It is the story of how Dumpy the Angry Clown aided by an extensive criminal network of super villains embarks of a campaign of meaningless rhetoric, lies. misinformation and degradation in order to elected president of the Free World. Aided by the evil vampire Dom Vlad he spreads seeds of dissent throughout the land in an effort to subvert liberty and seize power. If you're easily offended this may not be the book for you, because I tried to offend pretty much everyone.
