Two rugged lumberjacks. One sweet romance author. Winter in a secluded cabin has never been this hot!
We needed to make some Christmas cash. There was an extra cabin on our property, so why not rent it out? Right?
Yeah, great idea. Until Miss Priss comes stomping through the snow to complain. Apparently our little rustic getaway isn't up to her standards. It isn't as nice as the imaginary cabins in the woods she writes about in her wholesome romances. I mean, is this lady serious?
Well, tough.
Normally I'd tell her that if she didn't like it, she could hit the road. But, one glance at her and I want to smother her ruby lips in kisses while I wrap my hands in her fiery hair. And I can see from the glint in my business partner's eye that I'm not alone. I think the two of us can come up with some ideas about how to make her feel more... welcome.
She might write sweet romances but there's nothing sweet and wholesome about what we're gonna do with her. Two men sharing her, giving her every secret desire, worshipping every inch of her breakneck curves.
The question is: will she give into her deepest fantasy? Will she stay... with both of us?
Eddie Cleveland is an Amazon bestselling author who, after over a decade of military service, took a chance on his dream and wrote his first book. Since publishing his debut novel in 2016, he has soared to the top of the best-seller list several times in multiple categories. Now Eddie is living his passion of writing full time.
His characters are so realistic you'll wonder if you've known them your entire life. These aren't just interchangeable, faceless men. These book boyfriends will seize a piece of your heart forever. Each book drags you into a world of lighthearted laughter, heart wrenching romance and sizzling sexual tension that holds you captive until the last word.
After leaving the military, Eddie found his perfect place by the sea—a small East Coast town. Now, he's living his dream with the love of his life, their adorable little girl, and their goofy golden retriever, who reminds them that life is better with wagging tails and slobbery kisses.
Not bad...but needed more development for me to really care about the characters.
The heroine is a prim and proper 'clean' romance author suffering from writer's block. Her agent suggests some alone time in a remote mountain cabin may clear up the problem and get the old juices flowing again. It doesn't take long before the peace and quiet is disrupted by a couple of hunky guys using a chain saw. Our heroine confronts them, and of course the sparks start to fly. Is it possible that she has a hidden, darker, wild side just waiting to be coaxed out by a couple of real men? Hmmm, what do you think?
I enjoyed the premise, the writing was good, the sex scenes were steamy...but as with most novellas, there just wasn't enough details/backstory about these characters for me to be that invested in them. So, just ok for me. 3 1/2 stars
Loved this one. This was from a male author. I wanted to read romance from male pov. I know there’s too much vulgarity in these but luckily this was nice. So much better than these stupid rubbish books by some female authors.
This sexy, quick MFM read is perfect to heat up the holidays! Mary may have been a clean romance writer, but after meeting Hardy and Owen, her deepest fantasies are awakened. I loved the steady pace of the story, and the way Mary's men brought her inner desires to life was a toe-curling experience!
This was a very fun and steamy read. A MFM romance that is on the shorter side but delivers a wonderful reading experience anyway. It was very easy to like Owen, Mary and Hardy. The plot is cute, has nice touches of humor and lots of heat. A great read! This is my independent, impartial review.
This is VERY OBVIOUSLY written by a man but it was hot. 💁🏻♀️
Hardy pulls out of my mouth, looking down at me. “Make it nice and wet, baby. ’Cause I’m gonna fuck your tight ass while you suck on Owen’s dick like a good girl.”
“I want to see the real you, princess. The dirty little slut who wants two fat cocks inside her at the same time. I want to look in your eyes while you gag on my ten inches and watch how much it turns you on.”
This novella is hot, hot, hot! The sexy, rough around the edges lumberjacks vs the uptight, prudish writer! As the men go after what they want from her they breakdown her walls of what she considers proper or normal in relationships. Heartwarming ending and definitely sexy!
i read this book as part of an arc program. This is a quick and steamy read about a romance author named Mary and two lumberjacks, Owen and Hardy. Mary writes clean romance and is currently suffering from writers block. Her agent arranges for Mary to go to a cabin in the mountains in hopes of inspiring her to write. Owen and Hardy wanted to rent out their spare cabin in hopes of making some extra money and when Mary gets there, they are cutting down a tree. Mary is angry because of the noise and threatens to leave. Owen goes to her to offer to finish cutting their orders by using an ax so she can have the quiet. They agree and when Hardy sees Mary walking in the woods, he tries to warn her about a bear siting. When Hardy scares away the bear, Mary wants to make them dinner as a thank you for being nice to her. When the three are gathered after dinner, the sexual tension heats up and the men prove Mary is not as wholesome as she thought, but can Mary accept this about herself. I really enjoyed this book. I really liked Hardy and thought he was really hurt when she rejected him. I love how Mary wanted to talk things out and try to salvage her relationship with them. Another good one from Eddie. Well done.
Mary writes sweet romances but is having a lack of inspiration at the moment. So she decides to get away from it all and hires a cabin in the mountains in winter. However, she is a bit picky and goes to complain to the two owners, Hardy and Owen about it. Now Hardy and Owen are both rugged mountain men with alpha tendencies and both red blooded with plenty of passion just waiting to be released on a special woman. When Mary comes to complain they both see in her exactly what they need. Mary is no fool and she wants to indulge in everything they have to offer. This is a red hot over the top steamy romance by the brilliant author Eddie Cleveland who always knows how to make the temperature rise. Make sure that your fans/ac are in perfect working order as you're going to need them. This is a fast paced easy to read short story [but what an impact!] that will whisk you away to red hot passion in the mountains. A great fun story with wonderful characters. Hardy and Owen may be alpha males but they certainly are sensitive and loving and exactly what she needs but will it last? I received a reader's coy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. Definitely recommended
Novella here means a thin plot held together by lots of MFM sex. (Chainsaws do not cross; it's all about sexually worshipping the female in these books).
A clean romance author with writer's block rents a cabin from two lumberjacks to get her creative juices flowing. They do, along with all sorts of other juices in growly, possessive, three way action. There's less discussion and consent than I'd like - at one point she says she's not comfortable and it happens anyway. Awkward. Of course it's all ok because she never realized how much she wants to be DP'd by two heavily endowed guys until it happened. Rawr.
Written from the POV of all three characters, it's a fast moving tale that's more RedTube than romance, focused on seXXX scenes that are heavily into oral. An example of the writing:
"She’s cute but fiery. I like that. The way her red hair is lying perfectly around her pretty face, the way her ridiculously blue glasses frame her brown eyes, the way her lips are painted a pop of red that I’d normally think means she wants to get f~cked like a little sl~t in a dingy bar bathroom, but on her it somehow looks as classy as it does sexy."
Shared by the Lumberjacks is a steamy romance between an author and her two new muses. Mary’s muse for writing sweet romances has dried up. In a last effort to break her writer’s block, she is booked a retreat into the snowy mountains, where she can focus on herself and her writing. Her landlords, though, aren’t quiet, offer plenty of distractions, and while they may look like the heroes of her books, the romance is anything but sweet. Will Mary decide that two lumberjacks are for her, or will society and her image make her run?
Oh my, this book is the perfect book to keep you warm on a cold and snowy night! Mary, Owen, and Hardy are a connection that starts off a little rocky, but their passion and beginnings of love can only smooth their way. Mary is feisty, but I love that she’s also insecure and determined. Owen and Hardy are two sides of the same coin, where their personalities compliment each other, but they’re both protective and want so much more than just a one night stand. I absolutely loved the ending!! It was sweet and perfect and this book just makes you feel content when it’s all over. I love Mr. Cleveland’s writing, and this book did not disappoint!
Mary thinks she’s suffering from a bad case of writers block, so her agent sends her away to a peaceful cabin in the mountains to help her find inspiration and write her next romantic Christmas story.
After arriving at the cabin Mary quickly realizes that peace and quiet are not going to happen as long as these two lumberjacks are going at the trees with their chainsaws. She decides to have a word with them about the noise. The encounter does not go exactly as she planned. She leaves in a huff with her heart racing, and it’s not all because she’s upset. The lumberjacks, Hardy and Owen, worked her up in more ways than one. Even though she does not want to admit it!
I absolutely loved this story. Mary spends her whole life being what she thinks she should be. What her fans expect from her. But with some help from Hardy and Owen, she finally accepts all sides of herself and becomes her best self yet! The difference in personalities between Hardy and Owen was almost comical. Watching one rile her up and the other try to calm her back down.
This was a great book and a quick read because once you start, you won’t want to put it down!
SHARED BY THE LUMBERJACKS sets the pages aflame with passionate sensuous romance, a bit of fun, emotional moments and unexpected danger. The heart-melting epilogue left me content and smiling.
Mary a fiery red-headed beauty has been a best seller author for years. Writing tenderhearted classy Christmas stories came easily to her. When her muse decides to take a vacation she heads to an isolated cabin in the mountains to find it. Expecting an upscale cabin she finds a worn down one and two handsome sultry lumberjacks. Hardy can be a bit of a tactless bruit and Owen's soft-heartedness is charming. They do have a wavering start to their relationship but their ending is heavenly.
FABULOUS fast-paced well-written read. The author did a wonderful job weaving fantasy and reality together. The characters spring to life with breathtaking scene descriptions and fantastic dialogue. Loved every minute of this entertaining story. Mary, Hardy, and Owen definitely make a perfect match. {Of my own volition I reviewed a pre-release copy of this story.}
Well you've done it again Eddie Cleveland. Another amazing book. Absolutely awesome. The characters are amazing. The storyline is amazing. The whole book is amazing. This MFM book is a wonderful story of two Lumberjacks and a Writer (who is experiencing writers block). Not giving too many spoilers or giving much away Owen and Hardy are the Lumberjacks who have rented a cabin to Mary. After a minor episode regarding noise she decides to leave but Owen ends up talking her out of it. She ends up spending a night with them both but then feels guilty and leaves in a hurry while the boys are still asleep (or so she thinks). Unfortunately she ends up under an avalanche only to be rescued by Hardy who she thinks is rude and obnoxious to a degree. They decide to show Mary how much fun can be had with them if she stays and gives them a chance and as you can imagine the rest is hot, hot, hot. You really need to purchase this book. It truly is a brilliant read just like the rest of this amazing authors books.
I love Eddie's latest book! A romance writer, with writer's block head to the mountains for some quite inspiration. Mary has written over 20 sweet wholesome romances, but lately she can't think of anything to write. She finally makes to her cabin only to have her peace shattered by the sound of chainsaws. She trucks on down to rip the owner of the chainsaw a new one, but it stunned to find not one but two smoking hot lumberjacks...who are also the one's who are renting the cabin. Things get off to a rocky start, and though she is attracted to them, they aren't her usual type. The chemistry is there for all three, and though Hardy and Owen would love nothing but to share her they have their work cut out for them to convince her that that they are what she needs. She needs them for her writing, and they want so much more! She is standoffish until she is in danger and Hardy comes to her rescue. No spoilers, you'll have to ready every sweet, steamy thing they do for yourself!!
This is a quick MFM read and a great story about Mary who discovers what really makes her happy! Mary is having a hard time writing her successful clean Christmas love stories. Her agent makes Mary take a 2 week trip in the snowy mountains to find her mojo in writing her next story only to discover two burly and sexy lumberjacks making noise from the moment she arrives! Let’s say Owen is The nice everyday boy and knows how to treat a woman and is helpful while Hardy is very rough around the edges and pushes Mary’s buttons from the start to get her to see herself. They have their ups and downs and figure out how to be together. Mary gets scared and tries to run away but the snow puts her in danger. Will the guys be able to get her back to safety and will Mary realize her happiness is being with Hardy and Owen as a couple? I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Hot MFM novella w/ strong heroes and a "sweet" heroine - Highly Recommend
For adults only (18+ years old). Contains subject matter that may be offensive to some, including adult language and steamy intimate scenes.
This is a really well written novella involving two lumberjacks and a sweet & clean romance author that is struggling with writers' block. Her publisher rents her a cabin in the woods so she can try to complete her latest book on time, but the words just won't come. She is afraid of her attraction for two men at the same time and is afraid of how others would react.
If you like a heroine that is exploring and learning her own "dirty" desires, with heroes that have integrity and strength, but are a little rough around the edges, then I highly recommend this story.
I freaking love Eddie's books. They're great stories, often quirky, and even the deep serious stuff has this sweet light-heartedness! I'm usually really picky about editing issues and Eddie's books have them, but I suppose I've gotten used to being swept away by the wonderful stories he weaves. And his "shared" stories? Yes, please! Do these relationships exist in reality? Eddie, please find me a couple of guys that want to share a hot, curvy, blond! So yeah, loved this book! Quick read. Quite enjoyable. Sweet & Hot.
Kinda sorta SPOILER below: Would love it if more novellas were written covering the 6 years between the end of the book & the epilogue! After all, Mary said she wrote them....
Shared By The Lumberjacks is a contemporary romance. This is a fairly quick read, perfect for those with limited reading time. It is a M/F/M menage romance though so it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Mr. Cleveland has provided readers with a well-written book furnished with an outstanding cast of characters. Mary's sent off to the mountains hoping the location will help with her writer's block and she can hammer out her next cozy mystery. Hardy and Owen rent out their small cabin next door for some extra cash. Hardy, Owen and Mary's story is loaded with drama, humor and smokin' hot sex. I enjoyed reading Shared By The Lumberjacks and look forward to reading more from Eddie Cleveland in the future. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
Whew! This book is hot and steamy enough that I nearly went outside to lay in the snow just to cool off. My advice? Don't read this in front of others like I did. Trust me, they will ask why you're so flushed. I loved the sexual awakening that takes place in the heroine...the discovery that there's a whole other world out there that she never suspected. She struggles with giving into her new-found sexuality but the men stand by her until she finally accepts that she can't ever go back to that one-dimensional outlook on sex that she once had. Great book! I'll just say this...the heroine isn't the only one who gets wet panties!
If you're looking for a hot, quick Christmas read and you like your romances a little more on the steamy side, then don't miss this MFM romance between Mary and her two hunky lumberjack landlords Owen and Hardy.
She is a romance writer that loves telling sweet stories all about love and she is suffering from a sever case of writer's block. What better way to get back into her writing than by opening herself up to new experiences. Owen and Hardy are looking for extra cash and they come across more than they bargained for when they meet fiesty Mary. The chemistry is supercharged and hot and I loved every hot minute.
It's a hot quick menage novella. It's a case of denying your own true desire and how that would bite you in your arse. A good one actually. The story of insta love with every the usual dillema entails: would this love/relationship accepted by the society? Or would this kinda love stands time and challenges? The result was good especially when it's well decorated with smutty hot sexy scenes with a sprinkle of outdoor s*x. Yep!! That's definitely melted the snow this time of year! This one was really a story about every girls' wet dream; a riddiculous and seem impossible one, but a good one nevertheless.
Phew! Eddie Cleveland knows how to write some snow melting scenes! Loved the instant love/hate chemistry Mary and Hardy have and how Owen was almost completely opposite with his tenderness. It gave great dynamic to the quickly evolving storyline. Mary’s week away in the mountains to cure her writers block only seems to make it worse. Her go to stories of Christmas time romance is not flowing through her anymore. Especially now that Hardy and Owen are opening up her mind (and body) to other types of romance.
Mary is a romance writer. Owen and Hardy are lumberjacks. Mary meets Owen and Hardy she. She rents a cabin from them to help her writers block. They feel an instant attraction to each other things happen between them. But Mary has a image to uphold and being with two men isn't good for her. Will Mary get over her image and let love happen? Will she get her own HEA like she writes about or will she leave her lumberjacks in the saw dust?
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book
Another steamy and fun read from Eddie. He can do an MFM story just right and anytime I get to read one with, um, anal, well, that just makes me a happy, happy girl.
Mary can thank her agent for finding this cabin for her to get away from the "big city" to get her writing mojo back. Oh, she found some mojo alright. Their names are Hardy and Owen.
A total must read.
I voluntarily read an advance reader copy of this book.
(ps. Amazon sucks! I tried to leave a review 4 times)
This was a quick read with steam. Mary is renting a cabin so she can get rid of her writer’s lock. There she meets two alpha lumberjacks, Owen and Hardy. Owen is the sweet romantic person, while Hardy is the gruff and stern type, but can be a teddy bear. The men bring out her wild side, but Mary is second guessing her decision to be with them. She thinks it’s wrong and isn’t sure what to do. This may be a quick read, but it is a great story with fantastic characters. Keep a glass of water nearby and don’t miss out on these two alphas and the woman they want.
