If you write a journal, this book contains a few journal tips about life, calm and mindful practices. I found out there are many ways we can control our breathing to achieve a sense of calmness and space to think.

During this challenging days with us human often dealing with people and technologies it can be exhausting and overwhelming sometimes, so I love all this steps and tips to remind myself to take a break even just for a few minutes for self care. Recommended for people dealing with anxiety and panic attacks.
