Mer and human. Human and mer. Like two sides of a drachma, our races were one. Then, disaster. A Great Catastrophe sank ancient Atlantis and plunged us into fiery war. They existed only in our legends. Until now.
Take the plunge and dive in to the USA Today bestselling series! Four breathtaking paranormal romances filled with yummy alpha warrior, daring heroines, friendly giant octopi, and lush underwater kingdoms. For a limited time, this set contains the first four novels plus bonus epilogues plus an exclusive deleted scene. Happy reading! ~ Starla Night
SEDUCED BY THE SEA LORD Determined warlord Torun cannot wait to claim Lucy, who mistook him for a shipwreck survivor and pulled his injured body from the ocean. All his instincts tell him she is his soul mate. Now she must join with him and give him a child.
Lucy can’t believe the words coming out of this dominant male. He insists her destiny is to become a mermaid queen and mother to his future children. The one thing “destiny” forgot to mention was that Lucy’s a broke divorcee who can’t even have a child.
It’s really too bad, because his gorgeous lips are all too kissable, and she’d love to see his iridescent gold tattoos moving as he flexed those broad, hard pectorals under the water...
SACRIFICED TO THE SEA LORD Steadfast mer king Kadir has endured ridicule, banishment, and undersea prison for his belief that modern human women will save their dwindling race. Freed to found a city of mermen shifters who share his beliefs, he sets out to the surface to woo his bride. And sweet, sensual Elyssa is his.
Elyssa can’t even match her socks. How can she rule an undersea kingdom? But when King Kadir holds her in his bulging, silver-tattooed arms and claims her as his soul mate, deep down the shy introvert holds big dreams. Maybe his magical elixir will transform her into more than just a mousy, water-breathing version of herself. Maybe it will make her into an exceptional woman worthy to be a queen.
ENSLAVED BY THE SEA LORD Hardened mer warrior Soren is no great catch. Disgraced, battle-scarred, and with a temper as black as the tattoos slashing his skin, the First Lieutenant of rebel city Atlantis prefers to protect the other warriors’ brides rather than seek his own to repopulate their dwindling race.
But he can’t control his cravings for haughty, elegant Aya.
"SOREN’S DARK NIGHT" Sink into the darkness with an exclusive scene linking damaged warrior Soren to his betrayal of the warrior he most respected...
STOLEN BY THE SEA LORD Zara almost died the night she was forced to the surface. Shattered memories are all that remain in her broken heart. Suddenly, her mer husband, Elan stands on the shore before her like a mirage. Heart-stopping, mouth-watering, and all hers. He even escaped with her son.
And a deadly secret…
Every complete novel contains a happy ending filled steamy mer-shifter love scenes, underwater battles, and friendly giant octopi. Fall in love with these men of the sea!

I kept wanting these to get better, but they just didn't. The MCs are supposed to be kings and warriors and queens, but not a single one of them have a decent amount of confidence. They also don't have any communication skills whatsoever. I sisliked them all the longer the stories went on.
I liked the first book, it had like one or two problems but overall was good, solid 3 stars but the rest of the books were different from the first and all followed the same pattern. The first book had some misunderstands mostly from a lack of communication (which I do find frustrating) but the next 3 books plot almost entirely relied on misunderstandings and miscommunication. If your entire plot or almost your entire plot could be foiled by just having a honest conversation you don’t have a good plot. The first book had a small taste of that but with Lucy’s background it kind of made sense, though by the end it was super frustrating. The next three books beat you over the head with it and take it to the next level. Also, too much of the books are dedicated to summarizing the previous books reminding the reader what they already read. The books also had some really troubling and problematic material in it. In the first book Lucy went to all these doctors and had all these different fertility treatments and shots trying to get pregnant. In the end they decide that she wasn’t getting pregnant because she didn’t really want to get pregnant. Her husband wasn’t really her soulmate so she was never going to get pregnant until she met a better man. Her mother encourages this thought a lot going on about how she and the grandmother also held off getting pregnant out of sheer will power and stubbornness until they were in better positions to have children. This is encouraged even more in the third book with Aya when it’s been several years and she hasn’t gotten pregnant. She starts doing research trying to get pregnant, trying different positions and foods and tracking her cycles and temperature and anything else she can find. After talking to other brides and her husband they decide she wasn’t getting pregnant because she wasn’t in the right state of mind to get pregnant. Bruh. They go on about how even if something is physically wrong with you the tree will heal everything when you change into a mermaid, ok kind of fine with that I guess? Magic tree, can’t really argue too much with that. They have to have their children underwater because their tree will bless them and they have never lost a baby ever. The way they say it and the way it’s handled isn’t great and really shouldn’t be something we are saying to impressionable younger women or women who have gone through miscarriages or infertility or unwanted pregnancies.
Beautiful Enchanted Underwater Scenes and Destined Brides and Their Honorable Warriors
In this boxed set you encounter troubled but strong human women and lost but honorable mer warriors. In accepting their destined love they claim their inner power and together they redeem themselves and create a brighter future for themselves as well as all both human and mer.
The underwater scenes are breathtaking and beautifully described. The world of mer is magical and powerful. It's empowering to read about these individuals reclaiming their self-worth and confidence for the betterment of all.
I did enjoy reading all 4 books of this boxed set, and initially, I was going to rate it 4 stars. The stories are good and creative with only a few spelling errors and/or editing oversights, but I didn’t connect with them as well as I expected to. One of the reasons that I did go with 5 stars was due to a theme with which I did resonate that ran throughout the books. That was the fact that the men, who created and enforced the rules, were the height of misogyny. No wonder they banished the “brides” once they had given birth - only the women could develop super powers! They could have taken over and set things right! My favorite book was number 3, Enslaved by the Sea Lord, where the 3 queens of Atlantis created a triad of power. Awesome! One alert for readers who are sensitive to such things, there is good deal of steamy sex in each of the books....just so you know😉
Title: Lords of Atlantis Author: Starla Night Format: Audio Narrator: Chandra Skyye Genre: Paranormal Romance, Merman Shifter, Fated Mates Standalone: Not really Part of a Series: Books 1 through 4 of Lords of Atlantis 3/5
I didn't do my research before starting this box set. I didn't realize that there are at least two more sets in this series. Each book builds of the previous ones in the series which makes this set feel more like just the beginning rather than a complete story. I'm honestly kicking myself for looking and continuing with this set rather than switching for another book before my Audible trial finished. This was a colossal waste of time. The women were either emotional minefields of self-doubt or strong, independent and closed-off. The mermen were all "protective" by not communicating the dangers of their situations. Combine this with no real resolution after four books we're lucky I'm not scoring this with less stars than 3.
Book 1: Seduced by the Sea Lord POV: Lucy, Torun Steam Level: Steamy 3/5
The story is good, compelling. The Merman race are dying out and Torun is is trying for find a solution by finding human brides. Obviously this does not go over well with the elders. He's seen as a traitor. When Lucy accidentally stumbles upon his body she pulls him from the sea. From there miscommunications, half-truths and unnecessary drama abounds. When Lucy accidentally reveals the mermen to the world things get even more crazy and sill the characters cannot communicate. I was annoyed but also wanted to see what happened. This audiobook took me quiet some time to get through which should have forewarned me to stop and switch to another book.
Book 2: Sacrificed to the Sea Lord POV: Elyssa, Kadir Steam Level: Steamy 3/5
Elyssa is clumsy and has absolutely no self-confidence. When she accidentally stumbles into King Kadir's arms (literally), he decides she's the one for him - despite the ongoing bride pageant. I think her clumsiness was supposed to be funny and cute but good lord was her self-doubt and lack of self-worth annoying AF. Again the story was good but the characters left quite a bit to be desired.
Book 3: Enslaved by the Sea Lord POV: Soren, Aya Steam Level: Steamy 3/5
Enslaved by the Sea Lord starts where Sacrificed to the Sea Lord ends. A battle is brewing and dangers from land and sea are brewing. Soren rescues Aya and they work together - once they learn to trust each other - to help save New Atlantis. That trust was like pulling teeth - no one could be fully honest and open - pushing each other away to protect the other from themselves. I wanted to smack them both several times throughout.
Book 4: Stolen by the Sea Lord POV: Elan, Zara Steam Level: Steamy 3/5
Zara is Elan's bride. His bride who was taken away from him and their newborn son and unwillingly returned to her island. No Elam is back, with their baby, wanting Zara back. Can she trust him? Will she trust him? What secrets is he hiding? This book was a change in that it mostly took place in the human world but of course the epic climactic battle took place under the sea. However, this book end not really on a cliffhanger but not really complete either. There are quite a few more books in this series that I won't be reading. I enjoyed the over-aching story but the characters left a lot to be desired. It was the same old miscommunications and lack of confidence in the other and themselves that was present in the first three books of the series. I will not be continuing - even if I had the opportunity to read or listen for free.

Audiobook (audible) -
SEDUCED BY THE SEA LORD 4.25⭐️ - such a great story with interesting twists and turns. Between the failed previous attempts to get pregnant, failed marriage, and different species, there were tons of hurdles to overcome on her side alone. The merman king had to not only convince her of her amazing person, but to convince his people that a human transformed is acceptable to be his bride and queen.
SACRIFICED TO THE SEA LORD 4⭐️ - these stories seem to have the same protagonist in the old that cannot adapt to the new age. Elyssa has been psychologically beaten down her whole life and this has shaped her personality as such. She doesn’t have the confidence to succeed to be the next Queen when she’s always been told she’s a failure. Kadir’s guards do not help the situation at all given their negative opinion about Elyssa and her continued failures in their eyes of their customs when she hasn’t been told anything about them. Kadir seems very selfish through the first 5/6 of the book and doesn’t change his thoughts until almost the end.
ENSLAVED BY THE SEA LORD 4.5⭐️ - Soren and Aya were always meant to be and it seemed we were fated mates and they were fighting it originally. Soren used the lily Elyssa gave Aya to save her turning her into a mermaid and later his bride. Aya’s perfectionism gets in her way in going through with the marriage and the merman counsel attacked Atlantis causing riffs with all the merman communities.
STOLEN BY THE SEA LORD 4⭐️ - why is it that all the brides are super insecure and have no faith in themselves and their ability to develop the mermaid fins and their queen gift. It’s super strange for all the mermen to just go along with the law breaking that they’re doing by attacking the bride and kit and threatening to kill the kit. Also this brides parents are a mess, like wow. So much drama in this story.
Seduce by the Sea Lord Sea Opal I can't wait for the next book in this series. The author has done a great job at creating a merman genre that will keep the reader well entertained. One time picked up this book I hated to put it down that's how much I enjoyed it.
Hopefully the author will continue the story line started in this book so we find out what happens to the old elder who tried have his grandson exiled. What's going to happen to the ruler and Elyssa and Anya.
Sacrifice by the Sea Lord Inner Strength Enjoy Book 2 as much as I enjoyed book one. Elyssa and Kadir made for an interesting read. The author has done a great job and keeping the story flowing from one book to the next. You can picture the characters as you read about them and their surroundings.
Happiness and betrayal are just some of the things they will face as they progress towards building Atlantis. Faith and believing in each other will be the strongest test they will face.
Enslaved by the Sea Lord I Am Enough The story behind Soren and Anya. Won't just say miscommunication and there own insecurities are their biggest problems.
This story or should I say held my interest from beginning to end I needed to know why these two had such difficulties when they were so attracted to each other.
Stolen by the Sea Lord Honor Family First So glad Elan got his story. This book kept my attention until I finished it. Should have been working but read this story anyway. Elan knows he has a lot to answer for but he is trying to get his family back together.
These stories give a whole new meaning to empowerment, especially for women! Using negative experiences to build character and strengthening ones convictions to fight for what's right. The author provides a unique storyline to the "soul mate" search, with the threat of the extinction of entire race thrown in to motivate "changing with the times". I thoroughly enjoyed these stories from all perspectives. Life is complicated, throws you curve balls, but it's how you handle each ball that builds inner strength and confidence to rely on yourself and allows you to forgive but not forget and to move on to bigger and better things in order to complete your inner self. Both "brides" who become powerful queens and their warrior husbands learn to stand together, empowering each other for the benefit of not only themselves, but a dying race. YES!!! Hope you enjoy as much as I did.
I hated this book!!!!! Hated!!! It started off with some promise. She's a diver looking for treasure when she finds his body floating. She brings him into the boat thinking he's dead but he comes back to life. That's as far as my interest in it went. Because as soon as he opens his eyes, immediately he's like your mine and she's like ok. He's like we'll live under the sea and she's like.. Ok. Gah!!!! I've read many a paranormal series in which the male finds his mated one and only but they don't just get together. The female gives a but if pushback and the male character has to work at getting her. In this book she gave in and accepted everything. I literally was skimming pages. It's a boxed set, which I got for 99. I won't be reading the rest of them. Don't understand the high star score.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
This series is great. We've been introduced to some hot merman, and there amazing underwater cities. And unfortunately there very backwards belief system, but thank goodness one imprisoned warrior who dared to dream outside the strict beliefs and challenges the council is freed, and finds himself a modern human bride that wants to stay with her sexie merman, she is the second bride to shake up the old farts who rule, and it paves the way for more. I enjoyed all the books. All the characters are great, you want to keep finding out about the next and next and next story. So please Ms. Night you gave us a lot of merman to drool over. And I for one want all there stories and the matches they make and the challenges they face. I recommend to anyone who wants to dream under the sea and catch herself a merman. Happy reading.
If you are looking for a good romantic read that you cannot put down this is for you. The characters are real people. You feel the emotions and are right there with them as they go thru life. I have never felt more in tuned. These ladies have flaws and the flaws is what makes them real. One is afraid of being barren an infertility issues, one is a clumsy, one has image issues and another feels she is not enough. At some time in your life as a woman you feel this. She brings out the best in all her characters. The men have issues and fears too. The thing is the fear is what helps them with it. Then they get to become Queens. Something every woman has dreamed about some time in their life. I love it. Great reads.
Seduced by the Sea Lord- 7/17/22 stars 3 1/2 This was pretty good but really angsty. The fight/battle scenes are all over the place with the main character almost getting the weapon or escaping, only for the antagonist beating them to it, and then loosing it again and, the almost same scene happens again. People jump in front of attackers only to be somewhere too far or come around in back of a moment later. These scenes drag on, the antagonist is way out there evil, and the protagonist actually where both the protagonists should be dead twice over. This is frustrating and being that I'm just done with the 2nd book and the same thing happens, it is my biggest complaint. A little complaints in this one in addition is that we don't get to see if they do have kids, it is an abrupt ending with no epilogue. So why the good rating/review It actually starts really good and most of the book is really good. The ending is pushed to the edge to the point of frustration but the over all romance and world build and situation is... pretty good in the end even with the angst and dragging/ all over the place fight scenes. It is a great start to a new series. Only wish the second was as good as the first but it is not. This is a 4 book audio compilation Hoopla
Sacrificed to the Sea Lord #2 7/18/22 stars 2 This is the continuation with the friend who is a niece of the head of the corporation that is funding the first expedition. The Mermen are now out to the society of humans and the "corporation" is funding a dating program. Her cousin is set up as one of the several women chosen to participate in the program but bumbling Elyssa from the first book, bumps into the Atlantian king. He decides that she is the one, only to come upon resistance from the "corporation" and the aunt that calls her horrible names and demeans her. We now know who the evil bad guy is here though don't worry there are more and very little is left to surprise. Elyssa is so clumsy that she and no one sees that coming. Her clumsiness is irritating as hell as you would think a woman of this age would know her situation and be cautious when in certain situations and tripping/dropping etc... in other situations but... no even when it matters most and even the people that know her best could help, the author uses the ploy. So this protagonist, FMC, is hard to like as she questions herself even more than Lucy from the first book with her . Which she questions but at least there is an answer. Here Lucy is talked down and then we get her talking herself down so much that there is no chemistry between the two characters. When we get a kiss that starts to sizzle, the zing is zanged and beaten into the ground by her angst and his complete misunderstanding even after seeing the aunt's evil put downs. So the story here of Atlantis is the only thing that is interesting, the changing rules and making new. But the battle scenes are even more all over the place than the first book and make for more frustration And then the constant sorry and sorry for being sorry, which at least in the end, she fixes it a little bit. Still over all the story was a furthering of the series but not a very good romance or two main characters. Enslaved by the Sea Lord 7/20/22 2.75 stars Really I have no idea what this title had to do with the story as Aya is one of the strongest of the female main characters (FMC) so far and was free to consider going back also.
This followed predictable patterns in meeting, insta lust, bonding, and insta love. FMC & MMC do both stupid and last minute saves witch are pushed to the limit and repeated in the same happening and at the end it was so irritating that it went from a good book to OK/good book. Well that is just a drawn out battle scene that took too long and had too many "not quite enoughs" to make me want to quit reading. So this one actually was good other than that and we get all the women together here, finally in Atlantis.
4th and final of the compilations- I now am more invested in some of the other characters but would only read on if they are available from the library as this is. STOLEN BY THE SEA LORD no stars as I didn't read but the beginning So I really wasn't interested in this character. He was a bit character of an enemy that Soren had wronged and now they are some sort of ally. I started and realized that I really did care about this character and was worth the fights/battles and angst to get his story. Skipping and going to the next.
I'm so glad I took a chance on this set and Author. I love the world building aspect. The women in each story are strong but broken and or beaten down. Each situation is unique and engaging. The miscommunication between the ladies and their mer-men are sometimes annoying but it did capture the challenges of different cultures so well. Another amazing part was each story was a stand alone but built upon each other. I felt like I was helping to build right along with them
I took a chance on reading this book, and I'm so glad I did. I enjoyed it so much I've read all the books that are available so far in this series. The characters are strong, sensitive at times funny all around entertaining. I do love a male who stops at nothing to ensure his females well being and happiness. A female who will stand by her mate in support but who can kick butt on her own. Their offspring are cute and cuddly hilarious at times I could totally relate my children to them. Take a chance I'm sure you will be entertained.
The first book, Lucy & Torun, it was okay. But it took ages for Lucy to believe, even when she was under water she still didnt believe. If the book had been a single buy, I wouldn't have bought the next one and I would have missed out!! The second book, Kadir and Elysia, this was excellant, much better then the first, sooo funny, sweet, Elysia was really good and the story line was continuing in a good way. The third and fourth books were good aswell but number 2 is the best.
This is a wonderful way to get the first four books in this series in one single box set. This great series is about a race of mermen shifters and the women that capture their hearts. The well written books offer interesting plots, likable characters and plenty of emotions. Drama, passion, sweetness, danger and romance are blended into these very enjoyable romances. I highly recommend these books to any romance fan.
This is a MUST HAVE boxset with the first beloved stories in Starla Night's sweet and beautiful Lords Of Atlantis series that will make you melt, shine, and crave more under the sea romances. I have been following this series since the beginning and I can NOT get enough. Each story is beautiful and sweet and unique...special in its own way. I LOVED it and for such a magnificent price, I think others will love it too!
Your caught book line and sinker! The story mixed her with human brides. It gets so crazy. The tree of life is so beautiful, and does so much great things. Love is in the sea. Sea pearls are a great treasurer. The tree of life doesn't make many pearls. One is given to each bride. The love that is shared is so wonderful! I feel like I was in the sea or under it. And breath the sea and live. It's a great series!!!!
Starla Night has written the books in this box set. Each one is a new romance with a human finding her Merman to love. The story is good, the women strong and steadfast once they find their truth, and the men large sexy muscled and tattooed. Yum. There is an underlying story arc, which could lead to more books in this series. A lovely undersea romp to read on a lazy summer day.
Loved all the stories, my first time reading your books and I love each and everyone of these sea lords and their precious brides. Now are there any more stories within this series about the other sea lords, just wanted to know..if that that's ok it's good to see that the A Council is trying although hates the changes to their sacred lifestyle..go ooo sacred birds..💞🤗Winzie19.
Loved it! This bundle will delight fans of both paranormal and romance. I loved reading about the merman finding their fated mate and how their mates were treated after they have their baby. Tha characters are awesome with enough action and drama to keep you on your toes. Very enjoyable stories, will be reading more, and highly recommended series?
Loved it! The kind of box sets I always want to read.
I liked how each have their own story but are a Domino effect of the first. Each character has their own personality, back story, thoughts and motives. And their words and actions are consistent. In short, everything makes sense! Even the villains.
It is a fantastic set. I'm glad I got this set. It was great being able to go from one book to the next. I wish this was actually true. I would love to live in the ocean. The women come into their own powers at different times depending on what is happening. I love how they go from normal women on land to Queens to their husbands.
This is the first four books in the Lords of Atlantis series. I really like how all the characters are very different, with different motivations and personalities. They have different sources of their powers and strengths and I love that they aren't cookie cutter people. Looking forward to the rest of the series!
I did the audiobooks and the reader was awesome I wasnt really sure I would like this but why not give it a try right? Holy smokes I didnt realize I got all 4 of these and it was LONG. But, the stories and characters were awesome enough that I didnt realize that I got nothing done because I just wanted to sit and listen to them. Highly recommend! Kinda like an underwater IPB
Loved this series! Each storyline is fast-paced and unique, filled with twists and turns, danger and romance. The characters are well developed and endearing, carrying over from book to book. If you like shifters this is a set not to miss!
Overall the series was good. It had a few things that could've been left out, and sometimes it seemed to drag on, but the overall concept and description of the mer men intrigued me.
Very detailed, very fantastical world the author created. Loved the stories and messages within. The only things I didn't like were the sex scenes(purple prose) and that it was written in 3rd person.
Thoroughly enjoyed reading all about the Couples in this boxset.I love reading happy ending stories they make me happy. Thank you for writing these stories.
I have read the first four stories and am looking forward to the next one. The characters are great, strong women and Mermen who love each other and fight for their right to be together.
