I was born and raised in the South and even hung my motorcycle helmet in Colorado for a few months. I've always had a touch of wanderlust and have never feared just packing up and going on new adventures, whether in real life or via the pages of a great book.

When I was a little girl, I didn't want to grow up to be a writer—I wanted to raise unicorns and be a superhero. When those gigs fell through, I chose the next best thing: creating my own magical lands filled with adventure, magic, humor, and romance.

I live in Florida with my two dogs and when I'm not writing or reading, I'm racing motorcycles with my taller, more handsome half, hanging out at the beach, or binge-watching anything magical on Netflix.

I'm eternally grateful for all the people who help make my life what is today - friends, readers, family. No woman is an island.

A Christmas short cross-branding Cori from the author's Cori Sloane Witchy Werewolf series and Destiny from her Enchanted Coast Magical Mystery series.

Cori is so excited to arrive at the Enchanted Coast resort to spend a few days vacation with her boyfriend and to visit with her cousin who works there. On the way to the room, the trio encounter a flustered guest - none other than Nick (aka Santa) who has discovered his magical Christmas hat has been stolen - and without it, there is no Christmas spirit!

From page one, the author's descriptive writing style will draw you into the adventure. I love the cast of characters and thought they meshed well in this story. The holiday-themed storyline also contained so many other fun magical elements - from Margo the talking Sphinx who guards the resort entrance to the unicorn rest area. The description of that was hilarious...and so imaginative!

I found this story to be funny, clever, cute and a quick read, so give yourself a break and pick this one up today - I would highly recommend it!

Missing spirit

An okay read. The plot was so, so but the characters were as great as ever.
She's been ordered to go on holiday to the supernatural resort her cousin works at. Together with her boyfriend and familiar they make their way to the portal only to be hit by the magical spectacle that is the resort. However the last thing they expect is to find Santa and Mrs Claus in a panic when they reach the floor of their suite. Santa's hat has been stolen! The hat that allows everyone to feel the Christmas Spirit. As they investigate they run into mermaids, gorgons, big foot, elves and of course the Sphinx. Can they find the hat before all the goodwill of christmas is eradicated? Who has the hat and why have they taken it?

Great

This was great. I had been missing The Enchanted Coast books so was happy to find this crossover. I have now discovered a new series to read with Cori Sloane, so I'm really excited.
Now for those like me even though I didn't know the Sloane book characters I was still able to figure out everything. There was a little more explanation about the enchanted coast group since it was in Cori's point of view so no problem for those who haven't discovered those yet.
Cute mystery short and I believe all of the fans of this genre will be pleased.
This isn't a mystery about a murder but theft and that's always a pleasure.
I also believe first timers who haven't read either series will follow along just fine.

Hats off

Oh wow! I !ove Christmas stories & this one is a doozy. Even better, it's a crossover. But if you aren't familiar with the characters, that's ok. Cori Sloane, witch/werewolf sheriff is visiting her cousin, Destiny Maganti, at the Enchanted Coast Resort for Christmas. The resort is for paranormals only including the Clauses. Yep, those Clauses. When Santa's ha,t the source of Christmas Spirit, goes missing, Coir, her boyfriend Alex & Destiny race against the clock to find the hat. Otherwise, the jolly goes right out of the holiday.
Truly I was surprised by tbe solution to this story. Kudos to Tegan.

Oh this is a wonderful Christmas story! Tegan Maher writes great paranormal cozies and this short one just tops the cake, or the tree since it's the Christmas season. Cori Sloane goes on vacation to see her cousin, Destiny, at the Enchanted Coast resort and somebody tries to steal Christmas. It's a fun combination of the two series she writes and I just loved it! I'm much more in the Christmas spirit now too.

An absolutely wonderful Christmas story

This was a great story featuring characters in two of Tegan Maher's worlds. Cori and Alex get handed the opportunity to go on vacation and visit her cousin Destiny at the Enchanted Bay resort. Unfortunately, their vacation gets interrupted by a thief and it's all hands on deck to solve the theft before Christmas is ruined. A fun, lighthearted story.

And entertaining witchy cozy mystery series

A fun and entertaining supernatural cozy mystery/urban fantasy series. Great cast of characters and very entertaining stories. A part werewolf part which sheriff in a small Georgia town visit her werewolf cousin into an enchanted beach resort where they must solve The mystery of Christmas spirit disappearing. A crossover between two different series in the same magical world. Check it out

OMG Love the Quick Mix of 2 of my favs

I absolutely love the mix of 2 of my favorite series of hers!! I can't say anything bad about blending these 2 series together for this special book because it definitely worked well!! The main characters work together fabulously to solve a case with a twist we never saw coming and of course, it didn't just save the day but the Holiday Season and World!! I highly recommend it!!

Cori and Destiny get to team up when Cori and Alex go on vacation to the Enchanted Resort where Destiny works. A frantic search ensues for Santa's hat when it disappears. Christmas won't be the same if Santa's hat is not found. It is a good read and lots of fun. It put the Spirit of Christmas into my heart as well.

This is a crossover of Cori Sloane and Enchanted Coast Resort. Sean sends Cori and Alex to the Enchanted Coast for a much needed vacation where she visits with her cousin Destiny. But as soon as she arrives she meets a distressed couple, Mr and Mrs Santa Clause. Someone has stolen Santa's magical hat. Can they find it before everyone loses their Christmas spirit?

Crossover Perfection

I loved this magical crossover! All my favorite characters in one place...PLUS a surprise Holiday guest! Both the series are fantastic. Having the characters related really adds depth to the novels. More please!

Stealing Christmas

Cori Sloane embarks on a vacation on the Gulf Coast with some of her family and friends. The resort is for paranormals only. Santa has his hat stolen and the spirit of Christmas is slowly dying.
Great light-hearted fun--some of the dialogue had me giggling.

Cute and silly with not much else.

Potential for a fun short but the author just threw in a lot of trite characters/creatures and then finished with the culprit turning up all on their own and everybody was happy.

Christmas in paradise

Palm trees, sand and mermaids don't seem very Christmasy, but throw in the Clauses, lots of decorations , and a return to Christmas Spirit and it works out just fine.

Instead of a vacation they desperately needed, Cori and Alex have to find a thief who stole Santa's hat or else all Christmas cheer will disappear forever.
This was a cute and perfectly timed little novella. Christmas time has just started , so this was a perfect little read. I enjoyed it!

This was a fun short story that has both Cori and Destiny together to solve a mystery. I really enjoy visiting the Enchanted Coast and it was great fun to see the Enchanted Coast again through Cori's eyes for the first time. A great little mystery for an easy afternoon read.

A fun light hearted read, easily read on a single sitting. Full of Christmas spirit and silliness 😀 (but with a bit of a message) I haven't read either of the series this ties into, but enjoyed it nonetheless.
