About the author

Jonathan Bernis is the president and CEO of Jewish Voice Ministries International and the author of several books, including A Hope and a Future, A Rabbi Looks at Jesus of Nazareth, A Rabbi Looks at the Last Days, and A Rabbi Looks at the Afterlife. Bernis is a Jewish believer in Jesus who has been in Messianic Jewish ministry for over thirty-five years and is the host of Jewish Voice With Jonathan Bernis, a weekly television program seen on Christian networks across the globe. Bernis and his wife, Elisangela, are the parents of two daughters, Liel and Hannah, and reside in Phoenix, Arizona.

A mix of accurate history and unscientific prophesy

This book deserves 5 stars for a very scholarly and I insightful look at history and facts. It also contains religious beliefs including speculation about the meaning of ancient biblical prophecy. The former should be important to all readers while the latter will only appeal to readers of particular religious beliefs. The juxtaposition of the two did not seem natural to this reader so overall I can only give it 3 stars.

A Must Read for Every Christian

The author has done an excellent job in providing the reader all the facts about what is going on in the Middle East! I have learnt a lot of things I did not know or understand properly! Christians need to commit themselves to supporting Israel and the Jewish people! We should only vote for Politicians who are pro Israel! The author covers the history of major terrorist organizations which I really liked. It was a very good read!

No matter what is happening in this world, God is still on His throne! There are people in our world who actively hunt the “Saturday people” and then the “Sunday people.” It’s hard to imagine peace ever being achieved when that is the focus.

An excellent book that talks about the peace of Israel and how God is orchestrating everything that happens in and to Isreal, terrorism and it's ability to rise above the current challenges.
