This was well outside of my usual genre, so I was pleasantly surprised at just how engaging the story was and how often I was thinking about the characters when I was away from the book. I found myself eager to get back to reading it and excited to see what decisions the characters would make. A fresh take on romantic storylines as you have known them. Hardly predictable, but always rewarding to the reader.
