This book was very good. One question that I had was regarding the author's qualifications to claim that Lenk and Colson lie constantly. The author also made a great point with the gentleman who blinked his eyes a lot. I believe her conclusion for the offender is sound and goes a long way (more so than I think she even knows in considering Brendan's testimony.) I first heard about this case before all of the Making a Murderer documentaries came out and I will admit that despite the clear case, I feel like I have some bias. All of that considered, though, that is my problem and bias should never be a reason to continue to imprison someone for that reason.
If you're in the Steven Avery is innocent camp then you will love this. If you're not sure this may help to sway your decision. If you think Avery is guilty then this book will probably make you mad but might even change your mind. It's well written and easy to read. I agree, with the author and his opinion and I had also come to the same conclusion before reading it. You need to watch the series before reading this book.
This was an interesting, quick read that tempted me to go back and watch the specific scenes indicated. I'd always thought there was something about the person the author named as the "real killer." If it helps get an innocent man out of prison, then it's worth the time spent. If it keeps a guilty man incarcerated, so be it.
At last someone has delivered the absolute truth on this case Steven and Brendan are innocent, Bobby along with the police should be locked up oh and ken kratz the sexual deviant.
After watching the Netflix series I did have serious doubts about Steve being the murderer. I don't understand how the jury didnt have doubts. This book breaks the entire case down perfectly
