bakery. Bishop Eduardo Soto made mistakes when he was younger and is now determined to right them by serving the church. Neither can deny their attraction, but marriage is a must first. Will Eduardo accept who his father was? Will Chloe realize that all she wants a real marriage with Eduardo before it is to late?
After reading the other Barnes Family books, I was iffy when Lucinda popped up. I didn't blame Eduardo for how he handled the news on who his father was and I was proud of him for not blocking Chloe from her dreams and willing to work with her. I did agree that Chloe didn't see the whole picture before hand, but was happy when she finally realized that she loved Eduardo also. Steamy read.

ONE ENGAGING COLLECTION!!!
Wow! Talk about one magnificent collection. If you're looking for an exciting, heart pounding, pulse racing, smooth flowing, page turning collection that's as riveting as it is captivating. Congrats my friends you've found it. This is one collection that grabs your attention from the start and holds it until the last word. You can't go wrong with this little treasure. The storylines are sharp and engaging. All the twists and turns, ups and downs, along with a few unexpected circumstances and unpredictable surprises make for one thrilling experience. The characters are complex and believable with such depth and individuality it's easy to relate. The characters and scenes are written with such realism it really pulls this little jewel together beautifully. Normandie did an incredible job bringing this read to life. Fantastic job Normandie, thanks for sharing this little guy with us.

This box set is about the Barnes family. They are basically American royalty. Think Kardashian but with actual talent. The matriarch, Lucinda, is a real piece of work and plays a fairly major role in this family’s drama.
The first book about Nick and Eden was pretty good. It was a fairly typical athlete falls in love & someone tries to keep them apart. Dynassy and Bridger’s book was definitely my favorite. It was the most interesting storyline. The last book, Edward and Chloe’s, was unexpected. At first I was wondering why the heck it was part of the Barnes set. When it was revealed why, I found myself wondering why the set wouldn’t continue with a book about Ivy or Leo. Even Lucinda! I can’t even begin to imagine the skeletons in her closet.

One family, diverse stories, never a dull moment
The Barnes Family Romances: (Books 1-3) by Normandie Alleman are well written and really great reads. This family and it’s drama provides non-stop action thanks to the ultra manipulative matriarch. All of the characters in these books are wonderfully well developed and strong enough to carry over into each book as well as hold their own for their own stories. Lots of surprises in store with this book set that will keep you entertained.
I loved all three books and will definitely be checking out the next one as well!

The Barnes family are rich, a bit on the harsh side, very talented and absolutely dysfunctional which is why this is such a good read. Their mother will drive them crazy while trying to keep control of not only their careers but their lives as well. What will Nick, Dynassy, Ivan and Leo do when it becomes too much??? Then when you throw in a Bishop who is their long lost half brother, things get very interesting. Enjoy.

GREAT POTENTIAL AND HIGHLY ENTERTAINING
Great start for a very entertaining series. The Barnes family are very dynamic characters each with strong personalities, strengths and abilities to control their own destiny. The monarch of the Family is the mother, who although loves her children, her foremost concern is her ability to control and put her agendas first. All this makes for a very entertaining series.

Fun & Sexy!
I loved this entire box set. All three books have great chemistry, fun characters & family drama yet, each book tells a unique story.
This series is highly entertaining.
The narration was absolutely brilliant. Both did a phenomenal performance throughout the series.
This is books 1-3 each with an HEA and each can be read as a standalone.
I highly recommend this book/series.

I had read Bishop Soto's love story, the third in this set, before and don't usually read books a second time. But after reading Nick and Dynassy's stories, I must say I felt like I got so much better understanding of all the characters with this reading. If you like series based on families, you'll laugh, you'll cry, and you'll love this set.

Loved this set! The Barnes men look like they have it all, except a true love. These are their stories of how they get their own chance at love, even if the road is rocky and seems impossible. The stories are great and the characters make you fall in love with them...just a great set!

I loved this steamy read! Three great reads with lots of drama and suspense. The chemistry is steamy and the story and characters really draw you in. The Barnes family is one collection that will keep you glued to your kindle as you easily lose track of time. An excellent read.

All three books in this set are amazing! The tie that binds them is one crazy meddling mother! Literally! Each story has amazing characters and their journey through some crazy obstacles is literally one for the books! This is a great set for new and old fans of Alleman. I received this set for a voluntary, completely honest and non incentivized review.

Great Series
I'll only be writing this review for Bishop's Desire as I've reviewed the others previously. This was a very entertaining read. A little on the taboo side for me, personally, but enjoyable nonetheless. Eduardo and Chloe had a very passionate storyline that I appreciated. Everything in the story worked and I look forward to Leo's story.
