Outside of the verses that progressive Christians fangirl, conservative Christians take as fighting words, eschatology radical internet imams over- emphasize, and matters that the Prophet took as personal preference that his followers took as law, it's actually not much different from the moral lessons of the people of the Book or even Hinduism when you take out all of Hinduism's mythos (with of course the point that Muslims do not believe in the divinity of Jesus- though speak awful highly of him- and beautifully- for that to be the position).
