When Eve Harper is assigned the task of trying to convince the owner of a cookie factory – in her hometown of all places – to sell, she gets more than she bargained for when she runs into the owner’s nephew, Gabriel Meyers.
Aunt Georgia was a fiesty one. She was going to give Eve a run for her money. This one was a short, steamy holiday book. Gabriel knew Eve was special after they literally ran into each other.
Ok i am aware that it is February but with the way the weather is right now -24 with-54 windchill i think i can get away with Christmas stories okay! Anuways this was cute glad i read it!
In typical Te Russ fashion, she once again gives us a story that leaves you wanting more. The story was a nice introduction to Eve and Gabriel, characters I look forward to catching up with again in the Te Russ universe.
The story was really sweet and hit the spot. I liked the premise for the story and the characters. The story felt like a nice sweet treat on my tongue.
Eve returns to her hometown for work and meets a new love interest. This was s sweet love story between Eve and Gabriel. They bump into each other and are instantly attracted to one another, as luck would have it he's the nephew of the lady she's trying to do business with. A business deal, a annual holiday jubilee puts them together again an d.c sparks fly. Their chemistry and sexual attraction seems to leap off the pages. Another smoothly told hot and sexy love story from Te' Russ, great ending to 2018 and I can't wait to see what great stories you have in store for us in 2019.
This was a cute book that put me in mind of a movie that I saw. It was fast paced and the way in which Eve and Gabriel came to be was not typical but you could see where it was going to go. I knew this was a novella but there were some things that were brought up in the book that I would have liked to read more on but overall I enjoyed the book. I just wanted a little more information on those situations. It didn't really give Christmas vibes to me but more a book that take place around Christmas time which is also fine for a holiday read.
I really enjoyed this story! After Evangeline & Gabriel bumped into each other in the coffee shop I knew I would enjoy this short story! Aunt Georgia & Eve's parents were really cute too. I loved Gabriel & Eve's competitiveness at the Gingerbread Jubilee. Richard really missed out on a sweet treat and Anna was a straight up hater and deserved that beat down!

This has all the makings of a cozy Christmas Hallmark movie. To put it simply, it was short and sweet — and it definitely has me craving gingerbread cookies now. It felt like a warm, cozy read that’s just right for the holidays. I could absolutely see this being adapted into a Hallmark movie. The romance was sweet and fast-paced. I recommend!
Sexy and short Christmas Novella! Eve and Gabriel are cute and the chemistry is off the chart! Anna deserves a beat down but I digress! Lol 😂! Thanks Te for the short!
I adored Gabriel and Eve. Perfect story for the holiday season. The back story for Eve returning home, and how they connected was very fitting. I'll be reading more from this author. This was my first reading of her work.
A pleasant read of Eve trying to save Georgia's Gingerbread company and at the same time grabs a lil Christmas cheer in the form of Gabriel Myers. A short tease that's sure to make you want more of Gabriel and Eve!
Good read, I enjoyed the characters and storyline. This was a short holiday story. Gabriel and Eve had a cute small town holiday romance, reminiscent of a hallmark movie. I recommend this book.
Such an amazing short read... I would love to read more about Eve and Gabriel and their budding Christmas romance as well as what became of Georgia’s Gingerbread. Definitely puts you in the feel good spirit of the holidays and I loved it.
This was super cute and really quick to read. If you don't mind short stories that are kinda insta-lovey where everything happens quickly, and you want cozy small-town vibes, definitely check this one out!
This was such a cute holiday short that I truly enjoyed. Eve and Gabriel’s immediate connection pulled me into their story from page one. I hope with time their relationship will be made official and they’ll live happily ever after.
A cute holiday read about a lady giving a proposition at work to secure a company. Brings her back to her old town. Not only does she have to seal the deal she’s also crushing on a local. Mild spice, but still nice. No quotes or highlights.
This was definitely one of those Hallmark/Lifetime Holiday movies and it was very good 😊 it makes your heart smile reading about small town love blossoming I wish Eve could’ve whooped Anna’s ass but honestly Eve got the last laugh so all is well 👏🏽
