A smash hit with me. Clarifies and expands appropriately. Would be cool if they showed different print runs rather than repeating the end papers or had a page showing the difference between editions.

50+shipping though? No PDF?
This book is beautiful, but I'm so grateful to read on tablets now. I did not enjoy taking this to bed just to read it. Would have read the PDF sooner.
