It started with a nightmare.
The house is a chance for Max and Jill to start over. Life had begun to move too fast, and the slow pace of the small town and its friendly inhabitants offered a chance for them to put down roots. But when strange things begin happening - sounds in empty rooms, terrible nightmares, and objects seemingly moving on their own - Max, always one for a mystery, decides to dig into the history of the house. What he finds is a shocking discovery: the house where they wanted to start a future had come with a grisly past - and parts of it had stuck around. When it becomes obvious that whatever presence is left in the house has a message, Max becomes determined to find out what it is before things can become personal.
