I wanted to like this… I really did, but I can’t move past how poorly written this is grammatically, as well as trope wise. I actually found it hard to believe that the author holds a Masters degree. There is no consistency or uniformity in citing of sources, much less adequate explain action of alleged sources, and constant grammatical and spelling errors.

That was bad enough, but the Very far-get he’d attempts at finding numerical associations between the Bible (the unexpected focus of this book) and the physical was obnoxious.

Page 101 mentions gods throne has 4 creatures with 6 wings and 4x6=24 and there’s 24 hours in a day 😦…yeah…okay🙄

I will don’t spend much more time on this review as I have already spent a few hours reading this letdown of a book. I will just close by saying, as a person who specializes in anatomy as a part of my profession, reading the various inaccuracies such as glands correlating to chakras to include a gland that (should) be deteriorated by about age 18, a description of CSF that is wildly inaccurate (there are no visible crystals in it) and frequent misuse of scientific language further shrunk this authors credibility (which was lacking to begin with).

Books like this infuriate me as it preys on the minds of those who lack critical thinking or, in this case, a background in sciences further misinforming them and spreading information that can be potentially harmful.

For the record, do not engage in the alkaline diet. It is highly detrimental and can leave you so devoid of nutrients that it can kill your.

This is too much to absorb!
This is the content that initially sounds pure bullshit, but as you continue, it blows your mind away!
This book is predominantly about the significance of cerebrospinal fluid. Victoria Loalou draws references from Bible and Vedas to explain how our energy rythms are in sync with the natural cycles of heavenly bodies, and thus, provides a foundation to Astrology.

I had come here to read the connection with Astrology. But I got so much more!

Excellent guide to Christ Oil

Well written with good bibliography and quite well related to the bible metaphysical interpretation. But could have shown how one can deduce the secretion period time frame . Otherwise Excellent

This is fringe territory already. I was interested in the cerebral spinal fluid, but got a lot more claims and theories.

Must read if you are looking to become more conscious and spiritual. It greatly emphasizes on how to use our bodily mechanisms for achieving just that.
