Into the depths of hell we go for the final part of Ciera story. Can she save her sister? Will the underworld change things?

I’ve really enjoyed this series and the final instalment didn’t disappoint. There were still a few twists and I liked the dynamics of the RH.

The journey was difficult and the love was proven to be strong. This series needs to be read in order.

ARC in exchange for an honest review. Audiobook read.

This was book 3 in the Infernal Descent series. I've listened to all 3 on audiobook, which is a major feat for me. I typically can't get through a lot of audiobooks because of my ADD, but this series kept my attention from page 1!

This is paranormal reverse harem series following FMC Ciera as she tries to get through the layers of Hell to rescue her sister Tris. In this final book, she pieces together a lot of the "hints' we've been given throughout the series and realizes Tris has been helping her this whole time.

She finally does get to Tris only to realize she's no longer the child she thought she would be. Hell is a tricky place. Ciera doesn't get the happy ending she THOUGHT she would get, but she does get a happy ending overall. She has her harem of supernatural men that join her on Earth, and she is able to retain and grow her bond with her now adult sister.

This series was fabulous. Definitely check it out!

The third book in the series brings the conclusion to Ciera's story. She and her men bond together to get her sister. The authors do a great job building the story and keeping you glued to the pages right to the end. They bring all the feels and paint their scenes beautifully. It's well written, moves fluidly and ia a great ending to their trilogy.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.

By this third and final book I was kinda over it all. The heroine is a total drag and I’m still shocked at how ridiculously dumb she was. I mean hell is HELL, who in their right mind is surprised it’s a horrible place with horrible things are happening to horrible people?. She also likes to call out the devil like she’s some big threat to him and it’s kind of laughable how he could so easily squash her like a bug. Not to mention this whole debacle is her fault for even making a bargain with the devil in the first place. Obviously that was not going to end well for smh. I am also kinda disappointed that the whole race through hell was pointless in the end - she never even got to know or see her sister age as she was already an adult when they reunite. I dunno it was easier to overlook things in book one and I was just glad to finish with this one. Do have to check if her sister will be getting her own series cause her background now sounds super interesting lol!

What a marvellous series, with a great ending (and hopefully a follow-up series)

Ciera and her men are getting nearer to achieving their goal of reaching Tris in the centre of Hell. It is still an arduous and dangerous journey but their strength, determination, courage, and love for each other keeps them putting one foot in front in front of the other, no matter how bad things get. And things do look pretty desperate for a while along the way, as bad as they can be. Nothing is as Ciera expected it to be and she is in for a few shocks when she learns the truth about her baby sister and her time in Hell.
Tris is great, as determined and headstrong as her sister. She is too good a character to leave alone and I desperately want to read her story, and learn more about her men. They definitely deserve their own trilogy. If I'm honest, I found her and her men even more intriguing than Ciera and hers, perhaps because we have only been teased with glimpses of them, but I can't help myself. I want their books!
I loved the whole book but the last few chapters were fabulous and the epilogue just made me laugh out loud. The ending was just what I would have wished for.
Bea and Skye have given us another perfectly written, seamless co-authored book which kept me gripped from first page to last. Their characters leap off the page, larger than life, and the descriptions of the circles of Hell and the punishments are so detailed and imaginative. The whole series has been a joy to read. Thanks, Bea and Skye, you are amazing.

Ciera, her angel, her hellhound, and her wolf have made it to the innermost circles of hell. They will have to survive the remaining circles to make their way to her sister, but they are in jeopardy after her demon mother attacked them. If not for the timely help sent by a mysterious voice in Ciera's head, they definitely would not have stood a chance. As it stands they may still lose one of their own. And if they do make it to Lucifer, he's not going to just let Tris go. However, Ciera has not come this far, suffered this much or endangered the men she loves to give up. She will get to Tris.

The conclusion to Ciera's story had some of everything; heartbreak, humor, hysterics. This retake of Dante's Inferno is as imaginative as the original and much more entertaining. The descriptions are so vivid I could feel the heat and the cold, smell the assorted nasty smells, see the demons. Maro, Ceb, and Plutus are way too divine to be trapped in heaven and Ciera is the fierce and determined heroine needed to navigate hell and survive. This final storyline wrapped up beautifully. As a reader, I got everything I wanted and now have Tris's story to look forward to. I can't wait. She seems fantastic. I am not sold on her men but I expect that they will treat her better than they did her sister or she will quickly put them in their place. They just don't seem to measure up to the perfection of Ciera's guys. Anyway, Tris has some story to share. This was the perfect ending.

This was the perfect ending for such a great trilogy. As Ciera and her men travel further into the rings of hell, they will endure more intense trials and tribultions. It only brings them closer. I was sad to see Tris was grown and had stayed. Not like Lucifer would willingly just let her go. Why would he, he’s Lucifer after all.
I’m glad Ciera keeps her men and I think Tris and Lucifer needs their own series. So much more to be done with this world. Love it all.

Fantastic wrap up to one of my absolute favorite series!! Ciera has, literally, walked through hell to save her baby sister! She has faced unimaginable horrors, pain, and heartbreak...but what she finds at the end of her journey isn't what she had expected! I'm gonna miss Ciera, Plutus, Maro, and Ceb but was beyond pleased with how things worked out for them!!

What a great ending to the series. More travelling through Hell for Ciera and her men and we finally get to spend some time with Lucifer. When Ciera finds Tris all isn't as she hoped or expected. It was great to find love in Hell....and the conclusion was perfect. Can't wait for Tris's story - I need to know what went on there.

*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.

Wow oh wow what an amazing end to this incredible trilogy!! Ciera and her men have finally hit the inner circles of Hell and if you think things have been rough before just wait until you read this one. It will totally blow your mind away all the way until the end that I never really saw coming. Great twist though and a highly satisfying end to this awesome story. Even if Ciera's story is done I look forward to more books in this world at a later date as these two authors together are truly amazing. I totally loved it so I give it 5/5 stars.

Although it's been a while since I read the first two books in this series once I got started on Hell's Burning it all came back. Now sadly this is the final book in the series, but what an epic ending it was. I can't wait to read the next book by this fantastic author duo. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

What a wonderful wrap up for Ciera and her men. After all the trials, and tribulations they reach the end of their journey. It definitely isn’t what you expect and yet it is so much better. There are so many emotions, tears and so much love. I adore these guys and this adventure has been so incredibly awesome to read, I’m very excited to read Tris’s story. This trilogy was beautifully written, the description of every circle of hell was so detailed I felt like I could actually see it.

The last circles… Ciera and her men are having a difficult time getting to Tris. Losing some one along the way is painful to their hearts and finding her sister is finally within reach. But what Ciera finds is not what she expected. Steam 9/10 * Sweet 9/10 * 1st POV * RH * HEA

Wow! Even more trials/tests for Ciera and her men! I don’t want to give too much away but this is definitely a MUST READ!! The authors do such a wonderful job wrapping up their story and even hint at being able to read more about Tris’ in the future! 😱 How exciting is that!?!

*voluntarily and honestly reviewed the ARC I received from the author*

This is my favorite of the trilogy. I loved how everything slowly built up to this one thing, and though it felt a little quick timeline-wise, it's still a pretty momentous occasion, so I feel like you would only enjoy this third installment if you have emotional investment in the characters. I loved the sister and what she went through, and it's actually in those moments (and one other) that I totally kept crying. I pretty much got hooked in the rest of the way, and because I'd read the previous two books, it was easy to accept the form of writing style that was quick to the point but still managed to linger in the details.

I liked the guys, and Ciera, but out of all the other books I've read (including those by Paige) I feel like I didn't connect with them as much as I'd have liked. I felt more of the alluring mystery from Tris and the others. The ending wasn't disappointing, it was entertaining. I would LOVE to see this on film, it's so frightening. And who doesn't love a good balance?

Hell's Burning is the stunning conclusion to an amazing series by Bea Paige and Skye Mackinnon. I have been curious to see where this end of this story would take me and these wonderful authors did not disappoint. I definitely preferred this journey into the depths of Hell better than any other that I have read. It has sweet moments, drama, steamy scenes, and a happy ending all at once. Ciera is an amazing heroine and I love the relationship that has developed between her and her men. I am excited to see if these wonderful writers will do a spin off series with Tris because I am beyond curious about how she has spent her time in Hell and how she meets her guys. If you enjoyed the other books, you will definitely love this one!

This book continues their journey through hell after fighting Ciera's mother and their constant struggle to move through the circles.
With the fights they must face and the creatures they see, Ciera and her men have their goal set firmly with their determination pushing them forward.
Every turn brings new dangers and battles in Lucifer's quest to stop their mission.
He will not easily release the sister Ciera is so bravely searching for and its not yet clear she can be rescued.

These books have been the best I have experienced with their pain, struggle and courage deeply moving me.
I love this series and can't remember ever being so invested in what happens to a set of characters before.
I adore Maro, Ceb and Plutus for their protective caring natures towards Ciera with their hearts obviously belonging to her.
This book contains such heartbreaking scenes that I actually felt myself upset by certain plot points.
I have never seen such talent and completely been ruled by what happens in a series.
I fell in love with the emotion and dedication present with such a strong storyline that I can't resist reading.
The authors are masters of storytelling that has captured my heart and soul.
A faultless and exceptional treasure that should be appreciated for its unique style.
A story weaved with creative and flawless drama capable of pulling its reader into the pits of hellfire.
I am amazed by how each book succeeded in its delivery and had such an extraordinary ending that I will be sad I can't read more about them.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

***this book was provided to me for free in exchange for an honest review. The following thoughts and opinions are completely my own and not swayed by my means of attaining this title.***

Alright so, from the first book I knew this wasn't my go to kind of series. It's a bit more lighthearted and superficial compared to what I've been most interested in lately. That's not a bad thing. Sometimes it's a relief to find a book that isn't quite so plot heavy with a million layers to it. That said I think for my personal tastes this last book maybe went a bit over the edge on the cheese. And this book is cheesy. Not like cheddar and crackers. And not like a rich brie with mushrooms. More like a nice, real, quality moz on homemade pizza. Like I said before, this is usually something I avoid. But if there's one thing you can't deny, it's the quality of the writing. As cheesy as it is this book is well written. Not the best I've read, but better than average. Which in my experience is actually difficult to achieve with this kind of more cutesy plot. I will say it felt a bit rushed, and I was sorely missing the old bad-ass attitude (somehow our main girl turned into a bit of an immature crybaby).

All that said, I was happy with this conclusion (and I definitely want to see her sister's story, so intriguing ;D). I don't think I could have imagined, or would have wanted any other ending for these characters. Certainly I don't feel that anything was missing or lacking.

Overall, it's sweet, it's cute, it's a little cheesy, and it's a wonderful, light read.

After the events in the second book, I wasn't sure what to expect as I began this one. we still have three more circles to navigate, and I'm still sniffling. Plutus isn't with them, their experiment seems to have failed, but a voice tells Ciera that he lives at least for now, but she needs to hurry to the center.

The eighth circle has 10 bolgias, and you have to know by now that everything is hellish, yes I meant that pun. Thanks to, and I'm still giggling, 'Papa Smurf', Ciera has a unique way to find their way through after they fall into a place that appears to be under the eighth bolgia. Unfortunately that little gift also makes her very sick and there are plenty of dangers here as well.

The ninth circle holds a surprising cold and more as this tale brings us closer to the center.

As Ceb thaws Plutus and warms both Ciera and Maro.I confess to more sniffles, and a Hell yeah as Ciera decides she's had enough and calls out to Lucifer and Maro's fallen brother Marbas answers.

Lots of hold your breath action, a not so pleasant revelation for Ciera and so much more had me turning the pages.

I loved every page of this trilogy. Don't miss it!

This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW of Hell's Burning by Skye MacKinnon and Bea Paige. This third book in the Infernal Descent series is the resolution to Ciera's journey through the nine rings of Hell to rescue her baby sister Tris. This amazing read is brought to life with creative writing and deliciously imagined characters. The first two books put the reader through the emotional wringer and you go into this book thinking you are prepared for whatever comes, but trust me... Grab a box of tissues, your favorite beverage and a Do Not Disturb sign because you will not want to be disturbed while reading this book. These reads must be read in series order to get the most enjoyment from the series. This is a Mature Readers Only read and while this book closes Ciera's journey, there is more to come in the series.

This honest and voluntary review was made possible by obtaining a copy through Booksprout.

Around of applause to Bea Paige and the finale of the Infernal Decent trilogy.

Like all the books in this trilogy it was quite entertaining especially the banter between Plutus, Maro and Ceb. Obviously this is the last leg of their journey to retrieve Tris and it was actioned packed from the start, the momentum was just right and I felt engrossed the whole time.

There is a few more intimate scenes in this book nothing too raunchy but still with a bit of steam. This book builds more around the relationships and love blossoming in the unlikeliest places; Hell.

I remember in my review of the first book and I mentioned that Ciera was courageous and it’s ironic that in this book she is named the Courageous One, a title I believe she has earned given the journey she has taken even though she was never guaranteed to walk out alive.

Hell's Burning is the last book of Ciera's story. It continues where it end last time, when they were having a showdown with her stepmother, the person responsible for selling her sister's soul. Thankfully, her sister has been helping her along the way or she wouldn't have made it past some of the circles.

The story will show us how Ciera's relationship with her guys further strengthens as they go deeper the circles of Hell and combat each obstacles thrown their way. I hope that in time, Maro will be able to mend his relationship with his twin, Marbas. There maybe some crying moments for me when Ciera finally see her sister, Tris. It was a very touching, bitter sweet moment. I teared up a lot.

All in all, it was a great ending to Ciera's story and I'm looking forward to read about Tris and her men, most specially Luke.

Hell’s Burning is the third and final book in this wonderful series.
Ciera and her men live through the 7th circle of hell, but only barely. They have the last couple of circles to get through before they reach the center of hell to rescue her sister, but the journey only gets harder. After all of Ciera’s heartbreak and the horrors she’s faced, she finds that things aren’t the same in hell as they are on Earth. Including her sister.
I loved how the authors ended this story; finding love even in the middle of hell.
I received an ARC from the author. This is my honest review.

This is the final book in the series and boy what an ending. It has so many twists and turns with our characters having to endure so many trials. It doesn’t disappoint but does have heartache, humor, action and even love. It is well written and with the ability to draw you in and not let go. It is full of descriptions that you can just picture in front of you. The characters have grown so much and we have learned a lot about our characters. The love and evil are felt throughout the story with hope added in. The entire series is definitely worth reading and doesn’t disappoint.

I have been anxiously awaiting the conclusion of this series and this book did not disappoint me. I started it and could not stop reading it, I had to read it in one sitting and I loved the book. The characters were put through worse trials than in the previous rings of hell and seriously makes you wonder how much pain someone can take and can make you wonder if that is what hell could possibly be like in real life.
Will be looking forward to Tris's books in the future.
