Important reading to ones like me who need to have a clear dashboard of the operations of their respective areas.

I feel the book could be cut a lot and still promote the same ideas. It has some pretty good techniques but it’s mixed with also how to provide KPI consultancy, which I didn’t really like. A lot of the checklists are pure work ethics and I think they could have been substitutes with more examples of real life KPIs. I would still recommend it for the topic but definitely as a quick read on specific chapters than as a whole book.
