I read this book years ago and now bought the updated one.
Have always found Cyndi's book full of really good advice.

This is a great book that breaks down one habit per chapter to change. Very simple book and nicely explained on how to make our lives healthier...Through eating less processed foods etc. The recipe book that goes with this is excellent as well.
