Dan Tricarico has such a refreshing way of addressing self-care in this practical guide for teachers. Like The Zen Teacher, I will read this guide regularly to keep the strategies fresh in my mind. :-) Enjoy Today!

I love the Zen Teacher and his blog, so I was excited to read this book and hopefully get rid of some of my stress. It was a quick read with many suggestions on how to receive stress.

Practical and relatable. Reaffirming. So many of these ideas seem simple, but the aren’t. We have to change to take care of ourselves.

A great read to remind teachers of the value of self-care. It’s easy to read and has many great tips you can implement into your life right away.
