This series took me quite a while to read because I needed a break from it and its oh-so-not believable magic. As another reviewer said, cheesy. I did read all 10 books in this series, but I don't think I'll be reading any more.

“ The Cornelius Saga Series: The Ultimate 10 Book Adventure-packed Supernatural Thriller Collection (Limited Edition)” by Tanya R. Taylor is a ten book collection of the supernatural adventures of Dr. Mira Cullen and her daughter Rosie ....who both are blessed with an unusual ability to see and communicate with spirits ...this ability and their quick intelligence allows them to assist others with problems dealing with otherworldly entities....in addition to the evil machinations of the living. Ms. Taylor is an engaging storyteller ...her works captivate from the very first pages and do not release the reader until the last few lines of the ending have been devoured. All of her tales are filled to the brim with suspense...wit...grace...and of course love. Bravo...Ms. Taylor...BRAVO!!!! Much enjoyed and Highly Recommended.

I voluntarily reviewed Advance Reader Copies of all ten of these books.

I really really wanted to be as enchanted by this series as so many other readers have been. It just didn't do it for me.
From wonky timelines, and having to suspend belief just a wee bit too much (and this is coming from someone who basically teethed on SF and fantasy books as a child) I found the lapses in continuity just too jarring. Mira somehow managed to finish med school, do her internships and residencies all in Mizpah? Rosie got younger in one book than the previous book had. Some books seemed to have been set decades earlier than cellphones and tablets, yet, the electronics were present. There were times it felt like I was reading a bodice ripper, others a cozy mystery, others a a fantasy, but the genres just didn't seem to meld. All that said, I have to admit I will read #14 when it comes out, because oddly enough Bobby has become my favorite secondary character in the series.

When I bought this series, I was very excited to begin, I loved the topic, being part of that world.
The storyline was engaging, exciting, and intriguing. with lots of action throughout.
The Cornelius Saga Series was easy to read, and for the most part, really enjoyable, however, there were many parts that were very cheesy, which prevented me from reviewing it as 5 stars, although, I would suppose that what was cheesy to me, maybe loved by readers unfamiliar with the psychic and medium gifts, hence my 4 stars.
I would say 'read it' but be prepared for the few cheesy parts.

Good series

For some unknown reason I had trouble getting into the first book. I wasn't sure I would read the whole series but I'm not a quitter so continued reading. Somewhere in the second book things clicked and I enjoyed the rest of the books. Ms. Taylor is a very good storyteller and I plan to read the next books in The Cornelius Saga. I will then have to read her other books. Looking forward to doing so.

Pretty good stories

It's made for some relaxing reading and even quite interesting at times. It just never gripped me and also very confusing with the mixing of past and present tense all the time. Does the author never proof read her books or do people actually speak like that? Also each book was very short, more like a novella

Cozy yet terrifying.

The relationship between these three women, mother, daughter and granddaughter is amazing. Their strength and trust are inspiring.
Just take a break between episodes.

I had to stop reading in the middle of the second book. What I read was well written with fully developed characters and an interesting storyline. However I felt it was aimed at a middle school audience. I would definitely recommend it for that age group.

Only gave it four star but it's a very good read

I only gave it four stars because it was a bunch of novellas about the same person slapped together. The stories were good but it really didn't flow well because they were so short.

Great series

A few inconsistent parts of the series. Proof reader needs to be more careful. You will love the closeness of the women in this family. Great story line. You wait with baited breath to see what happens next. Will be buying the other 5 books of the series soon.
