Sulfur, the third largest existing mineral in the body, IS the forgotten nutrient! MSM stands for Methyl Sulfonyl Methane, which is a rich source of organic sulfur. There is an abundance of sulfur in the body, it is the 3rd largest existing mineral in the body. The body uses sulfur to continually create new healthy cells to replace old ones. Without it, the body will produce weak disfunctional cells. Sulfur deficiencies are associated with slow wound healing, brittle nails and hair, gastrointestinal problems, inflammatory problems, scar tissue, lung disfunction, and immune disfunction. Because sulfur in food (and water) is lost during processing, deficiencies are very common today. Find out how to use sulfur to help you Arthritis Rosacea TMJ Alzheimer’s Allergies Asthma Scars Constipation Cancer Skin Problems Gum Disease Lupus Pain associated with Inflammation Detox And don’t forget your pets... They can greatly benefit from MSM too!

Feels like I was just told one of the secrets of the universe. I sought out MSM to support healthy hair growth when the possibilities of other health benefits were presented to me in this book. Please read this. It takes less than two hours, easy to understand and recommended doses are suggested.
This book actually deserves zero stars, in my opinion! Very superficial, and often inaccurate (if compared to best practices from several other sources) coverage of the topic, with not much to offer than what can be easily found through a quick Google search. In addition, very expensive “booklet” in which the 40 pages it states, includes everything, front and back matter, not to mention very large fonts, sub headers, snd unnecessary bulletin lists. In other words, the full text could be covered in 10 pages easily. Don’t fall for this money making scheme. Sites such as PubMed.org will provide you much more (reliable) information, for free!!
Helpful little guide on the benefits of sulfur. Shows research for the diseases that can be prevented or eased by this very overlooked essential nutritional supplement. From acne to cancer, a lot of health issues are simply a matter of mineral deficiencies--largely the result of a lack of sulfur. Worth a read.
