Bonjouir tout le monde! Comment etes-vous aujourd'hui?

I've been disappointed with tons of -teach-yourself-french- books but, now finally i found the ultimate book to learn french from the basic! Too bad it doesn't came with an audio CD & i don't have any partner to practice conversation in French.

I received this book as a gift when I was just in the sixth grade, and have studied French since then (and am now writing this review seven years later). While it was helpful in teaching a (very) few basics, don't expect to start truly learning the language from this set, no matter your age. I would recommend this to anyone who has plans to travel to France in a few months so that you have time to get some of the basics down, without having to worry about proper grammar and structure. It's a step up from a phrase book but a step down from teaching you all of the important parts of the French language.

I never finished this one. I don't really remember it so it must not have been that great...
