Main idea: save money by making sustainable development part of strategy, instead of simply a cost cutting or reengineering effort.
What does this mean? Mostly it means to re-design technology so it is "clean".
The piece asserts that one can handle pollution and also lower cost, again and again, without really backing it up. Written in 1997, it speaks to a sunnier time...
