Wow! Just Wow!
I finished my beta read of this one just after 3am this morning. I've actually been up the last two nights reading these authors well into the small hours of the morning. Their books are the kind that once you start you can't put down. Their talent is worth the 3 hours sleep I'm running on.
Rocco's book is a really special one. I liked his character in Tangled Love. I felt for him. He intrigued me. I felt there was a lot MORE to him. Reining Devotion is where we get our MORE.
This one is what I'd call Brutal Perfection. The story of two broken souls who come together & try to mend. It's raw. It's sometimes mean. But, it is also one of the most honest love stories I've read in a long time. The authors gave the characters room to build a love story. Room for the chemistry and slownburn to develop to a point that you were squirming right along with the heroine.
The dialogue, the banter, the "realness" of their growth made me feel like I knew them. That to me is a great read. It means when plot twists come I genuinely gasp out loud & feel my heart break right along with them.
These two ladies have a knack for writing delicious alpha men, the kind you want to spend a filthy weekend with, but what I actually love more about their writing is how they handle their heroines. The women they choose to portray. Their stories matter. They give them a voice & they show a type of quiet strength that you don't often see in love stories.
Proper review to come when blurb etc is revealed. In the meantime just trust me & add it to your TBR. This is a truly special book.

There's a reason other reviewers have started their thoughts on this book with "WOW!"
This story has impact. It hits you hard in the chest, leaves you breathless and you feel the weight and burning heat of it for days afterwards.
After Tangled Love, I was itching for Rocco's story.
I have a special love for dark, seemingly irredeemable characters; men that you can't think to consider as heroes or even anti-heroes for that matter.
Rocco is the antithesis of this type of character for me, and he has been so exquisitely conceived by this talented duo, I'm just so gone for this guy!
Rocco appears as a solid wall of hate and indifference.
A vehicle of violence who revels in power and control, the giving and receiving of pain.
And you'd be forgiven for believing he is evil and devoid of a heart, let alone at all capable of love.
In fact, this is how our jaded and cynical heroine, Camryn sees him, and she lets him know in no uncertain terms exactly that. A judgement Rocco not only accepts but encourages and supports in his own self belief.
Yet, these two are so drawn to each other, their individual broken pieces seeking the repair from each others' damaged soul. A seemingly impossible prospect to them but not for the reader.
I found myself championing this union more than any other couple I have read, probably ever!
We can see the connection building and the slow-burn ignition of them getting there is so perfectly written. These authors do smouldering heat to perfection!
This story would be perfect just on their interactions alone, but the supporting characters add such a special depth and intensity to their love story and the messages behind their redemption, I just found myself re-reading several passages just to experience it again.
One such exchange was between Rocco and Camryn's father Dominic Rein.
The power and tension portrayed in their words both delivered and unsaid.
A gentleman's understanding between monsters. But neither are, despite what they'd have you believe.
There are just so many special moments such as this, I'm now certain I already need to re-read this story all over again lest I forget the magic in the messages of love and determination and the visceral heartfelt impact it delivered.
It's just that special!!

I received an ARC of this book for an honest review.
Wow. Just wow. After finishing the first book in this duet just a couple days ago, I was super excited to get to this one. There was just something about Rocco in Tangled Love that had me begging for more of him. And Haley Jenner did not disappoint at all.
Rocco is the man you want to hate. He is formed that way in the first book. You can't forgive him for what he did, even if the other people in his life did. You are Camryn. Skeptical. Untrusting. But holy wow, will this book open your eyes in a whole new way that you are not even prepared for.
This is a new release so I won't give anything away but if you loved Tangled Love, then you will adore Reining Devotion. Haley Jenner masterfully weaves together two broken souls and creates a profound and intense story that will shred you apart before it puts you back together.
From the moment you start the first page until the very last word in the book, you are sucked into a story that will bleed your heart out, push you to your knees, and have you grasping at anything to pull you from the soul-crushing emotion that this book takes you on. The mastery behind each and every detail will be searing into your brain as you watch each and every scene unfold before you.
I can't say enough about this book. I loved the first one. But this one destroyed me in a way that was so beautifully unique that I absolutely adore it.

Rocco was filled with hate, darkness and so much rage in book 1, but I feel like he was toned down a lot in this one.
I enjoyed Rocco and Cami's story very much. They both were broken and needed saving. They found that in each other. Their broken pieces were made whole, together.
My heart hurt for what she went through and was still battling daily. She was strong even without Rocco, but with him she was titanium.
This story filled all the pieces and everything was wrapped up nicely. It was a great ending to the duet!

I finished this book earlier tonight, and after ranting and raving to these wonderful ladies and taking some time to regroup, I think I finally have all my thoughts together to write this review. That being said, this book is outstanding. I have been eagerly waiting for Rocco's book since we were first introduced to him in Tangled Love, but here where we get to see his inner thoughts, the way he hid his heart and pain behind his hate and brokenness, how he never got to be the boy who grieved his mother, but was pushed to be a man at the hands of monsters .. it all broke my heart. He has real demons, and feels immense guilt for all the pain that he caused, and he refuses to believe that he can ever be redeemed. But when he finds himself falling for the other Rein sister, the one who is just as broken as he is, he starts to want all the things he swore up and down he could never have, but is it all too good to be true? And when twists and turns and secrets are revealed, will it be too late for their love?
This book is perfect. PERFECT. I loved Rocco, (he is mine, after all) and Camryn, she absolutely SLAYED me. Her story is a heartbreaking one, but she is stronger than even she realizes, and to watch Rocco pour and encourage that inner strength out of her was so beautiful to witness. You could just feel their love, their chemistry, the overwhelming need for them to be together. It was truly something special to witness them falling in love with one another!
This may be a small spoiler, but I loved how Rocco was the one who said 'I love you' first. This is definitely a slow burn romance, but that was perfect for them. They needed to heal on their own, and then heal together and realize that you can let someone in and see all the ugly parts of you and have them love you even more for it. And witnessing Rocco truly evolve into the man who didn't deal with emotions, to one who would gladly yell from the rooftops who he loved was spectacular. I can't wait for you all to read this book!!
Also, I LOVED that twist that we got towards the end, and I hope we see more of that to come in future books! That made my heart so happy!!❤❤
Although this is a standalone, I encourage you to read Tangled Love first so you are fully immersed in the story and these characters. These books are true gems and deserve to be read and loved!

Wow. That was an amazingly intense story that had twists and turns and ups and downs and just WOW.
Rocco and Camryns story was a bloody hard one but it was told exactly the way it needed to be.
Big congrats to the Hayley Jenner duo, this one was one hella story.

Superb! A fantastic read about two broken souls finding love and redemption in each other. Damaged characters are our weakness, and Haley Jenner does them so, so well. Reining Devotion is an emotional character study. Rocco and Camryn's personal struggles have some difficult and dark moments, but their twin pain is worth the salvation.
This is a true standalone. It's recommended that you read Tangled Love first. I jumped in to RD bc I have zero chill and fathomless curiosity. I was able to follow the action well, and HJ provide enough backstory to understand past transgressions and current motives. Be warned, it did make me want to go back and devour Tangled Love.

Rocco Shay is a man who is very damaged and a little psychotic. Everything he grew up believing in - hate, brutality, revenge has all been a lie. After recent revelations, Rocco is left reeling without an anchor to hold him in place. He starts spiralling into a black pit of self loathing and destruction.
Camryn Rein has been to hell and back. She is struggling to be strong and to keep her broken pieces hidden. She constantly has her guard up and lives her life for family and work only. She is unable to truly break free from her past.
Together these two enemies form an unlikely bond that changes both their lives in the most beautifully chaotic way.

I have been waiting for this book for what feels like forever. After Tangled Love, I knew I needed to know all about Rocco and his dark tormented self. Let me say, he didn’t disappoint. He was dark, yes, but he was also amazingly attentive when it came down to it. Camryn and him had a push/pull, Love/hate relationship but once he saw her demons, he realized they were more alike than he thought. They both wanted the same thing, freedom. To be free from their pasts and able to look towards the future. There was a lot that went on in this book, so many story lines and so many things happen to threaten their relationship. It’s amazing how they never give up, they know their love builds each other up. They are there for one another and nothing will stand in their way. This book wrapped up a lot of story lines and gives us the closure we need. Rocco isn’t as dark as I expected, he needed Camryn to bring him into the light.

5 PHENOMENAL STARS!! Wow....I absolutely loved this book. Rocco and Ryn took my heart....what a tough beautiful love story. The feels in this book are off the charts. My words can't even tell you how this book made me feel. All I can say is read their story.

WOW!!! Holy wow... I’m just an emotional mess.
When it comes to reading a new Haley Jenner book, you just know from previous stories that the new one is going to be without a doubt brilliant because... well it’s Haley Jenner so that says it all. When I read the last line, the very last word of Reining Devotion, I exhaled a deep breath, shook my head and muttered in awe and wonder “How the hell do they keep doing this?!!” .
They keep raising the bar, pushing the boundaries, they keep pushing my emotions, raising them to epic proportions, they keep expanding my heart to allow these truly beautiful characters to fill me with utter love.
From the start to the very end , I felt like I was on the biggest , craziest roller coaster experiencing such highs, my nerves were shot, my mind was all over the place , and my heart was feeling such heart wrenching aches. Even through all of this , I never wanted to get off this ride. I could have easily stayed in the land of Rocco & Ryn for all time .
Oh man... I have been intrigued with Rocco since he was first introduced in Tangled Love . I wanted ... no I NEEDED to find out more about this deeply broken man who showed no cracks in his hardened exterior. I wanted to find out who he was beneath the layers , I wanted to find what made him tick. Boy oh Boy did I get more than I could have ever bargained for. Just as I was intrigued by Rocco , I was equally so with Camryn. There was something about this woman that made my soul ache. To feel a deep connection to a character even without experiencing anything they have been through yourself is a beautiful thing and I credit it all to the perfect writing and storytelling of these fabulous writers. They gave me no choice but to feel, to connect, to understand on a level as if I had experienced the same trauma myself .
This story was brutal, it’s rawness and honesty was stand out and the traumatic heartbreak was real. Two people that continue to cross paths in a closer proximity than either wanted because Parker (Rocco’s brother ) and Codi (Camryn’s sister) fell madly in love twining these two mortal enemies into a family that is new and not at all wanted. Both Cami & Rocco are broken, one hides away from the world choosing to suffer in silence whilst the other shows his detest in the form of violence. Each is unwilling to let others, even those closest try to break down their Unbreakable walls, but the more time they spend together, the more times they look into each other’s eyes, they see a kinship, they see a mirror into their own souls and even as hard as they try to keep each other out, layers start getting peeled back revealing and exposing such haunting hurt, emptiness, brutal anger and despair that can only be healed with each other. I was not at all prepared for the level of LOVE within Rocco, this man is imperfectly Perfect. I dare you to read his story and not fall head over heals for him. Same can be said for Camryn too and that’s why their story is so potent , so all consuming and so emotionally beautiful.
I’m not going to give anything away because you need to experience all their story can offer. I will say, strap yourselves in, prepare yourselves to be changed once you finish that last word, prepare to have a new Hero/Heroine go straight to the top of you favorite of all time list and prepare to be taken on one hell of a emotional journey filled with darkness, anger, self loathing, edgy rawness, slow burning hot chemistry that will singe your very soul, this will make you swoon, it will have you crying out at the sadness and injustice, it will have you cheering for the fighter that is born from hope, love, understanding and peace, all in the name of FREEDOM.

I will say, strap yourselves in, prepare yourselves to be changed once you finish that last word, prepare to have a new Hero/Heroine go straight to the top of you favorite of all time list and prepare to be taken on one hell of a emotional journey filled with darkness, anger, self loathing, edgy rawness, slow burning hot chemistry that will singe your very soul, this will make you swoon, it will have you crying out at the sadness and injustice, it will have you cheering for the fighter that is born from hope, love, understanding and peace, all in the name of FREEDOM.

I don't have adequate words to describe how I feel about Rocco and Camryn. Those 2 deserve far more than 5 stars, I'd give them 10 if I could.
Camryn and Rocco have been broken into tiny pieces against the large rocks of violence and deceit they've experienced, and the decisions Rocco made in an effort to seek vengeance for his mothers death, and both of them feel like they are unworthy. Definitely not worthy of love or family.
Haley Jenner takes things that many of us experienced in the past, or are still experiencing now, and wraps a story around our hearts declaring loudly that everyone is worthy. Worthy of love, kindness, and a family to stand behind and beside in protection.
Camryn and Rocco are experiencing life on the rocks, and the outcome is solely dependent on their ability to dance on the knife edge between love and hate when push comes to shove.
The main ingredient in every Haley Jenner novel is love, and they have excelled in showing Rocco and Camryn how to love again. An extra two stars for making Reining Devotion one of the sexiest slow burn novels out there!

I have been looking forward to this story since before I had finished Tangled Love last year as something called out to me about Rocco. I couldn't get him out of my head.
I was also interested in Ryn's back story as something life shattering obviously had gutted her past.
Can these two broken souls help each other heal? In book 1 both of them seemed strong with hidden pain, but that solo strength can only work for so long. Their demons are so similar it's hard to know if it will be the rise or downfall of them both.
I've been too busy enjoying the back and forth between the pair to stop and put my thoughts down as I go along, but that in itself should indicate how brillant this long awaited book is. There's a reason I call Haley Jenner my powerhouse duo, and this book proves why.
Even if I did want to ramble on about this amazing book, I can't really without spoiling anything as some of my favourite moments are massive spoilers. Prepare to be strapped on a rollercoaster of emotions that you'll be unable to catch your breath on. That's all I'll say.

I can always trust Haley Jenner to wreck my heart with their insanely emotional writing. Reining Devotion broke me in the best possible way and then sewed me back together. A raw, gritty and absolutely inspiring story of love, loss, redemption and resurrection.

So he fights in ring. His younger brother Parker may have found happiness in Codi Rein, daughter of their once upon a time family enemy Dominic. But Rocco is lost. Till Camryn Rein burges in his life. Another broken soul. Another tortured heart. Cami builds herself back piece by piece with Rocco's encouragement and support. And she calms the violent and destructive storm inside Rocco. They share the unique connection. But past has a way of catching up. And they need to fight with everything to survive.

While reading Tangled Love, I just sensed that there was something connecting Rocco and Camryn together, and getting to see the love blossom between them in Chaotic Rein was really special. Their souls were so damaged and broken - and they just had this magnetic connection between each other, as they didn't have to hide the parts of themselves that they were scared to show the others.
I was a little surprised though that with that chemistry between them, that things didn't come together for them sooner. Or in as passionate of a way that I had expected. But, I guess that was true about a lot of things in this story - there were a lot of unexpected twists and turns that kept me hooked and wanting more.
While I do think this one could be read as a standalone, I'm glad that I read Tangled Love before this one because getting to understand the history between the characters really helped me to enjoy Rocco and Camryn's story so much more.

Reining Devotion was just so genuine... Full of family, new friendships, trust, finding love, fighting your own personal demons, forgiveness and finding yourself again. Rocco & Ryn's story was so unique... enemies to best friends to so much more than even I could've expected.

ALL THE FEELS! From beginning to end Reining Devotion held me hostage... this wasn't a pretty love story... it wasn't sunshine and rainbows... but it was honest.. real... & unique. If I could give this book more than five stars I would because it was just so so GOOD ❤️

Speechless. Completely, utterly speechless.
It’s difficult to put into words how I feel about this book, but only because it made me FEEL. SO. MUCH. Layers upon layers get peeled back here, with Rocco, with Camryn. With broken pieces and sharp edges, with healing touches.
I was instantly taken with Rocco when we met him in Tangled Love. He may have been painted a certain way, molded by those around him to believe in a certain brand of poison, but he was, IS, so much more than that. You just had to not be afraid enough to see beyond the surface.
Camryn Rein is no different. She hides in plain sight, refusing others the chance to see what lies behind her blue eyes. After suffering through unimaginable trauma, she’s just treading water at this point. She’s broken, but she doesn’t care to get fixed.
These two souls have been destroyed from the inside out, perhaps at their own hand, perhaps at the hands of another. But what I loved, really loved, about their story was how they melted down so completely, albeit grudgingly at times, with one another, but then they both became reforged because of it. Stronger. Fiercer. Both a perfect storm. These two are both very raw, but also very real. Brutally so, even. They don’t hold their punches back, especially from the other. What starts off as as distrust and animosity somehow morphs its way into trust and companionship, finding yourself mirrored back in another.
To no ones surprise, Haley Jenner weaves together another beautiful story, one of pain and loss, grief, and heartache, but it is born out of one simple emotion: love. In Reining Devotion, we see all different kinds of love, from parental to romantic, toxic to healthy. It’s a story that will hurt your, overwhelm you, and tug at your heart until you’re within half an inch of breaking, and just when you think you’ve finally reached your limit, Haley Jenner pushes you just a bit further before putting you back together.
I love Parker and Codi, but Roc and Ryn touched me in such a way that I’m forever altered by. Their strength is a part of me now, their love is a part of me now.
Their devotion is a part of me now.

These girls never cease to amaze me with their sheer brilliance. I’ve been not so patiently waiting to see how Rocco’s story would unfold. Honestly I wasn’t a fan of his at first but he managed to redeem himself and wormed his way into my heart. I loved his story and reuniting with characters from the authors past work. However can we talk about the things we didn’t see coming, those twists and turns that had me glued to the pages long after midnight. My favourite part in any book is being hit with something that I wasn’t expecting and I was hit with several.
Rocco was frightfully unapologetic, protective of those in his circle and kept secrets close to his heart. He wants whatever it is that makes his brother happy and that would be Codi Rein. Fighting gives him a release, he gains back control and receives the pain he thinks he deserves. Camryn came totally unexpected and knocked him off balance, but he needs to tread very carefully. Understanding her comes naturally, because it’s like looking in a mirror and seeing his reflection in an unfamiliar body. The Rein family are welcoming him into their family, but he tries distancing himself.
Camryn is broken and damaged, but battles through each day as it comes. She is the kind of woman one aspires to be. There is another side of her that’s kept hidden. She is unable to forgive Rocco for his part in the plan to end Codi’s life. Why are her family hell bent on bringing him into the fold, it’s as if they’ve lost their common sense. It doesn’t matter which way she turns he’s there being thrown into her path. She doesn’t like him but she sure can appreciate that body and he has something she wants. Reining Devotion by Haley Jenner is angsty perfection! I loved both Rocco and Camryn separately in Tangled Love, and was waiting on pins and needles for this book. Not only was Reining Devotion everything these characters deserved, but it was more.It's dark and chaotic, and completely unputdownable! It's hot and dirty, and jam packed with emotion. It's everything!
Rocco is the epitome of a broody and protective alpha. He's so intense, cruel even, but equally devoted and loyal. I literally could not get enough of everything Rocco, and wholeheartedly adore his dark and sexy character. Camryn is badass broken female perfection, and I loved the journey as she saved her own damn self. Together their story was incredibly written and perfectly designed. Lovers of dark romance - this is a must read!

Haley Jenner has done it again with Reining Devotion! This book will suck you in and doesn't let go until the final page. This is the story of Rocco Shay and Camryn "Ryn" Rein, enemies from long fighting families who are suddenly brought together when Rocco's brother and Ryn's sister fall in love. Although this can be read as a stand-alone story, you may want to read Parker and Codi's book, Tangled Love, if you haven't already so that you get the full story behind this book. There are some other Haley Jenner characters thrown into this book as well, so I suggest that you just go ahead and read the Leaves of Maple books too...actually, just read all Haley Jenner books because they're all amazing! Anyway, I'm getting off track...so Reining Devotion is a very well told story of grief, revenge, retribution, fighting one's demons while finding one's self, and finally finding the love that doesn't feel deserved. Amazing story, and I'm sad to see the Chaotic Rein series end.

An emotional read for those who love some grit with their romance and plenty of angst. I loved this one! 💕
This was book two in the Chaotic Rein series and tells the rocky love story that developed between Rocco Shay and Camryn Rein. Rocco is Parker's brother from book 1, and Camryn is Codi's sister. Their lives are intertwined whether they are in favor of that status or not...and believe me, they were not.
At least, not initially. This was a perfect enemies to lovers romance if that is your jam. There is so much to love about both Camryn as our beloved heroine and Rocco as our scrumptious hero. They were like two halves of a whole, even when they tried not to accept their fate.
"He doesn't want to understand me, he doesn't want to feel a connection because we're both damaged. And neither do I. Yet, here we are."
In keeping with the storyline that transpired in book 1, Rocco is dead set on getting the revenge and retaliation that every muscle in his body yearns to carry out. He is a man on a mission, and people need to pay for the transgressions that have plagued him throughout the past 16 years. He has been punishing himself ever since for his shortcomings, but there are bigger issues and players that have contributed to the state of his existence, and he intends to get the answers he deserves. If aligning himself with members of the Rein family is what has to be done in order to meet his goals, he'll suffer through it. Accepting help from Camryn Rein was not a part of his plans, but it's the card he was dealt. So be it.
It's a fantastic ride! A nail biting, seat gripping journey. 👏
Rocco Shay was perfect. He's the alpha dog who's rough around the edges but has this softer side that you never saw coming. He's powerful, and in control at all times. He's a caretaker and protective of those he loves to a fault. He is battling some pretty big demons, but he never turns his back on those he cares for. When we finally learn what has been driving this man all of these years, I was floored! GAH....not only was I shocked by the revelation, but I wanted to hug him so badly. My heart ached for him and all that he has endured. I was thrilled that Camryn was able to see beyond her own demons to the real man that lay beneath all of his guilt, shame, and misdeeds. Rocco needed a woman like her and I believe she was the only woman that would do for him, and he for her.
"You wanna be indifferent toward me," I tell her. "But you're not. No more than I am to you. You might have hate in your sad little heart for me, but you have more for yourself in there. You hate that you crave my company. You [effing] despise that you're starting to believe that I am the one person in your life that might truly understand you and still enjoy being around you. I know all of that, because it's exactly how I feel." OH. GOODNESS....Rocco has a way with words y'all and this is just a small snippet of his talented, sharp tongue. 👏🔥😘
There is SO much storyline and plot development in this book. I strongly advise that you read book 1 before diving into this one. You need the backstory to really get ALL that's happening between the sordid lives of the Rein and Shay families. What I like about the writing style of the dynamic Haley Jenner duo, is that they have the capability of giving readers a captivating, gritty story that flirts with being dark, without it ever plunging readers into the grime of a seedy underworld. Yes, it's edgy and deals with mature/dangerous concepts, but you never feel weighted down while enjoying the ride. There was just enough laughter, banter, and dare I say even some cute moments between the cast of characters that kept this one on the lighter side of a darker read. I laughed out loud and swooned plenty!
I feel confident that Rocco will steal your heart, and that you'll fall head over heels for another Shay brother, just as we did for Parker. As an added bonus, you'll see plenty of he and Codi in this book as well....so YAY! I can't wait to see what comes next! ❤️

Rocco Shay was perfect. He's the alpha dog who's rough around the edges but has this softer side that you never saw coming. He's powerful, and in control at all times. He's a caretaker and protective of those he loves to a fault. He is battling some pretty big demons, but he never turns his back on those he cares for. When we finally learn what has been driving this man all of these years, I was floored! GAH....not only was I shocked by the revelation, but I wanted to hug him so badly. My heart ached for him and all that he has endured. I was thrilled that Camryn was able to see beyond her own demons to the real man that lay beneath all of his guilt, shame, and misdeeds. Rocco needed a woman like her and I believe she was the only woman that would do for him, and he for her.
"You wanna be indifferent toward me," I tell her. "But you're not. No more than I am to you. You might have hate in your sad little heart for me, but you have more for yourself in there. You hate that you crave my company. You [effing] despise that you're starting to believe that I am the one person in your life that might truly understand you and still enjoy being around you. I know all of that, because it's exactly how I feel." OH. GOODNESS....Rocco has a way with words y'all and this is just a small snippet of his talented, sharp tongue. 👏🔥😘
There is SO much storyline and plot development in this book. I strongly advise that you read book 1 before diving into this one. You need the backstory to really get ALL that's happening between the sordid lives of the Rein and Shay families. What I like about the writing style of the dynamic Haley Jenner duo, is that they have the capability of giving readers a captivating, gritty story that flirts with being dark, without it ever plunging readers into the grime of a seedy underworld. Yes, it's edgy and deals with mature/dangerous concepts, but you never feel weighted down while enjoying the ride. There was just enough laughter, banter, and dare I say even some cute moments between the cast of characters that kept this one on the lighter side of a darker read. I laughed out loud and swooned plenty!
I feel confident that Rocco will steal your heart, and that you'll fall head over heels for another Shay brother, just as we did for Parker. As an added bonus, you'll see plenty of he and Codi in this book as well....so YAY! I can't wait to see what comes next! ❤️

I had to save this book for one of my days off as I knew it would overcome me emotionally and I am so glad I did as Rocco and Camryn were my world this Easter Sunday. I have waited so so long to read this book as "Tangled Love" is still one of my favourite books of all times. This duet of Haley and Jenner have not disappointed me and so many other with this outstanding story of love, forgiveness, broken souls, secrets, revenge, demons, freedom, desperation, family and regrets. A raw story that will have you hooked with the writings of Haley Jenner for life. Thank You Thank You for giving us Rocco's and Camryn's story a brilliant piece of work that has us all lost in your wonderful world.
Rocco Shay is a tortured soul, psychotic, dangerous, brutal and a fighter, these are the things we already know about him from Tangled Love but this book will give us so much more, The Good, The Bad and The Heartbreaking Truth. He is the ultimate bad Alpha male that we all want to love.
Camryn Rein is broken from her past but she is determined to battling her own demons. She hates with a much passion as she loves her family, a family she would do just about anything for. Rocco is the one she hates he is her enemy but he is also the closest person that understands her demons.
This is a slow burn of a romance where the authors give us more devotion of love than the physical effects of love in my opinion. The story is more about healing, growth, forgiveness and family. Two souls that feel they have nothing to give others much less each other as they struggle to get a grip of the demons that plagues their lives.
This is a stand-alone book but do yourself a favour and read "Tangled Love" first to get the true feeling of the characters involved so the magic of this book can affect you the way the authors dreamed it would for us all. There is so much more I would love to share we you all but I do not wish to spoil this story I just urge you to read both these books.

Brilliantly Beautiful!
WOW! This story has left me emotionally drained, in a good way! It tugged at my heartstrings and made me fall in love with two very broken and hurt characters. From the beginning of Camryn and Rocco’s story, their inner turmoil and heartbreak will suck you in, break your heart (over and over again) and leave you breathless right to the powerful and passionate end! These two broken souls come together in one intense and amazing story that is written with very beautiful and commanding words.
These are just some of the potent and powerful words that will forever be etch onto my heart after reading this story:

I was lucky to be given the opportunity to read my first book by this dynamic duo, a gifted ARC of Impact, and I haven’t looked back since. Their writing has something that just touches something in me and keeps me wanting more. Their writing style has depth, characters that pull at your heart strings one minute and the next you want to smack them to get them on track. Reining Devotion supersedes every book I’ve read before by these two authors.
We met Roco in Tangled Love and his character pulled me in from the first, and I knew his story was going to be one that had my heart in tatters. Reining Devotion is his book and it definitely delivers. Roco and Ryn’s story is a messy one, it’s full of anger, self hatred, revenge, and most importantly it’s also full of healing, finding the love that completes who these characters are meant to be. It’s sometimes down right mean and rude but on the flip side it has devotion and a healing freedom.
Once again I am blown away by the power that this story has over the reader. It will drag the reader into the depths of hell along with Roco and Ryn but also gives the healing power of a once in a lifetime connection between two characters who deserve it.

I’ve been dying for Rocco’s book since I read Parker’s story because when we see Rocco, we know he has been through hell and back with a story that had to be told. Rocco keeps a lot of his thoughts, feelings, and life close to the vest because trusting others to come into his life isn’t something that he ever wanted or needed. Camryn has endured a lot, her and Rocco are so similar yet so different that you can feel the tension between them bleed off the pages. I absolutely loved everything about this story because it had so many twists, turns, emotional moments, and we get to see a love grow from hatred. It was such an emotional read while we sat back and watched Rocco and Ryn try discover themselves, find strength in their weaknesses, and figure out this new family dynamic that they find themselves in. It was tragic, beautiful, emotionally charged, page turning, and epic. These authors know how to make you feel everything and connect you with the characters in a way you feel a part of their world.
