This book was very interesting. It taught me a lot about what to do in scenarios where many people would be clueless. On the other hand, it made me worry about many scenarios that I had never even considered before. Not only does it describe what to do in these scenarios, it provides interesting statistics on those incidents. For example, Grzymkowski tells the reader how many Americans are robbed at gunpoint a year (100,000). The author's purpose was to inform readers about risks they may encounter in everyday life and the chances of them experiencing it.

A pretty wide range of what if situations with mostly obvious suggestion of how to deal with them. Worth a read just for the deluxe irony that global pandemic is like the third thing mention on the ridiculously unlikely section and most of the advice given is the same stuff that the news hacks and talking heads have been making seem controversial forvratings and self agrandisment

I wondered if this book was meant to be tongue-in-cheek, because some of the entries were quite silly, or didn't warrant being written about (e.g. I'm sure no one needs to be told what to do if they don't have enough money to pay for their dinner during a date, for instance). But I had fun reading through those kinds of entries nonetheless. As for the more "serious" ones (e.g. you are kidnapped, you hit your head, etc), the advice is pretty standard and nothing new.

Has entertainment and educational value if you're looking for something that has both serious and lighthearted content.
