Het boek is geschreven met lekker veel humor, maar bevat verder weinig vernieuwende inzichten of technieken om toe te passen.

I decided to pick this book up on a spontaneous whim. I’ve really been focusing on how to change my mental thought process when it comes to how I feel about myself and I needed help taking the steps to do it. This book focusing on key ways to change your cognitive thought process. It was super clear and laid out very well, and backed up by very good points. Thorough and well-written. I really like how each day is broken down for you with exercises to complete. The focus on mindset and mentality is great, I'm a true believer in that already. Love it, definitely download if you're considering it!

You’re supposed to do this book oneday at a time but today is a snowed in day and it was a very simple audiobook I did it all in one day the best part to me was writing a self Vow. l I’ve never thought about that but very helpful. The disappoint thing part was that they had an audiobook which would have self love self compassion and happiness but they didn’t give me that book for the exact same price

It was okay. I wasn't a fan of the narrator. A lot of the things explained I already knew. i was looking for some more valuable insight and techniques to take. Of course the message about self love is especially important, but obviously that's what i'm into if the title is called "The 21-Day Self-Love Challenge".

I really loved this book. It does go over some of the basic stuff that we should all know but journaling help put it all in perspective and gave me a good look at what I’m doing and what I need to work on. I look forward to reading this again when I need it.

How do you love yourself- when no one really loves you? The premise of self-love and the way we can use the psychology of human in order to fix the broken part of ourselves are a very interesting aspect of human life.

I read this book with my daughter, it was fun each night reading a chapter and then discussing it. Having self love is more challenging then one would think. We enjoyed embarking on this journey together.

I "read" this book via audible. The book is good. The woman's voice drove me crazy. It's not a book you read and put down. You need to do the exercises that come with it. Which I plan on going back and doing just that.

This would have been better titled 21 steps and not 21 days. Way too short of chapters and book to need 21 days.

I also didn’t get much from it honestly. You could read the last chapter and conclusion and save some time.

Was expecting a lot more out of it honestly. I love this layout of a book, with the daily prompts for improvement. But the prompts seemed simple and ineffective. Basically everything anyone can come up with on their own. I finished feeling like I didn’t learn or grow in any kind of way.

Randomly found this book and decided to give it a go. It has some useful and insightful tips especially if you’re looking to be a lot more compassionate with yourself.
