Rate this book
The Danforths. A family of prominence... tested by scandal, sustained by passion!

If he didn't do something quick, Marc Danforth would end up doing hard time for a crime he didn't commit. But getting around his sexy bodyguard was going to be a challenge. Not only was FBI agent Dana Aldrich supposed to save him from doing anything stupid, like trying to clear his name, she tempted him beyond all reason--and fear. Dana was overwhelmed by Marc's passion. By day Marc chafed under his confinement. But at night his frustration turned to desire. If she wasn't careful, Dana would surely lose her edge--and if that happened, Marc could lose more than his freedom, he could lose his life!

I've read many romantic suspense genre. And I love them. But half-ass genre like this, I hate them. Try to make the suspense/action part more believable, because they're really lacking. Rather than made some half-ass story like this, I think it's better to make a pure romance. Or, don't make the law enforcement side too important. If you make the heroine from law enforcement, make her stronger than this.

But, if you rarely read romantic suspense genre, I guess this book is okay. Marc is A-okay guy. Cute and sensitive. But the heroine, however I tried, I couldn't like her. What with try to heal Marc's heart and then just broke it all over again? I think she's just wanted him and then got a cold feet because she fell in love with him.

Not one of my favorites in the series. Too immature and like teenagers instead of mature adults Meed to end the mystery already
