U2: Experience + Innocence

Rate this book
In his first photography album, Daniel Thomas MacInnes documents a June 2018 concert by rock legends U2 at Chicago’s United Center, in support of their Experience + Innocence tour. This book captures the stage show, performers and the crowds that recreates the emotional experience of the show in all its theatrical glory. Experience + Innocence is inspired by abstract painting and visual design, offering a unique series of stylized and abstract photos that captures the emotional impact of the music and the communal thrill of sharing a live rock concert. This style of rock photography will be expanded upon in the author’s following works, Depeche Spirit and Daltrey at the Park. The second edition of this book features a revised cover, a reduced and more tightly edited page count, and a new introductory essay from the artist. The ebook edition of Experience + Innocence has been carefully designed for viewing on all digital devices including smartphones and tablets. Text is easily readable and images are of the highest quality. Special attention has been given to delivering the smallest possible file size, resulting in a low price that anyone can afford.
