*Dalton will be released in January as part of Wanted: An Outlaw Anthology *
Ladies love me.
That's not arrogance; it's just the truth.
I give them a night they'll never forget. One they'll tell their friends about to make them jealous. A night their future husbands won't be able to live up to.
Oh, yeah, I'm that good.
Tonight, though, I'm actually on a mission for our club, the Savage Kings MC. And I'm certain that the beautiful blonde ATF agent I'm getting ready to approach at the bar isn't going to want to share our hot little hookup story for anyone. Ever.
My good looks are my secret weapon. No one ever suspects that a pretty, charismatic bastard like me is actually an unrepentant thief who was born to be an outlaw.
I'm a dangerous son of a bitch, but no one ever sees it coming.
This is the sixth book in the Savage Kings MC series but it can be read as a standalone. The preferred reading order is:
Chase Abe Torin War Maddox Dalton Reece (coming soon)
Lane Hart is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author. She lives in North Carolina with her husband, D.B. West, and their two children. She loves all things beach related, especially sea turtles, and is a huge fan of the Carolina Panthers.
Dalton is definitely the playboy of the club. He’s the golden boy who has never been arrested and is far removed from the case the federals have been trying to build against the Savage Kings. So when someone needs to infiltrate the investigation to get their hands on a laptop, Dalton is the logical choice. What follows is a meeting that sizzles with chemistry and a scene that leaves Peyton steaming in a way that is not enjoyable.
I enjoyed this addition to the series. Dalton is laid back and easy but when he meets Peyton he wants no one but her. Each time he sees her his desire grows and his heart becomes engaged. I loved watching this player become tamed by his own special agent. Peyton was fierce when she realizes that she had been duped but hunting down the liar only pulls her farther into her attraction towards Dalton. She’s one tough heroine but she is also a woman whose heart gets involved. Soon their relationship has issues that are real to life and there’s no apparent answer for either of them.
This is a fast paced, steam filled read with some club activity that wasn’t too heavy. The investigation part of the story was a little light with the conflict centered around them as individuals. I’m hoping we are going to get Reece’s story soon!
“How is it possible that your dumbass has never been arrested?” Abe asks me while stroking his long, black beard. “Do I look like a fucking outlaw?” I respond with my arms spread out by my sides. “Fuck no, blondie,” Abe mutters. “Without any visible tats, you look like a California pretty boy who wears leather like it’s a fashion statement.” “Exactly!” I say, not the least bit insulted since everything he said is true.
“How about this,” he says. “There’s no way in hell that a federal agent would hook up with the likes of you. Her job makes her automatically suspicious of everyone right off the bat. She’ll have you all figured out in an instant.” “Wanna bet?” I ask as I add the final touches to my profile. “A hundred bucks says I’ll not only grab her laptop, but that I’ll also be able to con her right out of her panties.” “Photos or it didn’t happen,” Reece tells me, offering me his calloused right hand to shake on it. “Deal.”
Do you even remember what sex feels like? Or is it just a distant memory for you, like it is for me?” “I sort of remember,” I reply, as I cock my head to the side to try and recall the details of the last intimate encounter with my lying, cheating, son of a bitch spouse. “It’s when you lie on your back and count the seconds, not minutes, that it takes for the relentless jackhammer to stop pounding you into the mattress, right?” Quincey actually snorts out a laugh before she says, “That’s it! So you do remember your ex-husband!
“Holy shit,” I mutter. Slapping Quincey on her shoulder repeatedly to get her to turn around and look behind her, I say, “Quince, it’s him! It’s really him!” “Sure, it is,” she drawls sarcastically with a roll of her eyes before she cranes her neck around to see for herself. “Slap my ass sideways! I think he just blinked and put his baby in me!”
“Good afternoon, Agent Bradley. What brings you to Emerald Isle on a such a lovely day?” I ask coolly with my patented smug grin. “Cut the shit!” she shouts when she’s right in front of my face. She grabs the collar of my t-shirt from the opening of my leather cut and balls it up in her fist. “Where the hell is my laptop?” Smirking at her beautiful, angry face, I blink innocently and ask, “What laptop?” She chokes me with my own shirt collar a little more and I have to say, rather than intimidate me, I’m just turned on by her show of force. Badass women may have just become my new fetish.

“Here, let me help you write up the arrest report.” I get comfortable and rest my head back against the seat. Clearing my throat, I begin narrating our steamy meeting. “Late on the night of October sixth, the theft is believed to have occurred sometime between the half hour when the victim was face down in the backseat of her government-issued SUV, screaming through her orgasm in the Main Street parking garage. She alleges that only the handsome suspect was in the vicinity, but the wrongly accused suspect assures authorities that there were plenty of opportunities for the theft to occur since the suspect was so busy shoving his tongue in the victim’s mouth and pussy that he was not aware of their surroundings…” Peyton refuses to meet my gaze in the rearview during my narrative. Does that sound about right?” I ask. “If it wasn’t you, it was one of your gang buddies while I was…distracted,” she huffs. “Gang buddies? I don’t have gang buddies. At least not anymore,” I reply. “What I have are MC brothers. But they are upstanding gentlemen. None of them would ever steal from a federal agent while she was getting her pussy licked. That’s just plain rude.” “So it was you,” Peyton asks, her cheeks now a nice rosy red that I imagine is similar to the one she was probably sporting last night. “I didn’t say it was me. You just think it was me because I’m the easiest person to…finger for it,” I say, unable to prevent my snicker.
Dalton was the sixth book in the Savage Kings MC series by the authors Lane Hart and DB West. It was written as part of the Wanted: An Outlaw Anthology, a collection of stand-alone stories by twenty best selling authors.
Dalton was the son of one of the founding MC members and a current officer of the club. He was the pretty boy of the group who could talk his way into anything without getting into trouble. Peyton Bradley was ATF Agent Bradley who was investigating the Savage Kings. The two totally didn’t mix. Complete opposites in everything.
The authors took us through a quick plot continuing the story that began in previous books. No spoilers so no specifics but it was the quintessential sparks flying between the outlaw vs the law enforcer scenario. It wasn’t a very believable story but for the fans of the Savage Kings, it was a quick and enjoyable read highlighting some of the MC favorites.
This story was both hilarious and sexy right from the start <3 I’m a fan of the movie Zoolander so when the Savage Kings, the actual f*cking Savage Kings made references to the movie I was laughing so hard. I could just picture them around the table, being sexy tough and all, talking about that movie. That alone was epic! And then comes Dalton. He was all charm and fun and there was no way he wasn’t going to get away with what he wanted. I liked who he was paired with because only a strong and self-confident woman like Payton could put up with Dalton’s way of life. Even though this is part of a series I think it can still be read as a standalone.
Dalton was an enjoyable quick read. I generally like those stories where two completely different worlds collide but the characters equally make efforts and they work out their differences at the end. Dalton was cocky but oh so irresistible. His deceit was really ugly and one big punch to Peyton's self confidence too. Not to mention other possible repercussions. I liked the way Dalton gravitated to Payton even though there seemed to be insurmountable obstacles in the way. I liked that Payton listened to what he had to say and she dropped her prejudices and found enough openness to understand what MC life is about. I liked both of their characters and the compromise they worked out to be together.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Dalton Brady doesn’t look like your stereotypical biker with his surfer boy good looks, but he’s smart and an accomplished thief. He won’t have any trouble outwitting a female federal agent. Peyton Bradley’s a “plus-size federal [agent] with an overabundance of junk in the trunk” who has worked hard to get to where she is in the ATF. With this new assignment, she’s determined to find the evidence no one else has against the Savage Kings MC. Hard to imagine how these two fit together? Well, it isn’t easy but, boy, what an explosive connection they make.
There is plenty of hot, steamy passion between Dalton and Peyton, but there’s also something more, something much deeper. Unfortunately, they are like oil and water. They don’t mix, or do they? You really should read this enjoyable tale to see how these two work together in a situation that shouldn’t work at all. The characters are appealing and charming, and the storyline is fast-paced and engaging. I really liked the way the interaction between Dalton and Peyton played out and found it hard to put down. This is a very entertaining romance, which you will enjoy reading.
The thing that make me love reading is the ability to dream and freak out at the same time. Because in the book world nothing is going to be a rainbow… Sometimes the storm is just around the corner. Lane Hart is becoming one of my favorite authors and the more I read the more I want. Dalton is her latest release and tells the stories of Dalton and Peyton. This book is included in Wanted: Na Outlaw Anthology, and you can bet your sweet arse that you will love all these stories. I’ve been following this series and the need to get more stories about each member of this MC made me read non stop and nag this author asking for more. I might sound crazy but do I care? Nope… Not one second. So you should read all books in order and then… Dalton is one of the brothes that lives and breaths to protect his club. When a threat that’s puting the club in jeopardy he… Peyton is an ATF agent that was handed the case that involves the Savage Kings MC. When she gets on a blind date… Just like I suspected this story rocked. Perfect plot, very well written, super engaging and wild. These two, despite all that surrounds them, work perfectly together. She’s stubborn and so is he. They fight and made up and so much more behind close doors… Oh girls… Get ready for the hot stuff that’s coming your way. You will understand this book perfectly even if you hadn’t read the other books from this series but I advise you to read them all. Just be prepared to fall in love… There were parts of this book that I laughed so hard but there were others that I wanted to slap someone… Oh boy… I’m so happy to have started this series. Lane… Oh Lane… You’re trying to kill me… Right? This series is getting better than ever. I voluntarily reviewed na Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Quick Info Standalone/Cliffhanger?: Standalone Part of a Series?: Yes ---------------------------------- Meeting the Characters Dalton Peyton ---------------------------------- What happens? Dalton is the good boy of the club. He has never been arrested so is the chosen one to find out what the federal case has on them. Peyton is the agent working the case and ends up seduced by this bad boy looking 'lawyer' only to find out he isn't a lawyer and belongs to the club she is assigned to investigate. Things turn even more heated when shes forced to follow him back to his town to get back the laptop he stole from her all while hiding if from her boss. Final thoughts This was a good love story. I felt the heat between them and I loved that. They were a good match. The ending was a little odd which I can't say how because it will give it a way but its just weird. Would I read again?: Yes Would I read this author again?: Yes
This was a great addition to this series. Dalton is not your typical biker and that lets him use his unique talents for the club. I liked Dalton. It was practically impossible not to. I mean, sure he is a womanizer, cocky, totally incorrigible and one heck of a con man. He is also charming, smart and quite irresistible. Peyton was smart, strong and capable. She was more than a match for Dalton. The attraction is intense, their chemistry sizzled and their banter had zing. Both these characters had walls and baggage that had to be addressed and worked through. The engaging story has plenty of drama, humor and twists to make sure your attention stays focused. A really good book! This is my independent, impartial review.
The Savage Kings MC series has quickly become a MUST READ series for me and each book pulls me further in. Dalton's story was no exception and definitely had me captivated and enraptured by this opposites attract romance. Dalton is the "pretty boy modelesque" member that handles the books and by looks would never guess is in the MC. Peyton is the ATF agent currently investigating the MC but quickly caught the eye of Dalton. When Dalton and Peyton meet it is one hot, steamy, explosive encounter that will have you fanning yourself! Prepare yourself for one helluva ride from the amazing mind of Mrs.Hart!
Dalton and Peyton Dalton has always had the looks that ladies fall for. He is not your average biker but more like a surfer looking dude or when clothed in a suit a suave business man . He is quite the chameleon but don't let those looks fool you he is still a con man. When the club sends him on a mission to check the status of an investigation by the ATF he is more than surprised to find it is being led by a tall sexy smart blonde agent. This is right up his alley .Peyton knows all to well what the handsome Dalton is all about but it seems that she cannot resist that one time or can she? Neither one could have guessed how this little game would play out but what a ride !!!! Great Story!!
One morning and this book is done already. It was a really quick read and I would've liked if it was a little bit more fleshed out with higher stakes, but it was still a good book. It gets three and a half stars from me.
Let's start off by saying that this was our first read by these authors and we really enjoyed it.I am a big MC gene reader junkie so whenever I get a chance to snag a new MC author to feed my addition I do and I am so glad I came across this series as it is so much fun.
I loved the main character's from the onset of the story. Omg ! I fell head over heels myself for Dalton with all that swagger and cockiness and those sexy good looks.I have to say I have read a lot of MC romance but, I have never read any as funny as this one.
Peyton the ATF agent sent to bring Dalton and his club down. Omg ! Loved the forbidden romance that went on between these two as the couldn't keep their hands off each other no matter what roll they were playing.
I found Peyton to be one little bad*** with a set of brass balls to take on not only Dalton but, his club President.I loved her character as she was strong and funny, sexual, determined, possessive, beautiful and vibrant .
Dalton was sexy a sin, cocky, funny, determined,a sex god who cracked me up with his antic's inside and outside the bedroom. Before reading this story I haven't read any other book in the series but, I am betting that we saw a whole other side to Dalton this time around and not just the care free love and leave them type.
The chemistry and romance between these two was explosive and they were hotter than he** when in bed together where they had a lot of fun and learned trust one another especially since they were on the opposite sides of the law.
Overall I can't tell you how much I loved the book from cover to cover. I had laughed time and time again throughout the story .I also loved the the stories character's and getting to know them and I know the more involved I get in the series I am going to even love them more.
I totally recommend this awesome read that goes into our keeper pile to read time and time again.
DALTON is the sixth instalment in the contemporary, adult SAVAGE KINGS MC erotic, MC, romance story line focusing on the men and women of the Savage Kings MC, co-authored by Lane Hart and DB West . This is Savage Kings MC treasurer Dalton Brady, and ATF agent Peyton Bradley’s story line.
NOTE: DALTON can be found in the multi-authored WANTED: AN OUTLAW ANTHOLOGY.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Dalton and Peyton) DALTON follows ATF Agent Peyton Bradley as she is tasked with uncovering the truth behind a number of gang related murders tied to the New Bern Savage Kings, MC. An almost one-night stand with a local attorney finds our heroine grovelling when her all-important laptop is stolen by her sexy and beautiful online Tinder connection. Enter Savage Kings MC treasurer Dalton Brady, and the man who tugs at our heroine’s heart. What ensues is the secret relationship between Dalton and Peyton, and the potential fall-out as Peyton’s investigation draws to a close, and the Savage Kings MC have no idea if charges are forthcoming.
Peyton Bradley has been assigned the unenviable task of uncovering the who, what and why of a series of murders, including the death of cartel drug kingpin Hector Cruz, indirectly related to the Savage Kings MC. What Peyton never expected was to fall for the beautifully handsome Savage Kings treasurer, a man who is all kinds of wrong, with or without her connection to the current investigation. Dalton Bradley doesn’t do relationships, especially a relationship with the ATF but his heart wants the woman who could inevitably destroy his entire life, and the lives of the people he loves.
The relationship between Dalton and Peyton begins as a lie; a Tinder hook-up wherein Dalton, pretending to be someone else, goes for more than a one-night stand, but a possible take down of the ATF agent. Peyton knows that to get involved with Dalton could spell the end of her career; and Dalton is warned that Peyton could be the death of them all. The $ex scenes are erotic, seductive and intense; the sexual attraction is palpable and hot.
The secondary characters are limited. We are re-introduced to the Savage Kings President Torin Fury, Club VP and Torin’s brother Chase Fury ,former military tech genius Reece ; Peyton’s friend Quincey; and Dalton’s ailing father Rubin Brady.
The world building continues to look at the fallout of the Savage King MC’s war with the Aces MC, and Cartel drug kingpin Hector Cruz. Although Hector is no longer a threat, the threat comes from the law.
DALTON is an engaging and spirited story line. The premise is moving; the romance is provocative; the characters are animated and colorful. DALTON is a spicy and passionate addition to the Savage Kings MC series.
Dalton's seeming arrogance is only outweighed by his good looks. Smart yet uneducated, strong yet silly at times, a fantastic lover that doesn't know how to create intimacy, Dalton is a true dichotomy. When he first sees ATF agent Peyton, he is instantly attracted to her. However, Peyton is the federal agent investigating the Savage Kings MC and looking for connections to recent deaths and an arson case.
When Dalton actually connects with Peyton through a dating app to try to find out what she knows about the Kings, his ulterior motive takes a back seat to his raging desire for her. Despite his better judgement, Dalton can't help his attraction and the two begin an intense physical relationship. The two are on opposite sides of the law and Peyton struggles with her need for affection from Dalton as well as her assignment to investigate the illegal activities of the Kings.
Both are wounded by past relationships - Dalton when a jealous husband almost killed him when he was a teenager for sleeping with his wife and Peyton due to her divorce from an uncaring boor. Neither are ready to open themselves up to a real relationship. As their physical relationship develops into something more, both Peyton and Dalton doubt their feelings are reciprocated and work to keep themselves from getting in too deep.
Dalton's antics are at times funny and at other times just cruel. Peyton, however, is a strong woman who won't stand for too much nonsense. She's willing to demand the respect that she deserves and to cut him loose when he changes their relationship from something wonderful into something tawdry.
Peyton at times tolerates a bit too much rudeness and disrespect from Dalton, but her strength of character keeps her from being a doormat. She is well and truly a match for the arrogant bad boy. Dalton, as he begins to reveal more of himself to Peyton, shows that there is more to him than the arrogant façade. While at first I found his character a bit ridiculous and grating, as the reader sees more of his personality, the reasons for his outlandish behavior become more clear. Peyton is a good foil for him and brings some balance to him.
The pair are amusing and at times volatile throughout the story, making for an engaging romance read while moving the overall story of the motorcycle club forward. A great next installment in the series. Readers who like MC romance, strong female lead characters and smart-mouthed bad boys will love this book.

Incredible MC romance, and a total MUST-BUY! “DALTON,” a novella also included in the “WANTED: An Outlaw Anthology” is an amazing MC tale written by the fantastic writing team of Hart and West. I LOVED “Dalton” and was so excited to see how an ATF agent fell in love with a member of the motorcycle club she was sent to investigate. Dalton is a member of the Savage Kings MC and his lethal toughness is matched only by the size of his heart. In fact, the Savage Kings all seem to have that issue! They are rough, tough, misfits who bring an amazing STEAM to the women their big hearts fall for. And the steam between Dalton and Payton is explosive, so a hand fan and beverage of your choice nearby are recommended! The prose is descriptive and easy to read, the characters are richly-developed and easy to love, and the plot is compelling and more complex than a novella usually presents. I volunteered to read a copy of “DALTON” and this is my honest and voluntary 4½ -STAR review. (Normally, novella-length manuscripts can earn no more than 4 out of 5 stars because of their short length; however, “DALTON” has so much action and the characters are so well-developed despite the story’s length, an additional ½ star has been added!) I STRONGLY SUGGEST you purchase your copy of “DALTON” today! Happy pages 😉
Dalton knows he's not superman and bulletproof. He was shot in the back once and it almost paralyzed him. If he were a comic superhero, fighting and sex would be his only superpowers. Captain Panty Dropper to the rescue. Hahaha. Peyton recently divorced from her husband, she took a temporary transfer within the ATF from Atlanta. Her biggest problem right now? She met a Tinder date at a bar and while otherwise occupied, her briefcase with the ATF laptop and case information has been stolen. How is she going to get it back? Can it be done without anyone finding out and keeping her career?" If you've been following the Savage Kings MC Series, you know they've had their fair share of problems. Sometimes it seems like they can't catch a break. This has been a terrific series from the very first and book six, "Dalton" is no exception. The plot is a little calmer than what we've come to expect but no less intriguing and the characters we've all grown to love and love to hate are there with a few new ones added in for spice. It becomes redundant when you continually say how good the author is in a series, but I never get tired of saying, Congratulations Lane Hart and D.B. West on another 5 star rating.
This book can also be found in the "Outlaw Anthology"
This is the sixth installment in the Savage Kings MC saga as the story continues from the previous book, Maddox. As the only Brother whose never been arrested, Dalton is the perfect choice for the club’s mission to counter the feds investigation into the Kings’ activities. Not known to be shy around the ladies and looking like a Greek Adonis, Dalton gets in close and personal with Peyton Bradley the ATF agent who’s heading up the enquiry. His natural charm and cheeky, dominant attitude overwhelms Peyton who has no idea she’s been conned and in such a manner that it’s guaranteed she won’t be reporting it to the authorities – not if she wants to keep her job. I enjoyed the interactions between these two as Peyton tried to retain her authority while Dalton exerted his dominance in and out of the bedroom. Their sexy, flirty, banter led to some sizzling hot intimacy. The story is well written with plenty of drama, secrets, and laugh-out-loud moments along with numerous extremely steamy encounters.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the sixth book of the Savage Kings MC series and will be released as part of the Wanted: An Outlaw Anthology. In this book, Dalton goes undercover for the MC to find out the information the ATF agent has against the MC. Dalton is the only member of the MC without an arrest record and doesn't look like a biker, with his blonde hair and surfer looks. When Dalton and Peyton meet, they have an attraction to one another and chemistry to burn. Dalton manages to steal her laptop and when he returns it to the MC, she goes to get it back. Peyton doesn't want to be attracted to Dalton anymore and fights it as much as she can. When Dalton and Peyton can't fight it anymore, they know she could lose her job and he can't stay away from her. I really love this series. I loved this book, i thought Dalton and Peyton had a love / hate relationship at first and soon they knew it was more. I loved how they fought and how they were together. Another great one in this series. I can't wait to read the whole anthology.
Dalton is the playboy of the MC and other than that he doesn't seem to add much to the club. He is in charge of where the money for the club goes. Peyton is a federal agent sent to find out whatever she can on the MC. Dalton matches her on a dating sight to try to steal what information she has on the club. When he gets her in a situation the guilt hits him and he can't do it. Although it didn't stop him from stealing what he needed from her. From there, for me, it went down hill. Dalton turned into a pussy who just didn't want to let Peyton go. As for Peyton, ugh!! I get this is a book and maybe I'm just cynical but if you have a character who is in authority you don't want them to just instantly forget the job they have because of a pretty face. That is basically what Peyton did. She made all of her decisions on her fantasies with Dalton. Instead of really doing her job she turned the other cheek and pretended nothing was happening because she couldn't be bothered to try and prove it. I didn't like either one of them so I didn't care if they had a HEA or not.
Mmmmm. Dalton. I wasn't sure about this guy. He's never really had much of a part in the previous books of the Savage Kings MC Series. However, he was an absolute delight. Well, what I mean by that is he is not only sexy, smart, and a badass, but he's funny. Like, laugh out loud funny. He's quick talking and always has a quip. Interestingly enough, he has a cool backstory...that is also hilarious when you think about it. Okay, it's sort of tragic. And funny. I laughed a little. Sorry.
Dalton is the ultimate ladies' man. He's gorgeous and can talk the pants off any woman (okay, probably not any, but you get the picture). He's also an excellent thief, so when the MC needs someone to steal a laptop from an ATF agent, Peyton Bradley, he already has a plan. The MC can't have the ATF poking around the club now, can they? Dalton sets up a fake dating profile and hooks the woman in. Of course, she's pretty darned sexy herself, and they end up at her car, doing...things. But Dalton sees his chance to steal that laptop, so he takes it, pissing off Peyton. What will he do when she finds out he real identity and tracks him down? Well, probably what Dalton does best...sex, sex, and more sex.
Peyton got burned from a divorce from a cheating spouse, and her dating life has been in the pits. That is until she meets the hottest man alive. Of course, when he lifts her government-issued laptop with sensitive information on it, she's not too happy. She's determined to get her laptop back, and when she realizes it was a Savage Kings MC member who did it (the club she's investigating), she decides to exact her revenge. It's too bad she's not immune to Dalton's charms.
I loved the interaction and the banter between characters. Peyton wasn't too obnoxious as an ATF agent (I thought she'd be horrible), but let's be honest: Dalton stole the show on this one. The book would be a five star for me, except that the ending was way too abrupt. I felt like things were rushed. It was like everyone just shrugged their shoulders at the solution, and I'm like, "I'm not sure that's an actual solution, guys." But whatever.
I loved this book! Dalton is in a motorcycle club that's being investigated by the ATF agent Peyton, who's investigating his motorcycle club. Peyton is a hardcore agent by day, and a wounded, lonely, divorced woman at night. Looking for a little relief from her self imposed celibacy, She gets on tinder, and sets up a date with a smoking hot lawyer who's too good looking to be real. Imagine her surprise to find out that he is real, and attracted to her! After an encounter that leaves her flushed and infuriated, she sets out to retrieve her property that Dalton has. Surprisingly Dalton feels bad for his actions with Peyton. He should just leave things as they are, but can't seem to fight his attraction to Peyton. I loved the push and pull of their attraction. How can an agent and an outlaw be together? One thing I didn't quite but was the ending. Hard to believe you can hide your real identity from the authorities. Can't wait for the next book in the series!
Dalton is book 5 in Lane Hart's Savage Kings MC series. It stands alone but you will definitely want to go back and read the others in the series if you haven't because it is one of the best MC series that I have read. Dalton Brady is the money man for the MC and they have a problem. They are being investigated by the ATF and it's Dalton's job to do a little bit of undercover work and find out what the attractive agent knows about their club. Dalton is the "pretty boy" of the club and the one least likely to be associated with a motorcycle gang. Peyton Bradley is a by the book agent that takes her work seriously and if there's criminal activity taking place, she's going to get to the bottom of it. This story is the epitome of opposites attract and it's a lot of fun with just a bit of angst. There's plenty of heat that you always find in a Lane Hart book too! I will add to my review as I read additional stories but Dalton is a 5* read, told from dual POV and should not be missed!
Another amazing book in the Savage King&s series and omg is this one a hottie!!!! My E-reader is still recovering from all the steaming hotness and I survived too. Dalton has no self confidence issues thats for sure, he knows he is hot and he knows the women know his hot and with a snap of his fingers he has them falling over themselves running to be his conquest for the night. So its no wonder that he volunteered and was chosen by the brotherhood to seduce and steal ATF agent Peyton Bradley's laptop, the woman that has been digging around and investigating them. But the thing no one not even Dalton was expecting was for him to fall for the curvy agent.....the woman that could bring the end to the Savage Kings.

Dalton may not look like your stereotypical biker but that’s not to say he hasn’t got his clubs back and won’t use his good looks to get what they need to keep them safe. With the ATF determined to look closer at the clubs past activities, Dalton volunteers to get what they need from ATF agent Peyton. He thought it was going to be easy to get what he wanted and walk away from her but the pull between him and Peyton is too much and before he knows it they’re burning up the sheets on a regular basis....and she’s still investigating his club.
This was a hard book to put down. The chemistry between Dalton and Peyton is hot, the chance that Peyton could be the one to land his club in hot water and the fact their on opposite sides of the law all had me completely hooked. Another great book from these authors. I can’t wait for the next book in the Savage Kings MC series.
This is the sixth book in the series, I have not read every book in the series and was still able to enjoy this book. I love how Dalton's character is a contradiction - with his surfer boy good looks, charm and sexiness but he is his own weapon that you will never see coming. It was interesting to read how Dalton is on a mission for the club which is to get the information from an ATF agent, Peyton that they have on the Savage Kings. Dalton believes this is simple but he finds himself not being able to forget her and when he crosses paths with her, he is wanting her. It was an entertaining read to see how these two characters were able to work around on another and work through their differences and find a happy medium.
