I've done some things I'm ashamed of. Been the subject of gossip they didn't even bother trying to keep from my ears. But I'm here, thousands of miles away trying to atone for my sins. Funny thing is, some sins are so ingrained it's impossible to scrub them from your DNA.
Chelsea's hell bent on reigning in her free spirit and becoming the daughter her mama could be proud of. Lord knows she owes her that much. But when a stranger crosses her path, her wild heart flares to life. She figures a little bit of fun never hurt none. She isn't prepared for the lesson fate serves with a slice of pie, and some sweet tea on the side.
Greyson is done with being neck deep in cow dung. He's ready to hang up his cowboy hat and replace it with a toque blanche. Following his passion all the way to Boston, he gets the shock of his life when the smokin' hot blonde from Alabama turns up in his uncle's restaurant.
But her plans and his future are set for different destinations. And distance isn't the only thing trying to tear them apart.
The kitchen is about to go volcanic as he fights to chase his dream, and hold on to his dream girl.
Chelsea will have to make a choice between her heart, or her home.
Author of smart, sexy characters, J.M. Adele loves to flit between the dark and light sides of romance. Somewhere along the way an almost constant procession of imaginary characters settled into her thoughts and she picked up a pen to share their stories. She lives in Queensland with her three greatest loves, her children. When she’s not writing or being a mum, you might find her hiking up a mountain, singing in the car when nobody is looking, or curled up with a good book.
Romantic chef of Italian descent, Grayson, meets Chelsea and they have an instant attraction for each other. Thus we have the background for a story of mixed and fluctuating emotions. The characterisations are well displayed and are easy to recognise and identify. The two main characters are both attempting to discover a path in life and the story hinges around this dilemma and how it interacts with the other characters, like family and siblings.
I found it an easy read and it was totally engaging!
3.5 stars Overall I enjoyed this story. There were a few elements in the story that initially I wondered how the author would make it all fit together and make sense. By the end of the story I felt those elements tied in nicely with each other. I thought the main characters Greyson and Chelsea had great chemistry and I bought in to their backstories--especially Greyson's. I did feel that Greyson's sexual personality didn't quite fit his persona (in my opinion). It wasn't bad, it just didn't seem right for him. The story kept me engaged with only a couple of moments where I thought the author could have detailed it more or carried the scene through more of the plot. However, by the end of the book questions were answered and I felt the characters told their story. Finding Home was a well rounded story that had many emotional elements (humour, angst, sexy, romance, sweet, and everything in between) keeping it balanced and engaging. D 3.5/5
What a great story. J.M. Adele does not disappoint with the next installment to the Coming Home series. Chelsea is easy to like, Grey is hot and steamy, and their story is the perfect balance of tension and romance.
I thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful love story, it is a beautiful romance at heart but explores so much more about human life and emotions.
There are some fabulous expressions that add a sparkle to the story while clearly detailing exactly what is happening or how the characters are feeling. The descriptions also make it so easy to clearly visualise the story like a movie reel, I found it so much fun as well with the great sense of humour sprinkled through out the book.
The two leading characters, Greyson and Chelsea, are really likeable and easy to relate to as they navigate life in their early twenties. Both know how to have fun, both are hard working, determined people who are respectful of others and both are extremely passionate about their families-no matter the size. They have an incredible chemistry too-hot, hot, hot!
I have no hesitation in recommending this story to everyone.
Grayson leaves him so he can study to be a chef and whilst traveling through Alabama he meets Chelsea and even though they have an instant attraction they don't do anything about it and they kiss and walk away until they meet again at Greyson's uncles restaurant where Chelsea also works. This book is a emotional read and wanted made me laugh, cry, get frustrated with certain characters and cheer when things finally start going their way.

I loved this emotional read! Greyson leaves home to study to be a chef. During his trip through Alabama, he meets Chelsea and they have instant attraction, but don't act on it. He kisses her and walk away. Imagine their surprise when he shows up at his uncle's restaurant where Chelsea works. This book will make you laugh, cry at times, want to punch a few people, cheer, and smile. Chelsea is a feisty woman and Greyson gets her. I won't leave any spoilers, but this book will not disappoint! One-click your copy and fall in love with Greyson.
Chelsea is trying to change her ways and is working hard to find her path. Greyson knows what he wants and he is on his way there. The two are perfect for each other, but they are travelling in different directions in life. All this provides an angsty, sexy, sweet romance with great characters. J. M. Adele's writing is great, free, easy to read and engaging. The plot runs full circle giving the HEA Greyson and Chelsea so deserved!
This is a sweet series. The characters have spunk, which makes the story fun. Chelsea has met her match with Greyson. It feels like more characters need their stories told. Can't wait for more
