Bellann Summer lives in the middle of nowhere with her husband and children surrounded by lakes and woods. In the summer Bellann enjoys fishing, camping, gardening and growing flowers. Autumn is spent out in the woods exploring the beautiful colors and nature at its finest. In the winter there is ice fishing, snowmobiling and sitting in front of the wood fireplace. She has always loved to read and any free time is spent with a book in her hand. When major life changes occurred, she decided to try writing what she liked to read. And it worked.

A problem solver in the oil industry, Joey and his team handle emergencies, clean up and repairs in that dangerous environment.
Joey, 42 with dark hair and eyes, is motorcycling

to Minnestota from Texas for the 4th of July celebration with Cade and the "Rescue For Hire" crew. Cade and the eight pairs of gay men are terrific men handling rescues. Joey spots a handsome smaller man with huge brown eyes and wants to meet him. Sweet Armino, 27,

has had issues learning in school, but he is not "special" like his family claims. He writes fantasy books and has a good sized bank account. Joey wants Armino to come dance and enjoy the night, but Armino's family is intruding, in a bad way. As Armino tells Joey and others about the abusive grandfather, Joey is set on keeping him safe.
Our guys hit it off right away, and sexy times are super hot between these two. When Joey brings Armino home, grandfather shoots at him, the cops come, and Joey takes Armino with him. That night, Armino found out what really being made love to, means.

When they head back to Texas together it's a rude awakening for Armino, for the first time out of his hometown's safety. We get the action of Joey on the job,


and then Armino's family and trouble shows up.

This is a fun, romantic, sweet, heartfelt tale, of a men who finally find their "one" to live their life with, and for Armino, a life away from family pressures.

Book was okay. I didn’t feel much chemistry between the two MCs and the resolution at the end was anticlimactic.
