Loved learning about kale and fat and that's how we consume it-in soups or stir fry. End notes are also included for further reading on the subject. Indexed recipes are in every section in a different color so you can locate them faster in the book. Each recipe starts with a full page color photograph, title and list of ingredients which you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar products. Directions are given and prep, cook and total times. Tips are also offered along with variations. There is NO nutritional information. Watch out for recipes that may have up to 20 ingredients, line them up before you start cooking.
