Werewolf fevers, covert military facilities, and a whole lot of magic Scarlett can’t perform yet.
Problems abound when a new-found ally is kidnapped by the organization her boyfriend works for.
Life doesn’t get more complicated than this in the English village of Bicester.
As Scarlett races against the clock to figure out what they’re really up against, her friends seem to all have troubles of their own too.
Unfortunately, if she’s going to save the day, it’s going to take everyone pulling together.

If you like your protagonists quirky and hilarious, your mysteries confounding, your vampires secretive, and weres dashing, you're going to love everything about A Very British Witch!
Hi, my name is Isobella Crowley... but only my mum calls me Isobella. Everyone else calls me Izzie.
And yes, I said mum, not mom - which tells you I'm from England. Bicester (near Oxford) to be exact. Like Scarlett in "A Very British Witch".
I also love all things Wiccan and magical. I taught myself how to use tarot cards when I was 8. Also learned a bunch about astrology, so it seemed only natural that I'd end up writing about a girl who finds out she's a Wiccan by descent, and spends her free time in a real life magical book shop.
The wine shop she works in is based on an adorable little vintners in Eton... just the other side of the bridge from Windsor. If you ever visit there, be sure to check it out. The guy who owns it knows EVERYTHING about wine. And he's kinda cute.
Ok, that's a little about me. I'm also on facebook, and would love to connect with you. Hope you enjoy reading these stories!
Once again, this was an amusing read although, this time, the plots are getting rather darker.
Scarlett has settled down into a relationship with Tim, and everything seems fine with her group of misfits. But Cliff is being driven to the edge of his control due to not finding a source of human blood that doesn't involve attacking people, and Ronnie is having problems controlling his werewolf side, due to a persistent fever.
There's also the problem of a First Class Prize Winning cow, called Mauve, who gets killed rather horribly!
When Ronnie goes out running, but doesn't return, it takes all of the group, including Scarlett's Aunty Tabitha, to try to find out where he could be - but it takes a casual remark from Tim, to give Scarlett a clue as to his whereabouts - and that means getting everyone together, to see if it's okay for her to let Tim in on their various secrets.
What happens next turns things in to a very different vibe, indeed, and yet another person gets added to their group.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, and was very amused at the way in which the British Military were portrayed!
I think, if the Forces, especially the Officers, were as oblivious to the ranks as this group are, then I'm amazed anything is achieved! Lol
It reminded me a little of the officers in Dad's Army! Lol
Anyway, I want to get on to book four: Raven, as I really want to know if Scarlett will be able to help her - and whether we get to know her back story!
So, as usual, I'll catch you on the flip side, and I'll let you know what I think of this last book of the set!
Ok I really liked the two books before this but I don't know if it's just me or what, but it seemed like it was written by a totally different person!! All of a sudden people are talking in old tiny British and constantly having sentences like "I will, yes, I will" constantly repeating themselves in a sentence. Completely ruined it for me, won't be continuing the series, no, won't be continuing 😒
Tim's unit harvest a werewolf. Amanda is having second thoughts about Scarlet and Ronnie. But everyone pulls together to save the werewolf from being tortured in the secure military base. It's a very good story and great character interactions. The paranormals of Bicester unite.
I’m really enjoying this series! I’m loving the addition of Raven, the telepathic cat. That’s just hilarious. There was some very nail biting suspense in this one that was quite good. Can’t wait for the next one! Great job! Keep them coming!
Not to deep, a witch in a wine shop! All the supernaturals are friends in this series and the government is out to get them. It’s the friendship that makes this unique and I can’t wait to see what happens.
Beginning skips a bit from the previous story .But not difficult to follow.Scarlett has it going on,Tim is now her main squeeze.Problems occur for our werewolf friend. The military also shows its hand in this book
Can’t get enough of Scarlet and the others. Surprised Tim is on board but who knows. So glad to hear the next is about Raven!! Read to see what happened this time!
