I do tend to avoid football autobiographies as they are usually puff pieces for the subject.
This book is different as Fitzpatrick has a wider story to tell which is both compelling and inspirational.
I particularly identified with it as his upbringing was from an area very clase to where I was brought up, although that's really where the similarities end.
An engrossing tale of success, failure and tragedy which is well worth a read.

A Thoroughly Enjoyable & Interesting Read
A boy following his dream & definitely learning and sharing lessons along the way.
