Perfect way to end this awesome series! We get to see favourite characters from previous books, there's an epic big boss battle and of course it's filled with heart.

I wasn't expecting there to be a fifth book to this series, so when I finished book four and read that cliff hanger I got kind of cross. I felt like it should've finished after four books, but now after reading this I am so wrong! I absolutely loved this, and we definitely needed this book.

As with the previous books this is filled with fun, friendship, kindness and actually had me turning the pages so quickly to make sure everything turned out alright in the end. Which I know this isn't too much of a spoiler because you've got to be expecting it anyway, but they all get their happily ever afters.

I've slowly read the entire series to the smallest person of the household. The small person was delighted with the whole series, not only because it was written by Bajo & Hex (both of whom the small person adores) but also because the series is set in disparate game settings, with exciting action, and punctuated with Chris' fun illustrations. At the end of every chapter, the small person would make a sad face and request "just one more chapter please", and I was happy to oblige if it wasn't getting tooo late at night. Thanks for the journey!

Such a wonderful end to the series, I was a bit tearful to see it end, but it was worth it.
